Had such a good experience! Everyone was so nice, found out the store owners from Denver too. Go Broncos! Initially bought one pair of shoes then went back the next day for a second pair. They were nice enough to spray down my So Kate’s suede for me and advise me of the extra heel tips in the bag. Was also able to check on another style that wasn’t available in store for me. Will definitely be going back next time I’m in town

This place has been on my wife’s radar for years. Somehow, this trip she talked me into walking into the place. We walked out with 2 pair of amazing shoes. It seems crazy to me, that people are willing to pay $800-$3000 for a pair of shoes, but I have never seen such a big smile on my wife’s face. The store was very nice. The employees were very friendly, and low pressure. Chris helped us find some shoes that were comfortable for my wife. He was very out going and happy to help us out. They have a huge selection, and even some special edition shoes. We look forward to coming back, and are going to make this a yearly tradition. Thanks for the help guys! Vegas tradition is to purchase a purse from one of the many high end boutiques. I couldnt wait to purchase anther CL purse. I had been wanting a CL belt that was on pre order in Texas and was not going to be able to get until September 2021! CHAD was very attentive and friendly, I couldnt have asked for a better Salesperson. My shopping experience here was AWESOME!! Chad treated us with the upmost respect and excellent customer service by far! I love my new purse and belt and cannot wait for my remodeling of my closet to be complete to add these babies to my collection! THANK YOU CHAD!!

Ended up lost in the Wynn trying to find this place, however the staff that picked up the phone was super helpful. They didnt have what we originally came in to get but they were very helpful with finding out similar shoes, styles and inventory.Its also nice to know they are up on the cleanliness of the store, especially since its the holidays and people are coming in sick. 👍

This Louboutin outlet at Wynn is very convenient for shoppers and casino visitors alike. Its right by the Wynn Theatre entrance, accurate to what Google Maps is pointing you towards. Its a relatively large shop, compared to the other outlets youll find along the strip. Service is amazing, and I ended up getting my wallet from them although it was the final display piece. Simply because they made the entire purchase journey so enjoyable! Will highly recommend you come here for a gift or two for your loved ones or yourself, and do ask for the sales shelf!

If you’ve been to one Christian Louboutin store you’ve been to them all. Nothing different from any store. I miss the days where there were certain stores that had exclusive styles that no other stores or department stores would carry

I made my very first purchase of Louboutin’s on 12/28/18! I decided to go to the boutique located in the Wynn due to their ratings. I walked in around 8pm and was greeted by Linda. Usually when you walk in to high end shops like this, you usually get the automatic judgmental look from the associates working. Definitely DID NOT receive that from Linda what so ever. I would just like to say she was amazing! She was very kind, never got a negative vibe during the whole time I was deciding on a pair. While I was looking around for a certain pump name, but couldn’t find it because not a shop in Vegas had it in stock. I had my mind set on that particular name, but having Linda assist me throughout my entire visit, who also was very knowledgeable, again VERY kind and patient was able to offer me multiple options. I finally decided on a pair and ended up purchasing a pair of pumps real similar to the ones I originally came in for. I definitely will be returning to this Boutique in the near future for my next purchase. Hopefully I’ll be returning with Linda being there to assist me again. Thank you again Linda!

I worked with Linda over the phone to purchase my first pair of Louboutins briefly after the store reopened due to COVID-19. She was so kind and willing to assist me with any questions I had- especially sizing. Linda made the whole buying experience easy and enjoyable. I will most definitely be purchasing through her again soon!

My husband surprised me with a visit to the newest Christian Louboutin store located in the Wynn Hotel recently and it was an awesome experience. I was greeted by sales associate John and he must of done something right because I left with 2 pairs of shoes! I was a little nervous about going into the store at first...some associates will judge you the instant you walk in and if they feel you are not going to buy then you are not worth their time! I never got that impression. Everyone was very nice, welcoming, and gave honest feedback. I know I will visit them again and encourage others to do the same.

Bought my first pair of Louboutains here. The guy was great. I asked questions about different boots and I could tell he was educated with the products. My boots are so comfortable I could wear them literally for 8 hours on my feet. I had Christmas at my house and prepared the hole meal and hosted until 10 at night wearing my boots the whole time.

Customer service needs little bit of coaching. Security at the door was not friendly at all either.

Terrible, the other locations are fine, but this one is the worst. Dont go here! The manager is really stuck up, I walk in trying to buy some shoes and shes on the phone and signals me to wait. Absolutely disrespectful, trying to buy thousand dollar shoes and I get told to wait. No thanks!

Find womens shoes with good Style

So disappointed with the service I recieved from the manager lady with red hair on Saturday,October 20,2018.I went to purchase my first pair of Christian Louboutin because I was never into it until my friend recommended it. So I walked in there with my husband to only be serviced by this very rude woman who really don’t belong there. She made me so uncomfortable and unwelcomed. I ended up buying the shoes only to go and exchange them for my right size at the Crystals shops. This manager managed to tell me that I should wear a smaller size because the shoes gets wider. Not true! If you are a size 9 us one must get a size 40 this woman conviced me to get a size 39 which is a size 8- 8 1/2.Let me also mention that we spend almost $2000 there for two pair of shoes and so disappointed with the entire experience, but mostly I was disappointed that she held the manager title. Hopefully this will help others when they decide to shop at this particular shop at Wynn, Las Vegas.

This boutique seemed smaller than the one in Crystals. But regardless, they had more shoes in my size here so I found myself purchasing more from this location compared to the others 🙂
