We went to Jerry Hunt Supercenter after finding out my car was totaled. Immediately as we got there we were greeted by staff and had Simon come to us and help us look for the perfect car for me. We purchased a Ram 2500 from Mr Tommy Red Shaw this week and couldnt be happier. So if you want to know about my experience yesterday, then I’ll tell you. The evening before I came into your dealership, I was give an appraisal of $17k for my truck without anyone looking at it. The next day when I actually walk into the dealership I’m offered $16,500. Then after knowing that I have excellent credit I was offered a 7.85 interest rate. I’ve never seen a dealership not come off 1 penny of what they have the price listed at. After I left your salesman Ben had the nerve to text me & say that I don’t understand the process. That was a complete insult to me. I’ve bought, sold, & traded with dealerships at least 8 times. I believe if anyone understands the process it’s me. I know that I was trying to be taken and I don’t appreciate that. I didn’t give you all an opportunity to try and meet my budget because I was insulted by the numbers that was put in front of me the first time. I waisted 4 hours of driving time thinking your dealership would be good to deal with, hence the reviews that I’ve seen. I’m not sure where those reviews come from but in my experience I wouldn’t rate your dealership with even 1 star. Hope that was informative enough on my experience.

I bought my 2014 Ram 1500 here and couldn’t speak more highly of the experience. I found the truck on AutoTrader and when I went to check it out I was greeted at the door by their salesman, Logan, who immediately grabbed the keys and let me take it for a spin. After looking it over and deciding it was the truck for me, he took my info and handed it off to the financing team. They worked with me to get a manageable interest rate and payment that fit my budget then handled everything from there. The warranty they offer is decent and the free inspections for life are pretty cool too. The market for trucks sucks right now but they still have competitive prices. Next vehicle I buy, I wouldn’t have any issue starting the search here.

We was in contact with Mindy Hunt before arriving at the lot. She listened to what we wanted and sent us lots of great options that made us decide to leave another lot and come to Jerry Hunt. My experience at Jerry Hunt was great! I found my perfect car online at cars.com and spoke to a representative about the value of my trade in before I made the 2-hour drive from home. Once we got there we were greeted immediately and assisted in a very efficient manner by Chase. Out of 8 😳 car dealerships Jerry hunt offered me the most for my trade! Total time in store was about three and a half hours which is a great time considering everything that we did! We drove an hour and a half to look at a truck that happened to be in the shop even though it showed on the website. This was fine since my son was able to see it but was told as soon as it came out of the shop and was ready he’d get a call so he could test drive it. No call even after he has called there a few times to speak with the salesman, it is no longer on the site and sold. BAD BUSINESS - and dealerships wonder why they’re look at as being dishonest!

If I would have had this experience to start with, I would have not had a negative opinion.Jerry Hunt Supercenter is a horrible place to buy a first car. I went to buy a 2019 Subaru Forester, drove it for not even 2 days and it has a blown head gasket. The only reason they agreed to fix it was because they messed up the paperwork and signatures were missed. Waited a month for it to be fixed. No one can keep a story straight, so much miscommunication, very pushy on the paperwork after telling them I wanted a different lender. They tried telling me to use credit cards to make a down payment of $3,000 after I said I do not have the money to put down to begin with. I spent over 18 hours up here and 8 trips. No one can keep their word. 200 percent DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

We purchased a car from them earlier this month. While the purchase itself was “easy” and the convenience of delivering the car closer to our home vs driving 3 hours was nice, we were sold a car with the understanding it was clean.Upon arrival we immediately noticed over spray on the headlights and a run of paint down the passenger side. The area that was re-painted was missed on their behalf as if the de-badging on one side wasn’t a dead give away that work has been done. They attempted telling us people de badge one side all the time. False. Maybe the whole car not one side. The side that has been re painted.We are now 3 days shy of our 30 day temp tag. We still have no second key fob, no final paperwork, no plates. We have spoken to the manager in regards to the paint situation and despite having mentioned it since DAY 1 they fail to acknowledge they messed up as well as this is something we have been calling about. DONT SELL A CAR CLAIMING ITS CLEAN AND WANTING TOP DOLLAR FOR SOMETHING THAT ISNT. This is a lesson learned on our end that places like Jerry Hunt are shady and to get a second opinion before trusting these places.

I LOATHE buying a new car. Hate it all- the sales pitch, the paper, the waiting, the test driving driving, and the anxiety with just buying a car (especially in 2021).As soon as I walked onto the lot with my husband I felt a positive atmosphere, music outside, sales men saying hey how are you?. Going inside I was greeted with smiles from the front desk. We worked with Tommy Red Shaw and he was the absolute best to work with. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had-EVER. The flow was organized and seamless. I never felt rushed and everything was broken down.Side note- cleanliness of the dealership is also great.

We drove 9 hours, 450 miles round trip with our 6 kids to purchase a Transit we found online that said it seated 10. We spoke with Anna the night before who confirmed it was a 10 passenger. They asked us the day of to put a deposit down on it since we were coming from so far away to ensure no one bought it before we got there which we did. We get there and they open the doors and it only seats 8!!!! Again, 9 hours of driving, 450 miles with 6 kids!!!!!! All they could say is sorry and offer to fill our gas tank which was already full. Then they try to refund my deposit and end up charging it to me again. I am very unhappy with the whole experience.
