Did curbside pickup and the whole process was pretty smooth. They have good deals so it was worth the drive for me. The girl that gave me my order was very sweet and attentive. Overall great service and pretty decent prices when you look for the deals!

Honestly I used to come here for years before this place was called Green, this used to be my favorite Go-To place because I liked the deals they offer & the points system... Theres usually a new face at the front desk & theyre always nice & outgoing but now all of a sudden theres some new guy at the desk, who kicks me out because he wont accept my ID, & out of all the dispensaries that Ive been to, this one being my favorite, Ive never been treated this way by anyone! Apparently, how he claims, nobody in the whole building knows how to do their job right except for him. How convenient. He is only doing a disservice to the companys reputation & profits & making them look bad, very smart idea to reject high paying customers & be responsible for your company losing money.

I love love love this place. Discounts and Price Match Guarantee is freaking amazing. I have never had an issue and even when they are busy, the lines move quick. Shoutout to the Receptionists, Budtenders, and Security for the great work they do. Every other dispensary is an after thought to Green for my household.

I had the worst experience. The green is so old the percentage is not what the package says. I bought 10 jays for 40 and it smoked like cbd with little to no effect at all. They used to have good product.. now they sell trash. The manager wouldnt come to the phone left me on hold for awhile. Tourist do not come here. Their product is trash!!!!!

Used to be good. But they raised prices. They must not treat employees to well, every time you walk in there a new face. I wouldnt even call them employee they are there such a short time. If you are charging more than twenty-five dollars for an eighth you are ripping off your customers.

I used to spend about $40-60 5 days a week here, unfortunately due to now 3 times my points were not available due to employee neighbor after trying to get it finally situated today. After 20 minutes they found my phone number was still wrong (after being told it’s been updated two other times) budtender was nice and did what he could but management doesn’t seem to care anymore. I was told all those points are lost and I’d have to come back with some free time so they can delete my account and remake it. I really enjoyed this dispensary but I’ll be purchasing my daily 1/4 from a few blocks up the street at the dispensary.

Yesterday was my first time coming here, and it was a great experience. The atmosphere is fantastic, its fun, its light. Theres a lot to choose from and they make online pickup super easy. I had the pleasure of working with Shannon who not only had my order ready for me at my arrival, but she also helped me to find products that would help me with my back pain and im super excited to try them out. She made my experience incredible, let me know i would get a certain dollar amount off for it being my first time, and then she gave me a $20 gift card for my next visit. I will definitely be coming back here more often

I have been coming to this location since it was BLUM never had any problems with point system for years. I dropped my phone screen shattered.got a new one Have made at least 10 -15 separate orders and have not received one point in months. Have been into the store was told will fix it .Now trying to say I wasnt enrolled? I have been a rewards customer there since 2016 can someone please give me a little assistance with this please .

“NOT DRIVER FRIENDLY”— As a limo driver, I rely on tips and/or “kickbacks” from liquor stores, dispensaries, wedding chapels, etc. On a whim, I brought a group of 17 paying customers to Green Cannabis Co. The location is not very close to the Strip hotels, BTW. My guests spent a large sum of money in there, but kickbacks aren’t customary here. Too bad. I will take my guests elsewhere in the future.

Moved here from WA a couple months ago. I have been to many dispensary here and finally found my go to. Prices are high all over Las Vegas compared to Wa state its depressing. Besides Planet 13 which wants WAY more money for items this place made me feel safe going in and out. NuLeaf was straight ghetto for me Im sorry. I LOVED seeing the diversity in there. I was greeted when I came in staff was all really friendly. I was not pushed away for loyalty program due to not having Nevada ID yet. We finally get into DMV next month. I got some flower I think 54 for eight but it was beautiful and flower I got last month looks like rocks from NuLeaf. BTW the grape ape you definitely need grams for cartridges I absolutely loved the taste. I was a Budtender in Wa for 3 years this is the kind of place I would like to sell if I go back into the business. Thank you guys I had a great experience. Oh wait there is a ATM machine inside which I like because both places I went to that took my card they charge a fee and state they will give it back I watched them pull the cash out and throw it in there tip jar when I already put a tip in it....Puerto Rican gone mad is all I could say.

