Store had zero customers other than my party and I felt like we still didn’t receive great and friendly service. When it came to flowers, the budtenders really pushed the Chili Verde super hard. I told them I was looking for something very strong and not fruity. I asked for headband, gorilla glue, and OG strains that they had listed as available; but they were only being offered in prerolls which sounded terribly disappointing.Bud tender said Chili Verde is the best and not fruity at all despite being lavender x key lime pie. Unfortunately, it was very weak, tiny little popcorn nugs, barely even fruity, and just completely unenjoyable. Overall, definitely not what anyone should ever refer to as the highest of their “top shelf bud”.We also received a $1 half gram preroll which seemed like a nice perk. Unfortunately, the preroll was Chili Verde and was packed so incredibly tight that it was unsmokeable.DO NOT BUY CHILI VERDE- 0/5 for the strain

The guy was helpful but not knowledgeable. Whenever I come back I wont come here. I asked for Indica the guy act like he knew what I was talking about by the time I I got home it was all sativa. Wont be back for that

Such a big and cool place to come check out. Staff was so interactive did not feel rushed either. They had security outside and he was also pretty cool and inviting. Made some good buys.

Went after landing and told me I had to wear a mask which I had no problem doing. I said can I please have a disposal mask as my mask I threw away cause it fell on the way to my Uber and they said no. How do you require a mask but don’t provide for ur customers. Terrible business model.

I had got a lot of bad reviews about the dispensaries in Vegas but the Grove was very satisfy. I stayed in the safe zone with something I was familiar with in Kentucky. Cookies was really good!!! I will be back next visit.

Love this place! Professional and the employees are very helpful and informative. I highly recommend this place. Open 24 hours so its really convenient. Make sure you have a valid state ID on hand. The wait is about 15 minutes before youre called back to see the merch. Have any questions, the staff will be more than able to answer. King helped me out and educated me about any question I had. Bought 4 pre rolls from here. All different strands and rolled in different papers. Didn’t matter which I tried NONE OF THEM SMOKED PROPERLY. Very disappointing as I’m from out of town and was looking for convenience of the pre rolls for my vacation. Whoever handles you’re rolling needs to be talked to. Every joint I (tried) to smoke you can’t even light properly because it instantly pinches off and won’t let air through. So if you do your rolling on site please watch whoever’s doing it, if it’s handled off site you need to do better quality control. Now I have to go a pipe and pull these all apart to smoke.

Never will order here again. Iam medical and ordered off the menu a sale item so they wouldnt honor the tax on my medical card. I pay for that, its a state law. So NEVER, EVER AGAIN. None of my other dispensaries charge me recreational tax on a sale item as a medical patient. This is the worst dispensary that I have purchased from yet!!!!

Don’t go here at all, I’m not talking about the weed. I made an order for pick up, which was quoted at 20-25 got there and still had to wait another 20mins so in total, over a hour for a curbside pick up. The ppl on the phone kept giving me the run around. I will update this review after smoking the actual product, maybe that will give me a different experience of this dispensary, the ordering procedure and the ppl answering the phone make me never want to come back here. Me and BF are regular customers we come here a lot but we haven’t been back since we had a horrible experience with the Manger Zack I believe that’s his name. He is very rude he was loud and unhelpful, he was very upset when we asked to fix our order and asked us if we wanted to wait 30 minutes for him to fix it.This is not the customer you expect to get especially from a manager.

Reading through the review section you would think its all Karens and Kyles visiting Las Vegas right now. Prices are too high, an employee looked at me the wrong - bunch of snowflakes. I have never had a bad experience and usually within 30 minutes Im in a better mood than when I arrived. When did cannabis enthusiasts go from fun-loving and carefree to whiny keyboard warriors?

Came here because it was close. Found higher prices, nothing on display for me to see the flower, their pre-rolls are half the size of 420 Sahara and twice the price. I went to 420 Sahara a few days before this, so that’s all I have to compare.

Nice place, polite employees however I got an 1/8 of blackberry lemonade on Saturday 11/7/20 the buds were extremely over dried. Breaking the buds down for use reduced it to powder. It said it was harvested 8/5/20. Maybe jars are not air tight. Buds may have been stored in extremely dry environment. The over dried buds smoke is harsh and lacks its full flavor potential. There needs to be some correction to ensure their products are being stored properly. Moisture content has a huge impact on quality.

Usually have a really good experience here. A bit annoyed that they did not let me use my points because I got a delivery...which i have done before. The point of delivery is because I cant make it into the store. It shouldnt matter anyway when I spend over $100 everytime I shop here.

They lie about their products quality to charge more. You can ask for a high thc quality weed and when you open the package it will be less then the percentage you asked for by almost 3%!. Overpriced low quality weed. If your gonna be charging such outlandish prices at least give good quality. Theyre charging double for strains that are barely 20% ThC% and if your a heavy smoker like me, the high dies down pretty fast under 25%. Not worth the money.

Ordered online for curbside. Took over an hour for my order to be ready. i was going to go in and cancel my online order because of how long it took and just get it inside but i got the text right as i pulled up. Paid 20 for a gram of some popcorn nugs that weighed out to .9 on two different scales. I am not one to actually write reviews but my experience was pretty irritating.

Ordered online for the first time because my usual grey market delivery has 6hr delivery eta now. Ordered and they called me within 20min. Confirmed and ready for pickup. Pretty good tree. Cant ask much more for a local dispensary. Of course prices are a lil high but that comes with all licensed dispensaries.

Do your homework people and dont let the Lyft and Uber drivers persuade you into going somewhere else (they get kickbacks from certain dispensarys...which is awesome but if youre looking for great weed stick to your plan) The Grove is fast, friendly and has exceptional product and is fairly priced. The strip gets boring so I visit different dispensarys...this one is my favorite!

Went in and bought a disposable. broke halfway through so the manager Zach replaces it but wouldn’t let me switch out for something else and replace it and literally the same exact thing happened it died again halfway through. It’s their reserve disposables the micro ones but if this is how the disposable is definitely don’t buy reserve products.

I love coming to this location because of the great customer service. I like taking advantage of the frequent buyer program. Although no one has taken the time to explain it. I am usually in twice a month. I wouldve given this location 5 stars but it was brought to my attention that my previous purchased have been accidentally given to another Robert Taylor. So all of my previous purchases do not count. There were over $100.00 in purchases and points that are lost and cannot be retrieved!

Smaller dispensary which is cool if you dont like the giant ones with too much going on. Easy in and out, decent parking. Usually stock a lot of higher end companies with better results than a lot of other places around.

The Grove is by far the best dispensary in Vegas. The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. Brian the manager is the nicest person who is always ready to help. By far the best in town.They Rock! River is one of the clerks and he was very helpful and made my visit great. Thumbs up!

Went here a few time first two times the staff was not that great but the product was decent. Went here again and Danny was knowledgeable in lupus/ autoimmune related issues and what helps for pains/ issues caused by it is you have this problem see him not only that he was the only respectful person I met when there he doesn’t blow steam up you butt about products. Recommend seeing Danny I think he only works night shift.

They have a reward program. Every 100 points gives you $5. Bring your bag back & receive loyally points. Come experience a visit to The Grove when your near the strip.
