I’m totally in love with the MAC PRO shop at The Fashion Mall, the staff are ALWAYS ON POINT, always friendly and welcoming. I’m come from Oklahoma several times a year just to shop at the Pro Shop. Natasha is awesome !!!

Love the complete and full selection of everything you could possibly need. They were so friendly, helpful and efficient ! Parking is free and now that more places are charging for parking it was nice to shop without the extra cost of a parking fee. Needed SPF lotion , loose powder, lipstick and liner. They had a great sale and nothing beats see the colors and trying them on your skin tone. I like online shopping sometimes, but this I need a brick and mortar store. It was easy in and out shopping.

It was my first M.A.C. purchase and I loved it! The employees are knowledgeable and have beautifully done make up! I got the powder kiss lipstick in burning love. I LOVE it. Perfect matte look but feels velvety smooth!

I was a little skeptical before calling to schedule an appointment being that there are bad reviews for some of the local MAC stores. BUT my call to this store turned out great. Noel scheduled my appointment and answered a few of my questions (he didnt rush me off the phone). Then the day of, Tyler was my make-up artist and I have to say, I loved his customer service and the outcome of my make up. As a matter of fact, all the artist there were friendly and attentive. One of them even assisted my friend (who didnt have an appointment) with applying some single lash extensions AND gave her eyes a touch of eye shadow! Needless to say, we walked out as very happy girls!!! ~Thank you for your great customer service... We will definitely be back the next time were in Vegas!

This particular MAC pro store has been redeemed thanks to Laurie. As long as Laurie, Natasha and Drew are there along with the others whose names I have forgotten but do recognize and appreciate their faces; are there this store will always do well.

Christophe was such a great help to my friend and me! He helped us find bronzer, highlighter, and lipstick to be on trend for spring 2019. He was friendly and very knowledgeable of the products and explained why certain colors worked on me and different colored worked on my friend even though our skin tone is very similar. When I go back (Im local), Ill only deal with Christophe! He really made the experience comfortable and memorable!

Really great staff! Totally swamped but you wouldnt tell by how approachable they were. I was here just visiting and decided to pop in and ask if they were getting a new collection. The artist was busy with a customer and totally volunteered to check on it for me. I told her I probably wouldnt be back, but I thanked her anyway. Store, brushes, and samples were impeccably clean! And we all know how dirty samples can get!

Judy was GREAT but in great demand. She made time there a breeze.

I wish I could give zero stars but it wouldn’t let me! I was there on vacation and I had planned on buying a new foundation concealer and a few more other things. I walk into the store and wasn’t greeted after I stood around for ten minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge me! No ones ever did so I ask a girl if she could help me she said no cause she was going to lunch she did on her way out ask a MAC boy to help and he looks right at me and ask another lady if she needed help! I was very disappointed in their customer service and now I see why they were not even busy! I actually decided that I wasn’t buying nothing from Mac and went across the way to Sephora where they are nice and help and I don’t mind spending my money!