I go here almost everyday after work. The staff is always nice and super helpful. I never wait too long unless I forget and go during the wrong time then it’s a little wait but never too long. They dont even check to honor my MEDICAL MARIJUANA DISCOUNT , one guy forgot to unlock the door for me to even go inside as he seemed to be more concerned in socializing with the other staff there. Unfortunately this is the closest dispensary near us. My boyfriend and I started going after they took over Blum...BUT....EVERY time Id place an ONLINE ORDER Id get there expecting to have Exactly what I ordered and come to find they are all out. So I ask you why advertise ypu have something and sell it and waste My valuable time and energy going for a quick pickup when Im waiting 15-20 min for you to tell me you dont have it. I cant say that I have had a bad experience here. Today made it even better. We all know with the holidays it be a little tight so I wanted to know about my points and if I had any to use however with the dispensary switching their loyalty system I was told I didnt have any which was odd to me cause I smokes and initially when I saw their $47 quarter deals thats me I stayed here but no points🥺. So normally I do curbside but decided to come in and speak to someone but in the end because they were busy I had to wait for a callback. First of all, surprised did not expect anyone to call me back because of the customer service I have experience in Vegas but the Manager Corey, I hope I spelled her name right but she was super accommodating, professional and understanding..... empathy. Awesome service and will definitely continue to shop here😊

I would have been a NEW Customer at this dispensary. Placed an order... Went through the entire ordering process no problem. Now, just wait for the text message that says it is ready to be picked up... and WAIT... and WAIT... and WAIT... and WAIT and No Message 2 hours later, still no message. So, I guess I will NEVER be a customer and will make every effort to ensure that nobody I know is a customer. Even though you sell weed, you still might consider the fact that dispensaries are a dime a dozen.

So I placed an order online yesterday and the store would not honor what their website says and the eleventeen year old manager came out and got really rude with me. I explained that on their website, where I placed my order, it says 20% off all 1st time customers just not with sale items. She proceeds to tell me all of the quarters are on sale every day so I cannot have 20% because of that and she said the website is wrong and all the info I need is on the truck parked in the lot. I said how am I supposed to see the truck from my house? She sniped back you saw it when you drove in. I said I place my order online and all info needs to be available to the customer at the time of purchase. Needless to say this little girl has no idea what I was saying and even less on how to speak to people much less how to calculate 20%. Terrible service I will take my business elsewhere.

Came in today to try and pick up an 8th in the $40 range with tax which is simple and normal for top shelf flower.They were out of flower that would fit my $40 range because they overprice for flower that other stores charge less for so only 3 strains were on the menu. The bud tender then came and said she had shake and and other 8th that would come up to 41.23. I told her I only had $40 cash and asked if there was a discount or a way to make the transaction $40 for the inconvenience of not having the flower that would have been under $40 with their prices and they refused saying it would come out if her tip. There are other discounts you could have applied also that are in the system.... she refused and that would not have come from her tip....It’s like $1.23 or a happy and returning customer??? They get you in the door by giving you 20% off your first purchase but after that your nothing but a number.This place only cares about money and not people.Go to Exhale!!!

Our family cat was diagnosed with failing kidneys as a last resort we decided to try Cbd. Family told me to stop in green and see if they had anything that could help. We tired some tinctures. Within 10 hours our cat had taken a turn for the better and was being social for the first time since he was diagnosed. He’s been greeting everyone in the mornings and when they get home. He seems to be back to his normal routine. He’s been steadily gaining weight and improving. My first impressions of green were it was very plush, clean and modern. They have tablets to search inventory while you wait and awesome point/reward system! Staff is super friendly and cheerful. I had the wonderful opportunity to work with Kory. Big shout out to her! My family and I were very pleased! I would definitely stop in this place!Thank you Kory!

I say three because the budtender was super nice, helpful and professional. The place was small, which I like, and the selection had some of my faves but the check in boy working on 2/12 @ 1 pm had an attitude when I asked if he needed my up to date address. Only going back because of the 20% off for first time customers.

Started off horrible. We had the worst budtender. His pants were sagging and his zipper was open. Extremely unprofessional and treated us bad as soon as he found out we were from out of town. I’ve been to Green dispensary a few times and received great service from different employees. My last experience at Green dispensary on 11/27/2020 was horrible the bud tender (Missing all finger nails) was rude ! He had a bad disposition When I greeted him and then told me to use the ATM because his iPad was not connecting to the server That allowed Debit card purchases. I went to the ATM came back and handed him the cash which he snatches in a hurry. He proceeds to give me my change back, but only the coins. So he tried to short change me . I spoke with the Host in the front of the store (very nice guy) and my change was returned. Hopefully my next experience will continue to be as good as they were in the beginning.

Placed online order.It was confirmed by them. I arrived at the scheduled time to pick up park right in front. After a few minutes security takes my id says someone will be out with your total. Probably 10 minutes later employee comes and tells me the price was a mistake but they will price 1 at that. I said fine gimme 3. 10 -15 minutes later I decided to go in. Management refused to honor what the employee offered. The menu displaying the price was directly behind me in the store.
