Excellent food. Great atmosphere. We were a group of 6 and we were all pleasantly surprised at the quality of food and the phenomenal service. Our group looked forward to dining here.
This place was our last option late at night and we were expecting sub par food. We were so surprised it turned our night into a delight
Fancy restaurant prices and long wait times but fast food quality.Want to pay about $25 per lousy pancake meal and $6.50 per from concentrate vending machine orange juice and then wait like half an hour to get them? Then this is the place for you. Definitely a hotel money gouging trap. Just get out of the hotel and cross the street for much better and cheaper options.
We ate here several times to try different foods and stay near where we were gambling and sleeping. This food is terrible. The chicken strips were mostly bread and way too salty. The French dip was crusty and flavorless. The chicken noodle soup was mostly broth; and less tasty then you’d assume. The breakfast was ok. The service is off and on. Meaning, some visits were great, the breakfast staff was more attentive and nice. The dinner staff was less so. It could take 20 minutes to get a refill on your soda. They forgot to bring my salad and still charged the $13+ for it. Which brings me to price. Heavily over priced meals. The salad was a side salad when I ordered it again later in the day. Not a $13+ salad. The menu is very limited too.
Good was aweful and expensive. The waiter was super rude. Will not be going back and do not recommend at all. The have way better food for way cheaper outside of the hotel.
This Place Has Awesome Belgian Waffles..I Hardly Ever Finish My Breakfast..As You Can See I Ate Good..So Good I Ate This 2 Days In A Row..The Service Was Just As Good..This Is At Treasure Island.. Everyone Who I Encountered At Treasure Island Was Polite, Helpful, Professional,Took Customer Service To A New Level For Me..
Great food...staff were great..
Great food (omelettes) and service from Debbie. It was a great spot for a sit down breakfast.
They falsely advertise that they serve pho. They do not. I understand that at some time in the past they did but for some time now they stopped serving pho. I had a party of 6 and we went in for the pho but we left after the waitress told us they dont serve pho. The restaurant needs to take off the sign that says pho if they arent going to serve it
Honestly, I am not the kind of person to leave reviews, but I felt the need to do so with this place. I was on vacation with my friends and we decided to eat breakfast here before we left for the airport. We all got our food and I got the french toast and a bagel with cream cheese. When I broke my bagel in half to give to a friend, there was an extreme amount of mold in my bagel, and I had already taken a couple bites. My friends looked at their foods and saw small spots of mold in their bagels, and their corn flake french toast as well. We were highly disgusted and called the waiter over just for her to ask us if we wanted more bagels and more french toast. When we said no, the only thing they offered was to take the item off the bill instead of a full refund. When we got to the airport all 4 of our stomachs were in shambles. we suffered on the plane and it was an awful ride home. That breakfast place was the only thing we all at that day. If I could give this restaurant zero ratings, I would in a heartbeat due to the terrible food and terrible customer service.
The club sandwich was very good, but pricey at $18.95
The breakfast is pretty good here. Nothing amazing or anything, but pretty good. We ate once inside and once on the patio. I reccomend the patio if its cool enough! It is beautiful out there! Service was prompt and friendly. Prices are high, but its Vegas and inside a hotel... so to be expected. Pretty good experience for us.
The service was terrible. The food wasn’t that great and the prices were outrageous. Definitely would not eat here again.
Good food. A bit pricy buy great service
Terrible food! WAY over priced for frozen chicken strips and burgers. Very disappointed!Only saving grace was the server was polite
Food was fair, a little pricey like all of las vegas. $18 for eggs, hashbrowns and toast. If you want bacon or sausage its $21. $13 for a short stack (2 pancakes only). Friendly staff
Excellent food and service. The best place to eat inside treasure island.
Breakfast was good. Service was ok, not bad.
Like everything else in the hotel, its a bit pricey. Food was good and it was open 24hrs on the days we went.
Yummy in hotel experience! Regular breakfast and was kind of pricey for just eggs and meat, but was very good!
It was just not what I was expecting. Expecting much more
Excellent food, great service, overall awesome experience.
Excellent place for breakfast.
