Paola at Johnny Rockets gave us the best service we had in Las Vegas! This young lady greeted us quickly, sanitized our area at the bar, and had a menu in our hands in less then 5 minutes! She was better than some of the servers in the 5 star restaurants we visited. After a long day of walking around Vegas, we were served a delicious cheese burger, fries, and creamy, huge milkshakes, all within 20 minutes of ordering. All this without having to spend $100 on a meal. You can trust this Johnny Rockets for quick service and wonderful meal.

Dont you miss the days of asking for chili fries and getting chili fries?? $5 for this misery.

This is my first time ever having rockets. Compared to in-n-out, this place has better options. However, theyre limited on drink options. Good thing I went with a milkshake, lol.

Great and affordable food for burgers and sides. I always kept on passing by this restaurant at the fashion mall but I never tried it. Went in today and finally tried what’s to offer. First impression, great diner vibe and a cute jukebox on each table. Lots of customers going in and out the place. They offer a handful variety of burgers, sandwiches snd shakes. Unlimited salad or burger, pick one! Great food and service overall. Definitely recommended!

Food was expensive and had to pay extra for things that should have been a standard part of the meal. Portions were small for the price and the employee at the register seemed like it was the worst thing in the world to have someone ask a question.I would not go back to this one.

I came in and wasnt greeted by the staff, basically ignored till they were ready, after a 4 minute wait I placed my order.. single cheeseburger fries, & a large lemonade.. 17.48$ humm a bit pricey for the portion & size of the given meal... the redeeming factor was the burger, It was delicious, buttered bun yummm made fresh? I was satisfied... will I return? Probably not just based on price but do i reccomend? Yeah sure if price isnt a big deal.. you wont regret it ... 2 stars off for customer service & price

Depends which JR you go to. The restaurants in Vegas are all pretty good.The one we went to in LA wasnt as good.

You ordered through the machine but if you had questions it took a couple of minutes to be noticed. The tables were clean.

Food is okay and the menu is limited. Not the same environment than eating at the diner version of it. Nothing special.

Although located inside the Fashion Show Mall, you can take a small trip in time. The food was really good and the staff was very friendly, Ghanen was our waitress. She came to our table constantly to check up on us, she was also very informative. I got the Cheddar Bacon and my wife had the Philly cheese Chicken, but they accommodated her by making it bunless. Not sure what the deal today was but there were about three people complaining about their orders. When I got mine my hamburger was way way way way way way over cooked. Maybe its usually better but based off of today I would not recommend.

Burger, fries, shakes, and service is perfect - probably the best Johnny Rockets we have visited. We will definitely come back to this location.

Really good burgers. I liked that they toasted the buns. Also got a orange crush float that was really yummy. The waitress was friendly and nice with all of our orders wanting things a little different. We also liked that she brought out our floats while we were waiting for our food instead of waiting till it was ready.

This Johny rockets place is amazing!! I saw a lot of negative comments on here but honestly its the best place me and my father have ever eaten at. The service was great, people constantly asking if everything was alright/ could we get you anything. The food was amazing, I had chips and a burger which unlike most burger joints, was so good. And the milkshakes they have there are awesome, such good serving sizes and the best things ever! Overall would go back here for sure and highly recommend for everyone!!

Great food, clean place to eat, but the reason I wont give this place 5 stars is, because the service is terrible sometimes. You have to wait in line to get seated, while you stand in line the staff will pretend they dont see you! Its so annoying, even on slow days they make you stand there waiting. I like coming here when Anastasia is working. She makes my family and myself feel welcomed when we come here to eat. She is always attentive, friendly and fast. I do recommend this place, the seating time is really the only downfall.

Very disappointed, Johnny Rockets used to sell real juicy burgers and the environment was always welcoming and friendly today after there new remodel its dull boring and the energy is just not there any more. JOHNNY ROCKETS have really gone downhill just to save a buck

Food was ok, not superb. Grilled cheese sandwich was very dry. Took very long for the waiter to take our order, then it took ages for the food to arrive. Other tables that ordered later got their orders sooner. Waiter left the dishes waiting lounge before he brought them to our table. Luckily it was still warm (enough). Then long times again to get the check and then to get the change. So this one got no tip!

Avoid this place at all costs! When we arrived there was only a table of four sitting down in the restaurant so we figured it would be quick since we were quite hungry. Our server came to take our order, two burgers and a plate of sweet potato fries. After quite some time we started wondering where the fries were; we finally saw the server come out from the back holding a couple plates of sweet potato fries and we were relieved but the plate was for the only other table in the restaurant! So again we waited and we saw the cook place out two burgers on the heat counter but no sign of the server anywhere. Yet again not for us. At that point we were thinking of just heading to CPK because we were tired of waiting. Our burgers arrived though and we were almost finishing our burgers, which werent that great, when our fries were brought out. No sense in timeliness and our server was MIA most of the time, a table of two sat down but no one ever approached them so they left.

