My daughter-in-law ordered an arrangement, mini cheesecake and balloon from this location for my birthday today. Only the arrangement was delivered. The bananas were old and brown and the pineapple was made with the core, so you couldn’t even bite into it. I took the arrangement back to the store and encountered the rudest cashier that I’ve ever felt with in my life. There was no apology for all the errors, she refused to give me the managers contact information, and as I was video chatting on MY PHONE at the time with the person who placed the order, she started yelling at me because I stated (to the person on the phone) that the customer service was horrible!!! Which started an argument, because I was not having that!!! I will definitely be reaching out to complain to the owner and the Corporate Franchise Office.

Walked in and they had a great selection of items I could grab on the go. Love the variety!The pumpkin cheesecake was amazing. Will definitely be back.

I called at 9:00 a.m. and my mother had her arrangement by 2:00 p.m. They did a great job and she loved it..

Ordered an arrangement for my wife for her birthday. Delivery person shows up to her job in house shoes. Asked my wife if she wanted the delivery? WHAT! Went back through the door and yelled at someone in the unmarked car that she wants it. Only to realize the grapes were molded. I will NEVER order from this location again!

I sent my son some fresh baked oatmeal and raisin cookies he said they were delicious and when they missed him because he was inside sleeping they came right back and delivered the next day with no problem

Rude and lazy

I think it real bad when you place a order a week a head. It was to be delivered on Valentines. They started delievering at 8. And the place they was delievering to was next door. And still could not get there thanks for making my Valentine the worst there was!!!!!!! Right next door!!!!!!!! 8hrs u had and could not get it there

Wonderful experience with them, surprised someone with a fruit basket and it was perfect thank u again.