Loved the avocado toast!! Server was nice.
Visited twice, 1st visit was a 2 star experience, but this last visit great thanks to our waitress Traci, she was very attentive and made up for the previous poor experience.
The service was phenomenal and even though our food took a little bit, the waitress was very attentive to our needs. Would recommend!
Solid Brazilian steak housel. Worth a trip
Best experience the people were really nice, and made sure you got what you needed.
Good food fair price
The food was great. I was impressed with the service as well. Definitely worth stopping in.
Very friendly staff. They were busy for breakfast, which is to be expected but the food was ok and the staff was great.
Sad to say there was a hair in the pancakes
Website says takeout is available, called to place my order and was told the restaurant was dine in only. Dine in my room was available for double the price though. What a scam!
Staff is friendly. Location is well maintained, and also convenient for those staying at TI. Breakfast is decent. The main reason I didnt give it a better reason is the exorbitant pricing. It is Vegas, yes, but these prices are far more expensive than even dinner prices elsewhere. If you dont want to go anywhere but your hotel, and dont mind spending 20$ on a plate, go for it. That being said, I cant say I would recommend it. Solely based on price.
Good food.
The food was way overpriced. My omelette has more egg than filling. The hash browns were burnt in the outside and raw in the middle and had a strong smell of old grease. The waitress also placed my food on the table and then reached over my food to serve the person with me, yes there was space on the other side to serve without reaching over me and my plate. I would not recommend
Pancake tower with eggs stacked on top
Incredible omelet!
Great quick breakfast
They food is very gud
We absolutely loved this hotel. It is so new and clean. It had everything under the sun inside. There is no need to leave. From wonderful restaurants, to exciting night club scenes, You just cant go wrong staying at this hotel. We had a room with a view that was stunning. I would definitely stay here again.
Good food, great service
Great place in las vegas
Food was mediocre and the service was great.
Way overpriced for the food quality. Bagels burned, pancakes raw, the cheese they use on the omelets has the consistency of plastic. Would not recommend.
Waited in line to be put on the wait list, in which they said we would recieve a text. Never did. Went back 30 minutes later and the same lady that gave us our reservation said she couldnt find it. Only one waiter was serving every table they had even though their were 3 other people there. When i asked for change to pay the bill she told me i had to wait for my server. Well he was too busy serving other tables apparently so we got change from the casino pay out machines. After waiting 20 mins they never brought us change and probably never even noticed we left. The food is also bland and unseasoned. Dont waste your time!!
Stopped for a quick bite. Ordered coffee, bacon and eggs. Got charged $38.97 ?!?! In a hurry, I didnt review bill until after card ran. Looks like server ran all a-la-carte. Talked to supervisor Mark who apologized and said he would make a note for the manager to take care of me. Went back next morning and spoke to manager Fredrick who told me i got what i ordered. No help. Seems like managment supports this shady practice. Be sure to say I want the American for $15.95
Have no idea what hours they are open. Went there couple of times today but was told they were closed.
Really lackluster food. My eggs were super undercooked and my daughters waffle was burnt. Also not great service. We never got a refill on our drinks and our server was very uninterested in being there.
Better than the Denneys we went to the day before. The food was good but over priced
Great food at a Treasure Island restaurant. Prices are reasonable (even for Vegas), and the service is fast and courteous. Had breakfast this morning with three others and we ordered traditional bacon and eggs, to Eggs Benedict, giant waffles and smoked salmon. Food was delivered surprisingly fast and the quality was great. Nice work!
A fav place for quality American food. Great place to meet and catch up with friends. Definitely worth a return trip. Prices were decent. They have so many great reviews for a reason.
Stopped in here on the way to an event at TI. Overall it was a good experience.I had the nachos and my wife had the burger. The nachos were quite good, with a lot of toppings (including some great jalapenos). The burger, Im told, was great. The fried, though, were just average. For dessert, we had the pineapple cheesecake and the Boston cream pie. The cheesecake was excellent, but the Boston cream pie was a little dry.The service was very good. Our water glasses were never empty and the server came to check on us every so often to make sure everything was OK.This is a great place to stop to eat. Its conveniently located near the main entrance to TI.
