I had a really good experience with KB Kitchen. They sent over Zachary Cranmer to help me and he was very helpful and courteous. I appreciate how he took his time & access the problem and gave me feedback on how they were going to take care of it. I would highly recommend them.

Had Bradley and Dennis come by and take care of a small manufacturer quality control issue , they called before arriving and and showed up on time were in and out in no time. Answered my questions about adjustment of doors and drawers. Used K& B 29 years ago when we built the house, highly recommend.

They will install concealed damage cabinets instead of replacing. Then when you eventually find out once youre of warranty do nothing but swear up and down all of their installations are doubled in triple-checked which means nothing if theyre hiding concealed damage. I just wanted them to send somebody to fix it and I would pay and they wouldnt.

Their follow through after is the worse, still waiting after 2 months to correct their issues. They say they will call and don’t. Meanwhile I have spent extra money to fix some of their issuesIt seems once they have your money their customer service stopped, I have even talk to a manager, and I had to follow up with him as well. Promise broken. Their loss I found someone else to do my master bathroom

As part of of our homes 1 year warranty, KB Kitchen and Bath completed repairs on 11/9/2020. They installed a new toe kick in our lower level bath and realigned several kitchen cabinet doors. The service man was courteous, professional, and completed the repairs in a few short hours. He wore a mask and followed social distancing guidelines.

Our builder uses KB for their cabinetry. Right after we moved in we noticed a drawer in the pantry was not installed. The office at KB called to schedule a time to come out within a couple of hours of telling my builder of the problem. On the day they were scheduled to come out, Zack called when he was on his way and was there promptly when he said he would be! He was polite, took his shoes off at the door, made friends with my yapping dog, and installed the drawer - all in about 15 minutes! I was extremely impressed with the customer service!

They responded quickly to replace a warped kitchen cabinet door in our new home. The installer was a delight. Q quickly and courteously replaced the door while teaching us how to care for our new cabinets. He was a delightful man, but no nonsense. Would highly recommend this company for its outstanding customer service.

Made an appointment a week in advance for someone to help with the remodel of my Master bathroom. They told me the appointment would take 1-2 hours so I allotted for that time.I walk in day of the appointment and was greeted by the receptionist. Little did I know who helps me with my bathroom remodel...THE RECEPTIONIST!She asks if I had any photos or measurements, I informed her I emailed them last week as they requested. She prints them off, asks a couple questions, pulls out TWO cabinet fronts from the same company for me to chose from. Doesnt tell me what they are made of, what price range, or ANYTHING about the brand or give me other options from another brand or price range to chose from!? I had to ask.I was in and out in less than 15min. I say to her sarcastically, wow that was quick she responds with, well you knew what you wanted so thats a good thing. I say, well they told me on the phone it would take 1-2 hours today.Moral of the story, I get better service from GOODWILL!!!!I will NEVER go back or recommend this place to anyone......😡

Zach, was here for a cabinet repair at the exact time specified. Promptly began his assesment, returned with tools and a mini-vac, repaired the doors (not installed by KB), cleaned up, and even played with our dog. Great service, efficient, courteous, and neat!

I had my kitchen totally gutted out and remodeled I did not know what I was doing so I spoke to Teri at KB Kitchen and Bath and she was fantastic. Not only did she help me design my kitchen, she personally went with me to pick out tile for the backsplash. Every time I would ask her for recommendations or her opinion she always gave me great advise. The kitchen turned out wonderful and because of the professionalism of K B Kitchen and Bath the job was not stressful at all Thank you again for a wonderful job

Gonna b honest it was very hard getting them to fix cabinets in my brand new home. finally they sent this young man named Q. He fixed everything they had promised to fix over the past three months and did an excellent job. Had it not been for Q I would have rated KnB very low because of their employees not there cabinetry. Friendly and great customer service

I have a new home and the dishwater has been leaking for nearly a year and a half (still waiting on my builders to call). However, Amy has been nothing but pleasant from KB Kitchen and Bath. She sent Steve over recently and he was just as good. He walked up with a smile and introduced himself. Made sure to take many pictures and leave on great terms. Amy has reached out to me countless times to set an appointment up and has also been trying to reach my home builders to get the root cause fixed first. Thank you all at KB for being so great through all this.

This company has the worst communication skills--- Id never recommend them to anyone. The receptionist, Terri, was very friendly when my husband and I walked in to get a quote on our kitchen remodel project. Terri did say that they are understaffed and itd take two weeks to get a design/quote back to us. Im a patient, laid back and flexible person but to wait more than two weeks just to get a quote, is unnecessary. Once we finally received our design/quote, I responded with edits Id like made to the design in order to move forward. To this day, I havent heard back from Terri or anyone else at this company. Its really unfortunate that this company lacks professionalism and communication skills. I ended up hiring a custom cabinet builder to build my thousands of dollars job that Im thoroughly impressed and happy with.

I had called twice to try and get them to repair my cabinets. Talked to the secretary and she said they would call back. No one ever did. My husband called and left a message and still never got a call back. Not a good way to get business.
