Should have listened to the reviews I seen in here. Got a car from them a while back and everything was ok besides the battery being dead when I first got the car and it died at my house so I had to call roadside. What I didn’t like was after the car was totaled they took the entire insurance check telling me that it wasn’t enough to cover the car so gap kicked in. My statements didn’t have the balance they stated over the phone and I never received a call back when they said they were going too. I’ve been without a vehicle since this happened. I know I won’t ever go here again. If your gut tells you not to do something you should definitely listen.

READ THE FINE PRINT!! Oh while the customer service is great and I didn’t have any trouble getting a car but boyyyy when I went back and read the fine print. I admit I was kind of in a messed up situation and I needed a car ASAP. I ended up getting a 2012 Nissan Altima with 126,000. Car was in decent condition but by the time I finish paying for it I’ll have paid for the car about 3/4 times. Payment was high at 438 a month and car in total cost 18,000. Highway robbery!!

I have had nothing but bad experience with Midlands after I got my truck from them it ended up in the shop two weeks later due to an engine problem. I contacted them and went to them as well when they told me to go to Automotive Experts for them to fix the problem. Automotive Experts had my truck over a month or so before I got it back. Every time my truck went to them more problems ended up happening. I asked Midlands for my money back or put me in another car they don’t want to do either.

It was the worst experience i put 1000 down on a car that i didnt drive for more then 1 month the engine blew i could write a whole book on this place but to make a long story short its not everybody in there adriene was great and she made sure i got my money back but kayla the manager watch out for her all she does lie and shes very unprofessional they really should remove her and put sombody else who knows what there doing in her spot.

The worst experience I’ve ever experienced in car buying history & the manager should be fired!! Does not know how to handle situations or customers. Told them the day I bought my car it had a pulling problem then they sent me to Expert Automotive to have it fixed and they’ve made things worst. They don’t car as long as they have money. Now my vehicle is at LR Automotive and I haven’t heard anything back yet. They won’t give me another car or my money back. I haven’t even put miles on the car. SMH the owner really needs to be there during any process. It’s just ridiculous!! PLEASE SHOP ELSEWHERE!! I wish I’d read the reviews first before coming here!! Literally not worth it !!!!!!!!!!!UPDATE!!!!Kayla (manager) did not contact , it’s going on a week now. She’s supposed to discuss my payment with since I haven’t had my vehicle from the time I bought it. No one other than LR Automotive has been keeping in contact with me regarding my vehicle. She stated early on that she’d give me a call once she speak with LR Automotive, you guys she’s spoke with them on Monday and told them she’s upset because I took my car to them instead of Expert Automotive. Smh when expert automotive had my vehicle they called me & said it was ready , I picked my car up & it’s smoking. So why would I let them “fix” it when they were posed to had fix it when they had it? My car wasn’t smoking when I bought it and it sure as hell wasn’t smoking when I took it to them. So I don’t care how mad you are LR Automotive figured out the problem on the first day of having the vehicle!!! Don’t be mad cause now your company has too pay out all the money to get it fixed. Walked in carless walked out with keys. Very simple application process they explain everything to you. Im glad to have a car even though its not exactly what I wanted. Staff was nice and professional 500 down put insurance on vehicle and was riding in 2hrs. I definitely recommend this place if your looking to get back on your feet. Thats exactly what Im going through. Great warranty too

Got my car that they put only in my name but used my husbands income for 🙄 which he gets paid monthly and I get paid every two weeks when I called them their rude told me I had another car with them that I didnt this is the first car I ever had with them. I made one payment with my husbands card and they decided to use it and keep trying to run his card multiple times I thought of them take his card off they said they wont like really these people r very unprofessional.

My experience was really good. There are some disorganization going on that needs to be fix, but other then that no other problems occur. I had car trouble for the past year, and let me tell you, the amount of money I put towards repairs to fix my car was crazy. I was fed up. So I stopped by this car dealership. I was able to find a car that was right for my budget. The payments are low and affordable. The staff was pretty helpful, and answered any questions I had. I worked with Joshua. I was straight forward with him, and told him what kind of car I wanted. I was able to drive away the same day. I also made sure that I checked out the car to make sure, that what Im buying was worth it. I didnt want to relive the past with my old car. I would recommend.

This place is definitely your stereotypical grimy car lot for sure. My friend referred me to this place after getting her car it’s now been 3 months Since she’s had it she told me that it was $800 down for any car on the lot I get there and tell the white older man that 800 would be all I can put down and wanting my payments to be 200 or less he stated he could not help me as their payments begin at 1000-1500 and payments start at 500. It’s disgusting that during a pandemic this place raised there prices thinking since people got their taxes and stimulus checks that they would be gullible enough to pay whatever for a USED car at that. I would not recommend this place At all save your time and money!!!

CAUTION CAUTION CAUTION CAUTION Do not purchase a vehilce here!!! I tried doing so two years and have made all payments until a little over 2 months ago when I began to speak with Shakira. I told her I couldnt make payments anymore and please cime get vehicle because I was not able to get it to them. I surrendered my license for medical reasons and also live out of state. I spoke with her a few more times to say that was still the case. She has not contacted me in a month. I only get paid 1 time each month and I wome up this morning to an empty accout. Iver 1200 gone. Besides my wife and I, we have four boys 22 and under. One of them is to have surgery monday and we now have no way to feed them or get necessary medical items. The manager in which I am to speak with to to change anything will not take my calls....WOW. I have no idea what to do. So I would never recommend this place to anyone as far as proper business etiquette they do not have it at all. PLEASE CONSIDER GOING ELSEWHERE WITH YOUR BUSINESS

DONT BUY NOTHING FROM THIS PLACE. I bought a car from them first the man that sold me the car told me they had just got the car and they had not did anything with it yet. He told me to take the car and write down what I noticed wrong with the car. So when I tried to bring the car back to get it fixed the man that sold me the car was fired. So then they started giving me the run around the credit manager and the manager both.. And when I told them to come pick it up they had a nerve put it on my credit.

Got a car from out there it needed brakes upon buying it, the manger states well fix the brakes but you buy the brake pads. Brakes pads doesnt cost much but if im getting the car already like this before I leave with it the brakes should be fixed already. Although besides that I really have no complaints about the place the salesmen are great The one star I gave them was just because I couldnt post without leaving a star.

My experience has been a nightmare from being charged extra on my payments like 200.00 on more than one occasion. My vehicle had an issue that was discussed and signed on that would be fixed yet 2 months later is still being worked on it and I had to pay 100 deductible for it. Kayla a manager has the worst customer service skills ever talks down to everyone, major attitude and for what u am not sure. The sales guys is nice until after the car is sold then tells you its not his problem also has a little issue is smoking pot in the office and leaving weed on his desk that I brought to his attention. Save yourself the trouble a bunch of shady people working here that have not one clue of what to do.
