The guy here (didn’t get his name unfortunately) was a very friendly, down to earth guy. Super sweet with funny stories and just all around very personable. He has some really awesome scooters! We rented a trike (two wheels in the back) and I rode on the back while my husband drove. Great thing for couples but would be a ton of fun as a group if you all get your own bikes. Very affordable as well. If you want pictures of the strip and Fremont and want to sight see and wave at people who think your bike looks cool, DO THIS! One of the best things we did in Vegas. The trike goes up to 55 mph just don’t get on the interstate. Amazing experience, definitely recommend!

Dont waste your time with these guys! I called for two weeks straight telling this guy that I was going to be here to get 2 Rykes at 9 Saturday morning, and when we showed up Wayne tells me sorry buddy theyre already rented you should have called this morning. Whats the point in letting him know for two freaking weeks that Im going to be there if he wants me to call the morning of and when we show up the damn things are already rented anyways? You would be highly advise to find someone else with better customer service skills. Screw this place!

The best way to get around Vegas. We took a trike scooter up to red rocks to do some climbing, and it was a magical experience. Owner is very hospitable and one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. Even gave us some travel advice. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend doing this during your time in Vegas! A unique way to see much more than you otherwise could, and much more affordable than most things in Vegas. My wife and I rented the trike (3-wheeled scooter) and its well worth the extra cost over the much smaller/slower scooter, as its more comfortable and allows you to go explore places you otherwise couldnt with a max 30 mile/hour scooter (these go up to 50 miles/hour). We went to Red Rock (much farther than we thought) and it was quite the experience winding through the mountains, far away from the Strip. The owner (Wayne) is an awesome guy and a pleasure to deal with. Hes all about customer service and making sure his customers are well prepared and have a great time. He went above and beyond for us, including hand delivering my credit card and license to our hotel that I forgot back at the shop (or perhaps he forgot to give it back to me ;)). This shop is a bit off the strip (we bused but you could Uber there from anywhere on the strip within 10 mins) but the best prices of anywhere in Vegas (inclusive of taxes and insurance) and best customer service. I originally was going to go with another company but had a very unpleasant phone experience with 2 separate employees there (who were judgmental and had a tone as if Im wasting their time), and they also had BS service fees and taxes that were a clear rip-off (and offered no insurance)... we were very glad we went with Scooter-Up and gave our business to Wayne instead. He was so nice that my wife even invited him to visit us in Canada... thats still an open invite Wayne! :)Alex & Katrina

We came to celebrate my mother’s accomplishment and the owner was very rude. Impatient and wasted our time. It was so bad that mother cried her eyes out the day before her graduation. Our plans were ruined and our hearts were crushed after he berated us and killed my family’s spirit.

The Best thing we did in Vegas. $39 total + gas (includes helmet and insurance) for 5hr rental. Four of us drove to/thru Red Rock Canyon. Wayne was super helpful and easy to rent from. Highly recommended! Give Wayne a call and enjoy your time exploring vegas on these well maintened scooters.

Personnel on the phone (older male) very rude. Didn’t want to give me a sameDay reservation at 4pm even though the online website showed they closed at 10pm. He said it is “slow season” so they are going to close, yet I was trying to be a same day customer. Very abrupt and rude. Not on par customer service.

Hands down, the best experience we have ever had in Vegas was renting from Scooter Up, two trikes, to cruise around town on. Wayne was pretty awesome too. He explained everything we needed to know in great detail, he was very flexible, very reasonably priced, was able to provide us with information about parking garages. We were very satisfied with the quality of the scooters, the time for the money, and how exciting it was to be able to cruise the strip and outlying casinos and sights to see around town. We stayed on Fremont Street so having the scooters made it time efficient, cool, and loads of fun. Thank you Wayne, we will definitely be using your services again.

Id called Scooter Up the night prior to the day that wed planned to rent and Wayne suggested that we simply drop by anytime in the morning with $200 deposit, $59 rental fee and valid drivers licence and he would be happy to get us mobile for the day. This turned out to not be true in fact when my wife and myself arrived I was greeted not with open arms of hospitality but instead with a dodgy snooty judging Manner. I was told that initially when I pulled up that hed thought that I was someone else that had called from the strat the previous night and had made a reservation and that hes very sorry that he cannot rent to me and my wife because all of his vehicles are reserved for the day and most likely the next day as well. Maybe he didnt realize that he had spoken to me the night before and thathe was actually expecting me, only different, í guess. Maybe my flashy eccentric slightly hood style threw him off. Although bias and just lame, 10 years of dreadlocks down ones back can have that effect So, face to face Wayne spun quite the contridicting talet for me . A hypocrite he is. I do not suggest anyone who honors and respects real people to do business with this man who calls himself Wayne at scooter up.

