Spent 10 minutes on hold waiting to ask if test kits were available in store. My brother called and was answered immediately. I waited a few more minutes, and still nothing, so I hung up.

This store used to be so great! The past 2 months, trying to get through to them is absolutely impossible! I have waited in the phone for over 50 minutes for them to just hang up and not answer the hold! I am getting the exact same thing today! And yes, it is the actual store and not the call center! Be better!

Im not sure why, but this pharmacy tried to charge me 132 dollars for the exact same medication that I was paying 21 for at A1 pharmacy. Heads up. I had it transferred right back to A1 with again a price of only 21 dollars. Only 9 dollars with insurance. Literally there was a price difference from 21 dollars at A1 without insurance to 132 dollars at Walgreens without insurance. Something is wrong there. Transfer your prescriptions some place different. Thats beyond terrible.

I had a prescription called in here for for a cough syrup also the doctor wanted me to get mucinex from behind the counter with sudafed. I had a fever and was contagious to all around me. I called and asked to pick up my prescription and the mucinex from the drive thru. I was told I had to come inside to get the mucinex. I told her I have a fever and I am contagious. She was very rude and non caring and said she just works there she dont make the rules. I said to her again I AM CONTAGIOUS!she said again she dont make the rules. So I said ok. And I went In and got my meds. So if you were there on Monday Oct 18 in the early morning...then you were exposed due to there stupidity.I will never go back. There are small family owned pharmacies all around and I have found that there prices are better and they have caring humans working there. I give Walgreens 0 stars!

Dysfunctional, unbelievably slow, and the wait gives you time to really take in the surroundings which makes one sad. I recommend avoiding all of this and traveling the extra distance to Winston-Salem, Greensboro, Salisbury, or even Detroit, you will save time and preserve any baseline happiness.

I needed a prescription filled for my cat. They were super busy but that didnt stop them from filling it in a timely manner and telling me how to get it transferred when I found out somewhere else had it cheaper. The technicians and pharmacists are great (and FYI, if you didnt already know, they have no control over the price of medications). Ive been in the store many times for sundry items as well as a Covid vaccine, and the pharmacy is usually bustling. Please keep in mind, the pharmacists and technicians are very busy and work under a lot of pressure, especially with the added Covid duties. Also keep in mind, there are fellow human beings wearing those scrubs, and theyre working as hard as they can to help.

I have my prescriptions filled at the hwy64 location. It seems to me their process for filling and administering prescriptions is much faster then others I’ve had experience with. Their drive-through is fast.

The people are not very nice that work at the front and in the pharmacy it takes forever I stood in line for 30 minutes and still not got up there to where the people are at there was only two people in front of me I do not like this Walgreens I will take my business to another Walgreens because the woman upfront was not nice at all

Word of warning. The website listing of store hours of operation do not reflect the pharmacy hours. You have to dig into the listing to find pharmacy hours. For a drug store, that is beyond stupid.

I have been a customer with Walgreens for years. This is my first review. I have had great experiences with the pharmacy staff. Most of the times I have called Michael has answered the phone and always has been polite and taken care of my personal needs. Thanks again for a great job.

Ive tried to call at least 7 times within the last 45 minutes. No one will answer the phone in the pharmacy or store! Once I got a recording that said that there was 1 caller ahead of me, and then moments later, the line disconnected. This was not during the meal break either! I need to transfer a prescription.

Printed out pictures from my phone was told it would be ready at 6:30 Well it was about 7:45 before pictures was ready, they kept printing out people pictures that came after us be cause theirs was a smaller amount, but they should have told them it would be later for their pictures, I was here first, now my weekend is over for waiting on pictures and I live to far to came back and with places running out of gas ?? Just saying!!!

This has got to be the worst pharmacy around.......even when you call to get a time when your medicine will be ready it never is then they always want to argue and have an attitude about it....save yourself some time and go somewhere else!

Sick baby at home-run to Walgreens to pick a prescription. A 10 minute errand right? Wrong! Arrived at 1:35 and go straight to pharmacy only to find blinds are drawn and the staff is at lunch from 1:30-2:00. Browse the store and head back to pharmacy at 1:55 only to find that someone has placed post-it notes over the time now saying lunch is from 1:50-2:20. Not sure why the idea of lunch rotation is such a foreign concept for one of the largest pharmacy chains but alas, here we are-still waiting. Do yourself a favor and use CVS.

Had a problem with my prescriptions coming up short, of course of popular drugs for abuse. That means you have to count all your pills at the counter. Dont trust them, they cant vet their employees, it would seem.

You wait in line for a prescription that was called in hours earlier and it still isnt ready. Then you have to go set down after waiting in line and no one ever goes back to periodically check on your prescription. I have to wait until everyone else is waited on and eventually get back in line and try again. This has happened several times. Not impressed at all.

My problem with this particular Walgreens is their Pharmacy Dept. It takes them days to fill a prescription. Sometimes it doesnt get filled at all unless you pro-actively call them to check on your prescription. Many times to date the pharm tech (or whoever) has told me they didnt see the prescription in the computer (like today), & after showing signs of annoyance eventually saw the prescription but still had to ask what the medicine was and how many I was supposed to get. This type of experience is always after the prescription was dropped off hours to days prior. If you go to this particular location, do NOT drop off prescriptions before the date printed on there. Also, if you go to this location it would be in your best interests to ask them if the medicine is in stock. Otherwise, when you go to the store to pick up your prescription they will give you the excuse that they just put in an order that very day you showed up & your medicine should get to the store in 2-3 days. Meanwhile, during this interim you will run out of your much needed medicine. Sidenote: Even during the interim youre waiting for your meds to arrive, I would strongly suggest calling them daily to make sure you eventually get them!Sincerely,Finding a new pharmacy

Pharmacy has horrible hours, closes at 6 pm on Saturday and Sunday. As much as I hate CVS, I am going to have to take my prescriptions there because they are open until 10 pm.

I just went into this walgreens location tonight around 6:30 and the cashier was EXTREMELY RUDE! She was an older lady wearing all black, she had glasses and dark hair. I come here from Charlotte every weekend and I frequent this location when Im in town. However, after my experience tonight, I will never visit this walgreens again.

Trying to get a prescription to pick up. Held 10 minutes before I was answered. Told it could be done and put on a 20 minute hold. Someone kept picking the phone up and putting it back. Experience like this makes me miss Rite-Aid