What a great place. Service was fantastic.
Food was decent, but man are they pricey!! But the server made up for it, she was great!
The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas is one of my favorite hotels to stay in when Im in Las Vegas. Everything you need. Warm and welcoming. Good attention to detail. Room was modern and well put together. Shower with separate large bath. Best balcony rooms in Vegas. Excellent view of the strip. If youre looking for a modern room this is the resort. You can spend an entire day there and not get bored. Definitely a nice experience. Much nicer than a lot of the casinos. Very good food options, too. Service was on point, waitresses attentive when in the casino. No complaints. 10/10 would stay again the next time we are in Vegas.I loved balcony options and my view of the fountains was amazing! Definitely book again!
Food was good...but the smallest $5 orange juice I have ever seen...maybe 6oz...our waiter maid up for the cost/ portion size....I get times are tough but this was ridiculous...
Good food but a little pricey
Food was delicious. We went once for breakfast and once for dinner. AT breakfast, our wait was about 10 minutes... not terrible. Our waitress though, acted as though the turnover was all she cared about. We felt super rushed, but overall it was okay. At dinner, our wait was much longer, they appeared to be understaffed. It was very busy, yet all the tables werent open for seating and our whole meal we sat bedside 2 dirty tables. The food was overall very good.
Good menu selection of Asian and American foods. Breakfast is 24 hours a day. Food quality is better than the average coffeeshop. Service is very good. Prices are on the high side, but it is in the casino.
They had jailhouse free coffee that was for $5 too expensive for the whole meal. Was unsatisfied with the pricing.
Horrible restaurant - not fresh and not tasty, very pricy.
I stopped in here for a strong cup of coffee at the halfway point in a long day. They served me a super-strong cup of delicious coffee that hit the spot just right and cost less than the nearby coffee chain stores. #letsguide
Several times we tried to get to the buffet in time and missed by 10 minutes. The coffee shop was the serving breakfast all day. The restaurant was clean, seats were comfortable and their food was good. I got the eggs benedict and they were fantastic. Everyone in my party enjoyed their meal.
Cold waffle, half cooked omlet..
The steak special was wonderful, cooked to perfection.
Some items on the menu are okay, but some are absolutely delicious! Service could be slow since they do get pretty crowded. They are open 24 hours, so this is a great place to eat after a night out!
Good Pho food served in addition to breakfast and main lunch dinner menu. Service was good. Atmosphere is eh..set up makes it feel a bit like a cafeteria. But food was good and decent drink specials.
I didnt make a wrong choice by taking my friends there. Great place, i would like to visit again.
The food was really good cant wait to go back
10 min wait when 80% of Restaurant was empty and staff standing around. Ordered a club sandwich and house salad. Turkey was super preserved and very overpowering with salt. Salad was all lettuce and a couple of pieces of tomato/cucumber. Restaurant seems like it’s stuck in 1985. Very expensive for what you get. Charged full price for absolute rubbish.
Stayed at the casino March 1st thru March 3rd, room 23069. We only ate at your restaurant both days, the food was delicious. Everyone was so friendly and attentive!! Thank you so much for making my visit memorable!!!
We come here a couple times a year. Atmosphere pleasant. Staff friendly. Fast service. Clean restaurant. Good food, generous portions. Got pricey over the years. $9 for two coffees. Really!?Still love you.SMR
Good stuff...
Food was good, prices were a little high for what it was... But it is Vegas 😉 Staff was friendly and food was tasty. Overall great experience!
Not that good for da price...had breakfast pancakes were very undercooked...doughy and hashbrowns were undercooked... service was sub par 2..
The vegetarian Pho was AWFUL. It taste like water. Id have done better with canned vegetable soup. My partners veggie burger was hard. Thankfully the french fries were good. Our waiter checked on us once. He was like a hummingbird, he buzzed through and disappeared. We stayed at Treasure Island for 4 days. We never returned to The Coffee Shop.
They are not customer friendly you pay a lot and they won’t work with the way you would like breakfast