My first time eating at Johnny Rockets. Well try the one in Seattle. I cant wait for the new locations to open up in Victoria and Vancouver Canada. Good service, decent food and classic ambiance.

We have Johnny rockets in Utah and what they are charging for food at the Johnny Rockets at Caesar’s Palace (Las Vegas) is a rip-off! Our server was great but it was LITERALLY double the price so we just got a milk shake and drove back to Utah for dinner.

Its a typical Johnny Rockets. The music is good, the servers are cute and the burgers are juicy.Just beware of the prices since theyre high compared to a Johnny Rockets in another place.If you want a good burger though, Johnny wont disappoint.

Very good food but the service was terrible We waited for what seemed like forever to be seated Then waited and waited to be brought a menu Then waited again to place our order Then of course we waited for our food for a longer period of time Finally when we were done eating, after wait at least another 20 minutes I had to ask for our ticket to pay The service was awful but the food was very good We wont be back to this one but maybe well take a chance another in the future.

For someone from Texas, with burger places on every corner, its hard to view the burgers here as above average in any way. The service was OK, the setting was entertaining, and I enjoyed the fries. If youre in the mood for a burger, this place hits the spot.

I will never eat at another Johnny Rockets. Service was horrible. After wait 30 mins for my food I didnt even get the burger I ordered and the manager didnt have the decency to come out and apologize .

If I could take stars away from them i would... the cashier for one was rude and ordering people around in line... the line started to curve so we could stay out of peoples way and she was yelling at us saying we needed to go back to the way it was. Well excuse me for trying to be polite and stay out of the way. A lot of other customers werent too happy about her piss poor attitude. After we got to the front we were asking about military discount. She didnt understand, so my spouse showed his id and she gave us a look of disgust. Then she realized oh ok military. After we paid, we ended up waiting over 20 minutes. Then we finally received our food. Well my spouse bit into his burger and bright pink inside... Im pregnant so I took a bite and bright pink... spit it out and my spouse went to complain. Once we complained the answer we got was well that is how we naturally make our burgers and if u dont want pink u have to ask for it well done..... HOW in the world is anybody supposed to know they are the only restaurant that does not cook their burgers all the way through!!! People are going to get sick eating raw burgers. This was the 1st and last time I am eating here. They corrected the burgers but it took them another 20 minutes to do so... once I finally was able to eat it without the risk of killing my child, the burger was not all that. Id rather go to mcdonalds and spend 1.80 on a cheeseburger and be more satisfied with them. The whole meal was almost 20 for 2 burgers and some fries... absolute waste...

Was terrible service. We were a table of 8. I waited at the front to check in and the host took 2 other tables in before myself when I was clearly in front of them. When was finally sat, we waited 15 mins for anyone to take our drink orders. As we waited we heard 2 OTHER tables complain about the service and how they didnt receive their orders for quite a duration. EVERY SINGLE TABLE that wasnt taken was filthy dirty with previous food orders and had been sitting there the entire time we were present. We had to talk Loudly and ask for service after 25 mins had gone by. The most frustrating thing about this, is that the restaurant wasnt even busy.! And many times I had seen lol walk up to be seated, but were not acknowledged at all. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. Incredibly terrible service with rude waitresses.

Ok food thats a lot cheaper than anything else around. They werent well staffed so we waited a while for our order. At least one other table got up and left because they werent being served.

First and for most I do not want to get any one in trouble here... but this place need more costmer service training...Yesterday my family and I decided to eat here at this Johnny Rocket... very bad service. The waiter/hostess who seated us had an bad attuide. we asked her for a highchair for my 2 year old son and she ignored us twice. NO ONE came by for drink orders . She did not tell our server for the section.. So about 5 to 10 minutes past I grab a highchair and I went up to a waiter and asked to speak with a manger. The manger never came out but instead our waiter came up and said the foods on us... I said no its ok and paid...thinking food would be execellent. NOP the food was RAW, too salty, and I execpted greasy since this is a hamburger joint.The place was NOT even Packed thats the crazy part.. after I asked for the manger the two waiters came and asked if we were ok... But it was too late we were already upset.Im in the service industry too so I know whats at least good - execellent costmer service. THIS PLACE NEEDS BETTER FOOD CONTROL AND BETTER COSTMER SERVICE.. NEVER EAT HERE..
