They don’t treat you like a customer they treat you like you are apart of their family. He gave me a ride to get my rental and when the job was finished, he gave me ride to return the rentals. Everything about Mr. Arturo is world class. The work was flawless. The price was extremely fair, service was above anything Ive ever experienced from a body shop and the people were thoughtful and happy to go above and beyond to create a fantastic customer experience. My special thank to Mr. Carlos the most patient and experienced in his line of work, he tried every possible way to align a damaged, warped, twisted trunk gate for a twenty-year-old car which parts were not available. He gave me an exact paint match. Best collision shop in the business. They are prompt, informative and super courteous. I would truly use and recommend them. All the 5 star reviews are definitely earned! I took my 2020 Jeep Compass to them with a damaged passenger rear door. They removed the dents and repainted it and it looks like nothing every happened. My two other quotes were much more expensive and involved replacing parts. 88 Auto Body was able to repair the original parts and do a fantastic repaint job for far less money and less time than the other quotes. We had an AMAZING experience at this body shop. Customer Service is A+, the quality of the job done to our Altima was simply exceptional. The car had several scratches all over, specially in the hood and the trunk, as well as a cracked/busted back light. They finished the job BEFORE the day they had told us it would be done and when we picked it up, we were delighted with the end result. You couldn’t even tell there were scratches there before. The service I received here was superb. Arturo really went above and beyond in providing amazing service. I had a sizable dent on my front bumper and it only took him 2 days to have it ready for me; he even called in his crew on a Saturday to get it fixed sooner for me. Something in my transmission went out. The whole transmission had to be changed. Arturo gave us all the options that were available. He called around and found the best deal on a used transmission for my 07 RAV4 with 188K miles. The new transmission had 93K. We waited to make our review until after we had made several long trips with the updated transmission. There were no problems. The car runs great and the price was right. I highly recommend Arturo and how team. They are caring and very friendly.

I used a type of paint thinner on my bumper which affected it being painted. The paint would not stick and bubbled up but Junior had the patience to keep repainting until the paint stuck. He painted it four times and didn’t give up. Honestly really happy with the way it came out and I’m glad he had the patience to keep painting, definitely saved me some money

We took our corvette to this shop for a body repair because of all of the positive reviews. Arturo was incredible! He worked with me on the price, but was not willing to do anything less than restore our car to its original beauty! The paint blending is immaculate. And, he had his staff come in on Sunday, when they are normally closed, to assure the repair was completed within our agreed upon time frame. I had such a great experience from the beginning to end.My rear view mirror had fallen off of my older model foreign car and I was freaking out!! I called 88 Automotive Group and Arturo told me to come by... I didn’t know what to expect once I arrived! The guys cage out and realized the windshield was broken in which the mirror was attached. They took photos and told me they would reach out to the vendor to explain the issue. Sure enough I needed a new windshield! The guys ordered the part told me to be back in a certain day at a specific time. The Mirror was taped down to keep it in place so I was good to drive! Returning for the service the guys had me in and out in 1.5 hours. I’m so lucky to have found them since this is my first time ever needing any repairs while living in this State.

I had a dent with chipped paint on my hood, and my brother had recommended 88 Auto. He had his Corvette fixed and had no complaints. I will never go anywhere else. When I got into a car accident a couple weeks ago and started getting quotes from repair shops this was the first place I called. Arturo knew I was getting other quotes as most people do yet he consistently reached out to me each day because he wanted to help. Every other place I dealt with was rude and told me that their estimate was going to be much higher than what my insurance company quoted me but he was able to stay exactly within my budget and my car looks brand new . I didn’t have car rental coverage on my policy and had to figure out a way to get to work while it was in the shop and Arturo originally said he would have it for a week but it was done in 3 days I believe and i am so incredibly thankful! Don’t bother looking anywhere else. You will NOT be disappointed.

Super nice guys and they kept me well informed of their progress. Most places I checked with didnt want to attempt the job due to the vehicle size (40 bucket truck) and because it wasnt a collision claim. These guys had no problem and delivered great body work and paint in a very good time frame.

I had a dent on my Mercedes c300 car and took it to 88 body shop. They provided me the best service and bought my car to original shape and everything was perfect as before. These guys are great.

I am so happy to have found Arturo and everyone at 88 Auto Body Shop! I have had them install an O2 sensor and an alternator in my older Ford Escape. They did excellent work for a very fair price, but the people won me over! Arturo texts me to see how the car is running after I pick it up, every time I call he answers with “Hello Amy! How are you?” and twice he has been kind enough to give me a ride home after I dropped my car off to be worked on. Arturo’s kindness blows my mind. You will not regret choosing them to work on your vehicle. The prices are good, the work is great, and the people are incredible.

My car was recently vandalized; the bumper was smashed in and the hood was knocked out of place, and it caused some other underlying issues. I researched a few places but took it here because of all the positive reviews. I was not disappointed at all, and was very pleased with the results. Due to my car being so new it took nearly 10 weeks to complete the work. The work done was fantastic, however, and my car seems as good as new. I would recommend 88 to anyone, as long as their car isnt brand new, as there may be some issues getting the correct parts.

I was in a car accident recently and my front bumper was smashed. I couldnt even get my hood open to get an oil change because it was jammed, so I needed body work done quick. I brought my car into 88 Auto Body Shop, and within about an hour, the owner, Arturo, and the mechanic, Junior, worked vigorously to get my hood open. I took the car back to the shop a few days later when I had the time. Arturo and Junior had my whole bumper, hood, and other parts that were damaged in the accident completely fixed within one day. My car looked brand new.The service I was given at this auto shop was amazing, not only because of the fast service, but the courteous service. I took my car to 3 other body shops beforehand, and none of them even tried to open my hood for me. And also, 88 Auto Body Shop charged me half of the amount that the other shops estimated the body work would cost.This shop really goes above and beyond for their customers. They will have a permanent customer in me for a very long time. I highly recommend them.

I had a very great experience. Arturo was welcoming, genuine and professional from the very beginning. I’ve never gotten a car repair done before so this process was very new to me and didn’t know who to trust with my car. My car only had physical front end damage where my hood was risen, my bumper and fender was terribly dented and my left head light was busted .. enough to turn away any repair shop but Arturo was very eager to get started so i could get my car back ASAP. Though i only had physical damage to my car, he recommended i replace my radiator and a/c condenser because they were slightly dented from the accident and could cause future problems. I appreciated that and he replaced them as well. ALSO, my tire was low and i needed to refill my windshield wiper fluid, but when i got my car back both my low tire pressure light and windshield fluid light was off. Didn’t even ask for him to do so. I highly recommend his shop!

I love this place!!! Arturo is awesome to work with. I took my Ford F150 there for a body repair quote and had the work done 2 months later. They honored the quote, did a great job... thanks Junior!..., my truck was ready on the day Arturo told me he was trying for, and there were no additional charges. I asked them to try to get my truck tool box open... the mechanism had been stuck for 2 years. Ricardo spent quite a while fixing it for me... and they did not charge me for the time as most shops would have done. Im so impressed by these guys that I left my Chevy Silverado with them to look at the AC system.
