So, this place......WELL, I recommend going here and nowhere else. Theres not anywhere, in Lexington, in the auto field , that is like this.My Gradpa, James Hull was the best man Ive ever known,(God rest his sole). So when he talked people listened. Well he loved this place. If he had a minor problem with his vehicle, he would come here. He would also make a day out of it. He always tipped his worker. No.matter the cost. No matter the service. You was getting tipped.But look. Long story short. If my paw-paw recommends this place. Then you guys have a diamond. So yes we all need to bring our vehicles to them and please 🙏❤, give a tip on James Hull.

Brought my car there and it had more problems added to it when I left then it did when I dropped it off. I called Bobby about it and he proceeded to go off on my wife and curse at her. They can’t take responsibility for their wrong doings. If you care about customer service then this is not the place for you. So unprofessional

I really want to thank these guys. I know nothing about cars and I constantly pester them with questions about my car and problems Ive had and not a single time have any of them given me attitude. These guys are polite and happy to help. They also dont charge insane amounts for their work. Honestly I think they deserve more money for what they do but for those who are on a budget I think they will be glad to help you out. Brought my truck in this morning for oil change people were so above board honest that they brought me my cash out of cup holders cause they didnt feel comfortable with it in the truck. I will be bringing all of my vehicles here. Much better than Snappy Lube that charged me $73.00 for an oil change in my car...

My husband works here and I have had an oil change and new tires purchased from here as well. They are very friendly employees who work here, and they provide some of the best service. My air conditioner had some wiring issues, but they did all they could to try and make it to where I had some air coming through and it didnt cost an arm and a leg. Definitely should give this place a try!

Went to have my car inspected. The young man failed me saying all tires needed to be replaced (the front tires were only a year old) and they charged me $21. I went to a local businesses and they told me that they never charge when your car fails. They also checked my tires and told me that they didnt know why they failed me. So instead of paying $30 for inspection I paid over $50 because I had to pay two times!!! I will never go to Erlanger again!!!

Initially tried this place because it was closest to where my car broke down, and havent looked back. Prices are reasonable, work is excellent. I know a little more about cars than a lot of women (just a little, mind you...my dad taught me basics in case I ever got stranded) so I know theyve had opportunity to sell me on things that didnt need to be done; they have always been honest. Highly recommended.

My first time there to buy new tires. Had new tires put on and received free upgrade because supplier didnt have the right ones in stock. Very helpful staff. I definitely would return.

Pretty good place for general maintenance. Ive gone several times: brakes, oil changes, etc. for two cars. If something is beyond their ability, they will say, but for most stuff, they can handle it. Very fair pricing.Update: a few years later, I have nothing but good things to say. Chad is a solid guy, wont recommend repairs you dont need. Even my brand new truck gets service from them.

Quickly identified my problem and the repair was equally as quick. The biggest surprise is that my repair bill was much less than originally quoted. Hard to find honest, competent, affordable services sometimes. Nice to know theyre in town.

We were traveling and experienced some car trouble. We pulled into Lexington and knowing no one started a search for a mechanic. Everyone had ridiculous wait times and wanted to charge $90 plus just to get an idea of what the problem may be. I called and explained our situation and Kevin offered to take a look right away. He took it back right away and figured out the problem quickly. They fixed the problem quickly and cost effectively. No one tried to sell us anything we didnt need and everyone was kind. I would definitely recommend this shop!
