We took my husbands car to McDonnys on short notice while we were in town visiting family. McDonnys quickly pinpointed the issue with my husband standing there & then fixed it in a couple days. Their rates were very reasonable and we would absolutely go back if we needed work done while in the area (we live out of state). Do call ahead before driving by - its a small shop & thus theyre not always going to be there to meet with you.

Not only did he do a good job and was fast about it but was also very friendly and courteous and even cracked a few jokes with us while doing the work and even fixed another small issue at no extra charge

I had an excellent experience using them on my truck. The bill turned out to be about $70 less than quoted, because of a part that was unnecessary to replace and worked fine. Some guys would have left it there anyway, yet told you it had been replaced. I took the truck in on a Monday night after closing, and had it back Thursday of the same week. Truck runs great and they will definitely be seeing me here again for any future services.

They value honesty, fixing thing properly & correctly the 1st time & customer satisfaction. I have a 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe & I never go anywhere else. I know that when I leave my vehicle with McDonnys It will be fixed quickly, correctly & Im paying for quality work, by very experienced mechanics & theres never a fear of being overcharged. I cant stress that enough, McDonnys is a very rare find in the auto repair industry, they just simply dont take advantage of anyone. Ill never take my vehicles anywhere else.

Got my mother-in-laws truck towed there on a Sunday it is now Wednesday afternoon 5 PM and all they have done is put the battery on a charge. The customer service is absolutely horrible, I cannot speak for the mehanicing because we did not make it that far beings we were told to come pick up our truck and get it off of their property. I am not a troll nor do I bash small businesses but if you can make it past the rude customer service and nasty attitude the mechanic might be decent. Your truck has been sitting since Thanksgiving broken down what is the big rush in getting it fixed now! These were the exact words in which the lady who answers the phone said to me.in my eyes customers service reflects upon a job that is to be completed.

I drop my fiances car off at Mcdonnys October 23rd 2018. Dropped it off because the water pump was leaking the car is a 2014 Chevrolet Cruze. They underwent research on the car and found out that the water pump and labor was under warranty till 150,000 Miles. The car has 142,095 on the odometer. And with that being said the car was then taken to love Chevrolet in Columbia South Carolina. Because Herndon Chevrolet would not honor the warranty from the manufacturer GM so not very happy with Herndon Chevrolet they were no longer get our business love Chevrolet will definitely get our business cuz they are freaking awesome. And mcdonnys as freaking awesome because they only charged us for our visit a $35 diagnostic charge and their honesty was truly truly wonderful because they saved us a repair bill over $500 so once again I want to say mcdonnys and love Chevrolet are freaking awesome!!!!!!
