With a garage full of Italian motorcycles Bellissimoto is my go to place for the majority of my accessories, and what Italian steed doesnt like a few accessories? :-)Always a great range with plenty of options and sharp prices. Lyle is very good with communication which is important when youre on the other side of the world.Highly recommended. When and if the world ever returns to normal Id love to call in and check out the shop in person on my next trip to the States.

Update: After the botched order, I gave the company another chance and I ordered a MWR air filter from Bellissimoto and they had it shipped the next day and was here within two. I ended up going a different route and returned it and the customer service was excellent. Will definitely be buying from the shop in the future.Parts are priced very competively regarding the rest of the market. A few of their products may say theyre in stock but they actually need to have them shipped in. May not be an issue for most parts however caused a 2 month delay on one of my parts (willing to look past due to COVID backup during holidays). Wouldve been nice to know however that it wasnt in stock. Another part took more than 2 months of total time (a month delay from shipping and a month+ of going back and forth with the business) to get the correct part after it was delayed in the mail, then when my mechanic realized it was the wrong clutch, Belissimoto ended up sending the wrong clutch twice all while arguing back and forth whether it was the right one. Could be chalked up as the manufacture (Ducabike) mass sending them the wrong pressure plates but to do it twice and then swear they sent the right one was pretty frustrating. In all it took 4 months to get the clutch installed from when I bought it. I waited to send all the parts in at once so I can contribute 2 months of me waiting around, thats really it. Again I did save some money getting parts from here but not really sure if it was worth it or Id shop from here again.

Been shopping here for a few months, Randy and his team are just flat out amazing to work with. True Ducatisti people in there, they know what will fit, what wont fit, what will look good, what wont. They are great at giving guidance and providing feedback. I recently sat down with Randy there and he walked me through everything and helped me build a list of everything I wanted for my V4 streetfighter. The store is always full of inventory and there are some cool bikes always on display. They always have sales going on too so make sure to sign up for the newsletter. Needed a set of carbon fiber wheels from a DUCATI 999. They have the ones I wanted at their shop at the price I wanted. Owner and staff Extremely knowledgeable and had a passion for Sport. They were Ducati owners . I was so impressed I bought a second set of carbon fiber wheels for my V4.

I wanna start off by saying Bellissimoto rocks I have a 2020 Ducati V4 Streetfighter so like everyone you always want to trick out your bike my local Ducati dealer only has access to so many parts. Bellissimoto they have all the coolest parts for Ducati’s much more then any dealer I came across. When it comes to customer service I would have gave them 10 stars if I could of. Lyle seem to be the parts manager he will do everything he could for his customers. Randy is truly a great person he will go above and beyond he really knows Ducati’s so if your ever looking to trick out your Ducati they are the baddest Premier Ducati parts supplier In the country.

This is one heck of a company with old school customer service. I highly recommend Bellissimoto to anyone looking to upgrade their two wheeled loves with high quality and hard to find parts that no other shop or online retailer has readily available. Paul and Randy went out of their way when a part in a kit was incorrectly packed by digging into their inventory and sending me the backup right away. They did not have to do this but obviously wanted to make sure my build was finished correctly and on time. These guys went above and beyond and earned a loyal customer. Thanks again!

I have ordered online as well as visited in person to the shop.When ordering online, my items showed up very promptly. All items received were very high quality. If any issues or questions came up before or after ordering, the guys at the shop are very responsive to ensure I’m fully educated on the product and answer any questions. It’s nice to find a shop that will actually take the time to explain stuff, especially where so many places seem to just rush you out the door or off the line.When visiting the store in person, the owner took the time to give me a full tour or the shop and go over all of the brands they carry and why. It is nice to see a shop that carries brands that they believe in and trust themselves. Everyone there was very polite and helpful!I love the fact that when ordering from bellissimoto I know I am getting quality items with quality service to back it!!

Went in this store to simple do my job. After introducing myself to one of the owners and saying what I do I was pointed in the direct of the door and was told “I don’t need whatever it is your selling” I understand when an owner tells me no but doing it in a way that’s completely disrespectful is a different story... this guy didn’t even know who I was, what I was there for, or what I had to offer and before I could even get something out I was treated in a disrespectful manner... I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone... period.

Randy and the team at BellissiMoto are pretty awesome, They helped me our for a few major parts over the years. They were able to source a wicked Titanium Termi exhaust for me with the Performance ECU and some awesome DucaBike performance parts for my Monster 796. I would recommend them if your looking for some awesome deals on high end performance parts!

Dark, but the people there were nice. Maybe theyre trying to save money on the power bill, but they should still turn on at least one light.They had a cute fluffy dog meandering around trying its best to be a guard dog. But it failed. They have tons of items to browse. Mainly accessories though, apparently they focus on their website for selling parts.I didnt but anything but highly recommend if your shopping for your bike.

Watch out for the tall white guy with the bald head and the nose ring. Seriously bad attitude very rude would have bought something but chose not to because of how rude he was. Total jerk not to mention the way he was treating the other employees very unacceptable. Wouldnt take what I came there for for free if it was offered.

BellissiMoto is THE place for all things Ducati! I have never actually been there but the site has the best parts, selection, and prices! I have ordered over the weekend and decided to change a color on a part and they have always replied with No problem! I have spoke with Lyle and Randy on the phone or email and they are always friendly and professional.Randys bikes (personal and for sale) are the best of the best! I remember his builds on the DML and they are machines we all dream about!Im in the process of building my 748 up and will only shop at BellissiMoto! I would give more stars however Google only allows 5!!!

Were unable to make the kit I ordered for my bike. Delayable delay. I left them over 3 months to make the product I had bought and it was still not ready, so they claimed to deliver it in a maximum of 6 weeks. I find it unacceptable that they are selling products that they are unable to provide to their customers.The positive thing is that the refund was fast and they did not argue!