This was our 4th time with our group renting from Scooter Up. Like every time before, everything was excellent as always. The owner was very helpful in getting us taken care of even while he was out of town! We had one person arrive later and he used the competition to rent a scooter, and it was a junk scooter, flat tire/squealing brakes... and the guy seemed pretty shady. This place is totally worth ridesharing out about 10-15 minutes vs the renting on the strip. The scooter makes it easy to get around to see more of Vegas. A gentleman named Wayne runs this outfit and is as helpful and kind as can be. Prices include insurance and everything necessary for your ride and are very fairly priced.My girl and I picked up a scooter in the AM when it was really nice out, about 3 hrs later it was raining and cold so we just turned back towards Waynes shop. We took the scooter back earlier than expected and he didnt give us any trouble for it; Then he asked if wed like a ride to a good spot for Taxi service even though we were all wet. Nothing but good things to say from us, well definitely be using the scooters next time were in town.

The owner, Wayne, was a great person to interact with. He made sure that everything that was in working order on the scooter and gave us a thorough overview of the vehicle and things to look out or while out on our travels. We ended up renting it just for our last night there cause we were tired of walking everywhere. Spend .70 cents in gas to fill up for a nights worth of rental.I would highly recommend this place as Wayne was willing to work with us on our time schedule and needs. Next time we visit, we will rent them again for at least half our stay since we already did the tourist thingy this time.

We all had an incredible time scootering around vegas. Owner was incredibly nice and accommodating! Gas to fill up after riding around for 5 hours was only 1-2 dollars. Highly recommended

Couldnt beat it.Wayne dropped them off to my hotel to me within 20 minutes I had so much fun scooting around Vegas. I spent more on taxis the 1st night I was there. All his scooters are pretty much brand new I wouldnt want to rent from anyone else. I cant wait until next time I go out there when he has some motorcycles. This place has got it together! Wayne (owner) is extremely helpful in getting you to feel comfortable with riding a scooter, he explains all the info needed when riding around town. I had called a few other rental places and they did not carry the necessary Insurance which is now law in Nevada. Not only did Scooter Up provide Insurance but it was free! Ill be back. You wont find a more affordable scooter rental (believe me, Ive called all over). The owner Rick was an older gentleman, and just the sweetest! It was obvious theres some flakers out there, so Rick just asked that we call when we are actually ready to go. Hes what we call here in Texas a straight-shooter. Me and my husband had a blast riding up and down the strip. I wish we wouldve took the ride further out, maybe see the mountains but it was still a great experience. We will definitely be back!

I moved to Vegas about a year ago, I have rented from Wayne 5 different occasions; every single time has been above board. He gave me and my friends a ride back to our vehicles with no questions asked. The scooters have always operated properly and of course always have been a blast. I called twice and spoke to a gentleman regarding scooter rentals. I explained I wanted to just get away from the strip and he tried deterring me by stating “you’re getting a late start and it will be cold soon!” He apparently didn’t want my business or a good review trying to provide me with the service I was looking for. Plenty of other great rental companies around I will go to!

I never rented from this store but did speak with a gentleman over the phone. He was extraordinarily nice and very helpful. Basically they rent to people on the strip so it didnt work out for me but if Im ever down there and need a scooter, I will for sure rent from SCOOTER UP RENTALS.

Great fun way to experience Las Vegas. We had a blast cruising around town , and two on a bike was cheaper than the hop on bus, and no waiting. Easy and fun to ride, park up front and get there faster.

I was Very disappointed with this company, Rick made us wait a hour,Picked us up took us to his shop, I find it disgusting That racism still exist in this world, He would only rent To my husband and I, but refused Service to our African American friends, He stated that because one didnt have a up to date license they would not be able to rent, which was understandable but when my friend stated she would be the driver of their scooter, he became very rude and told her to sit on it and drive, of coarse she didnt know what to do,Im sure the first time i rented one I was taught how to drive it before he walked away, but instead refused service to them but stated would only rent one to us.. Anyways it was a good thing because we called and found scooters for half his prices, CHEAPER DEPOSIT AND LET US TEST DRIVE ALL THE SCOOTERS!!

I went to Las Vegas a few weeks ago and had a really bad experience with Wayne the owner of Scooter Up. I called to reserve 2 scooters and asked the price he told me it was 160 for 4 days. I then told Wayne my budget was $120 and could I rent them for $140 or 3 days instead of 4... He told me he would not rent me scooters because I asked for a discount???? I then said ok Im in a pinch Ill pay you the $160. He asked me not to call him again and hung up.dont waste your time with this company.... very weird.

Our last visit to Vegas was in early December. Every time we go or our friends go to vegas, we always rent our scooters from Wayne (yes, we even rent scooter in the frigid weather, its part of the Vegas experience 😏)! Hes an honest, trustworthy guy. Between me and my husband and our friends, we are usually in vegas 2-3 times a year and we always rent our scooters from him.
