Its ok but the wash needs to be cleaned out more often

Typical mobile home community. Actually its just a trailer park with single wide trailers throughout. Maybe a couple double wides but a lot of the homes are in disrepair.

Ive lived here for five years rent goes up every year its gone up in the last four years a hundred bucks still a cheap place to live I paid for gas and electric in my rent space the roads need repair the night Lights need repair trees need trimming and I hope it never falls down on my house when Im sleeping they dont maintain theres too many parties in this place at 3 in the morning people Park wherever they want they throw trash wherever they go theyre jumping the walls theres no security at all I wish I had known this before I moved in

Joanna is the nicest! Very understanding and helpful. She goes above and beyond to help, this is the manager we need around here. Family oriented and professional at all times.Hopefully she can be our manager!!

Mgr was very nice and full of good information.

Its getting better. Tish is making it better too, she getting the riffraff out an that is great. Claudio the maintenance man is on point.

Sunrise Oaks residents: Stop allowing your kids to trespass on the neighboring property as well as vandalizing it. The wall and fence is there for a reason. Signs are clearly posted as a warning. You are NOW BEING FILMED and there are patrols. There are no second chances. You will be legally and financially responsible for any police calls and/or vandalism. Thank you.

Definitely feel like the people in the office give preference to certain people. Always rude when you go into the office. Sent out letters of everything that needs to be “fixed” meanwhile the streets are all bumpy and dogs everywhere. Does not look as nice as in the pictures. In the paper they sent out says 2 dogs allowed while our neighbor that seems close to the Mainteinace guy has like 5-7 dogs. Office staff and maintenances guy really rude & unprofessional.

Great people the part just didnt fit my car

Its dark at night, roads need repaving, dogs chase you, rent goes up yearly. Park rules are ignored by management. Cars parking in yards what a great place to live!

Very quiet community,with access to a pool and playground structure

Lived here alot of years.... Some of my family and friends still live there.... On-site managment is a joke... They always hire shady people to do the office work and even then its only half done....maintenance has always been a joke too... They dont really clean....

Very quiet, friendly people , good atmosphere for kids clean close to all stores gas stations, cvs, restaurants, hair cut places, car wash, park etc, im bery happy since i move to here i love it.

Its honestly not the great, the road kinda bumpy, at least keeps cars from going to fast very little parking space, and kinda expensive

The roads need to be repaved for all the rent that they charge. They need to get quality people to work for the park.

I would like to buy there especially because I went a week ago and I liked that they let have large commercial trailers there were 2 and the best thing is that next to that property there is a mobile home that had 8 cars parked and they let them put the cars on the ground and in the Street and not like in other places these days I plan to apply because we handle 4 trailers and thus we save the parking of them I asked some neighbors and they say that the manager allows that to park trailers and that that property next door is always full of cars very well by the manager I hope to approve to live in sunrise oaks

For me its quiet in the night I go outto walk sometimes we are outside with my girl is very beautiful and QuietSalena children to playthey ride on a bicycle or running

I would like the manager to be more flexible is very tough

They need to have more staff to be able to attend faster

It is a hotel where you can spend an afternoon with friends in one of the restaurants that has good service the food not so much
