Their clean and organized inside; Theyre always friendly, knowledgeable and show really good professionalism. Always have some kind of deal(mostly non-flower products). Overall, its def worth checking out.

Very friendly staff starting with security had a smile on his face held the door open for me . Then the guy that checked me in gave a friendly smile and nice greeting very efficient at his job. The same with the young lady that helped me very nice friendly and helpful and knowledgeable about products.

I usually go drive thru. This time I went in. Dallas was my budtender. He was cool about helping me get what I needed. Recommended some preroll Indicas I didnt know to well bring a sativa guy but wanted to change it up. Talked about the NFL when I asked about his name, Dallas of course (Bears fan) and I over paid by 20 bux which he pointed out and gave back to me. Good dude!

I picked up curbside and my bud tender Kelsey was very sweet and informative! I originally came by for my Airo carts that’s a little pricey, so I love stocking up when they’re on special (totally sign up for their text alerts!). I had no clue I was also going to get a free Airo Pro Sport battery. I’ve purchased from almost every dispensary in town, and by far ShowGrow never disappoints with their deals, quality, and customer service. I use their delivery service every time and they are very efficient on letting you know that they received your order and when you should should be getting a ETA on your delivery. I have been a reoccurring nightmare I MEAN customer for Showgrow for a while now. Great location, services, and products.Prices, like everything else, have increased. 7g deals for flower went from $50 to $70 (though you can still get small bud for $50 which shouldnt excite anyone). They offer a reward card to obtain free pre-rolls, and also have a point system you can redeem for flower, edibles, merch, etc. You can move up their hierarchy of Green, Gold, Platinum, and Ambassador (each step up offers more pts per dollar spent which can be redeemed for other products). They reason I say Im a nightmare is because I have the ability to message them directly and I take full advantage of it with all my questions and comments.Over all, I do truly love this dispensary out of most in the Las Vegas area. Despite the prices increasing (which I am sure is happening everywhere), they have earned a loyal customer due to their knowledge, services, variety of products, and friendly staff. Cheers to future success

Usually they’re better than this. Placed an order for pick up. Waiting for 30 minute just to be told (after I asked an employee) they couldn’t see what my order was for. You would think after waiting for 30 minutes with no employees saying ANYTHING to you, that your time is worth something. Not to this manager…

I wasn’t asking for money back.The employee even agreed that they’ve been having trouble with this item and then the tune changed once the manager came out. Placed my order while at dinner. Was confirmed & ready for delivery shortly thereafter (made me nervous) but they came shortly after we got home. Said up to a four hour wait & wasn’t nearly that! I’d say an hour-ish. Delivery guy was super cool & friendly! 10/10 recommend & I’ll definitely be ordering again! Also got a free “sip”, so overall a very happy customer!

Great service from Angel and new guy at the check-in kiosk. My only concern is that my wait time EVERY TIME I do curbside with my large order, takes almost 30min! Why can’t you my order be served in order? I see many other cars that pull in after me being serviced faster. It’s frustrating no ones comes out to give me an update. Today was an exception because a gentleman did come out to my car to let me know it was being worked on. But that is very rare that someone does that! My point is, Angel did great, but I would appreciate that my order be filled with the same speed as customers who come after me-no matter how long my order is.

We like the store and the deals but on EVERY occasion, the staff expects you to leave them the change, no matter if its $1 or $9. They actually ask you if you want your change.That to me is asking for a tip and it really shouldnt be encouraged. Im all for tipping for great prompt service, but when you sit and wait ten minutes for an order they tell you is about to expire then ask you if you want your $8 change........ummmmm what do you think?Its a bit off putting but Ill continue to shop there
