One of our favorite icecream places. Old school flavors with a modern decor. The ppl who work there are nice but some are pretty serious.

The worst customer service in my life I ask the person for a half of dozen cookies and he didnt even have them had me wait a whole 30 minutes and came back and he didnt even make them. Thats probably why the other store closed down cause they dont even do what they say they are going to do. He should just close down this one if the whole purpose of making cookies and ice cream is to have the cookies made ready for customers. Smh if you want good cookies I guess its not sweet addictions anymore. The worst place ever! I use to love this place and told all my family but guess who is about to tell my family this place has gone down hill.. me! Never will I come back to this place.

If you remember Thrifty Drug store ice cream you need to check out Sweet Addiction In Apache Plaza on Fr Apache. I had the Chocolate Malted Crunch and it was delicious! Tasted like real ice cream should.Their second store didn’t survive the pandemic. Stop by so this place stays open.

Terrible service. Poor presentation. Ice cream and cookies look and taste like generic Walmart quality.You’re better off making your own at home.Do yourself a favor and skip this place.

I am literally in awe. These cookies are absolutely amazing! Add in the wonderful customer service and quality delicious ice cream and you have a dangerously good combination. I am very particular about my sweets and this place truly hits the mark!! Great job guys!!

So generally when I go to this place the ice cream is excellent and the service is good. I just recently left this place at 3:00 PM April 24, 2021. If you’re unable to listen to your customer and provide what they want you kill a whole experience for them. I just left out a sweet addiction and I explained to the lady my order which was a quart of ice cream with three different flavors separated by the frosted animal cookies. The lady had it in her mind already what she was going to make me and completely did not listen to what I had asked for so when I saw she was making the order wrong I spoke up and re-told her what I wanted. She then began to proceed finishing my order and still was making it wrong. When I told her that I usually come here and I get this order all the time she told me we don’t usually do that (which is false btw) look I’m not here to argue but I just stood in line for five minutes and watch you not be able to make what I asked for, & I simply left. I’ve been living in Vegas for 7months. People’s communication skills are horrible here!!

Cute little shop. Cookies and ice cream. How can you go wrong. You can have them make your own cookie ice cream sandwiches. You get to choose the flavor of ice cream and cookies you want. So many different combinations to make! I am looking forward to going back and try another combination.

This was a pretty decent treat. I think the price was a little high for what it was but I enjoyed it and would eat there again. I wish they had more flavor options but the one I got tasted pretty good and the service was fast and friendly. Not a bad option to cleanse your palate after eating at the great restaurants that surround this place.

Excellent cookies and ice cream but they are lax on mask guidelines. A family was ordering at the counter with teenage looking kids not wearing masks. It is what it is but in case anyone is funny about that it’s good info to know!

So many flavors! The cotton candy was not too sugary but so full of flavor. The bright color was so IG worthy. You can do half and half flavors and even choose two different cookies. So many options and the cookie sandwich was delicious! Wish they didnt use Styrofoam tho.

Great service and the woman who waited on us even made flavor suggestions.Talk about a sugar rush. Not for the faint hearted or sugar-sensitive. But damn its good. First you pick your choice of ice cream. I always get the Chocolate Malted Crunch ice cream. Then you get to wedge it between the cookie of your choice - My favorites are the White Chocolate Macadamia and Oatmeal Chocolate Chip. Good lord, this thing was great!On Tuesdays they have $1 off ice cream sandwiches before 6pm. So $3 and some change is a good price for the size of the sandwich - you can definitely share one.

Pretty simple ice cream shop, first time trying it. Just got a basic scoop of sherbert and biyfriend got a milkshake. Scoops of icecream are reasonable but 6.99 for a milk shake seems a bit much for icecream and milk.Service was friendly and fast

The customer service is terrible and the quality of the product is subpar. I could’ve made the same thing using a tub of all generic ingredients. For the price, it should have better quality ice cream, chocolate chips, and definitely a worker with manners. I don’t appreciate someone yelling at me over their shoulder across a room that echoes.

This was probably one of the best ice-cream spots. Going based on reviews. Today I was very disappointed with the customer service. I was standing behind a couple who requested for a refund or some kind of app log in . The cashier kept repeating to the customer that your not log in over and over. The cashier became argumented with the customer. The lady had to instructed the cashier on how to use the register for some kind of refund the cashier kept on saying she never done it before and didnt know to use the register.I was shock to hear the employee had no knowledge on how to use the cash register wow the customer just wanted to use the sweet addiction app. The customer ask the cashier for her name the cashier refused to provide her name and started yelling at the customer to just leave the establishment, once they left I figured she had gotten over it. Nope! Her rude attitude continued with us. I probably wont be returning here. I seen all the great reviews and decided to try it for my self. Im very disappointed and safe to say I dont plan to return.

The ice cream sandwiches we chose were pretty good. I wouldnt say the ice cream was amazing, but we enjoyed our dessert. It was fairly expensive considering we basically got two scoops of ice cream and two cookies. Although it was a tasty dessert I cant say we will definitely go back. Perhaps if the price was lower it would be more tempting.

We love this place! Fresh cookies, Thrifty ice cream, $1 off on Tuesdays. You pick the ice cream, you pick the cookies (yes you can mix or match), and have it inside a cup for all around under $3 on Tuesdays.They have a tip jar either for girls or boys, kind of cute. Yes, we put a couple dollars into the girls jar. Theres also a soda fridge there, carrying some not your usual sodas. This place though is a chain only in Nevada, I look forward to coming here again with its friendly staff.

I drove across town with my daughter expecting a nice scoop of ice cream since I seen some good reviews about them. I was disappointed by the customer service i received. The ice cream was good and the cookies were fresh. I felt a bit disgusted as theyre was a bug crawling next to us where we were eating.

Excellent. We stopped in while in Vegas on a recent trip and we were not disappointed! We got one cookie and a scoop each and they were delicious. We will definitely be back!!!

Poor quality cookies; nice staff. If youre looking for just something sweet, the items here work. However if youre big on taste, good flavor and quality, this is not the place. Unfortunately the cookies do not have a good flavor and the ice cream is just ok. I tried multiple types of cookies, in hopes that my opinion would change...it did not. Ive been to other places where both the ice cream and cookies are truly tasty. I gave one star for the delightful staff and cute layout of the shop.

I’ve been bringing my daughters here for 2 years since this place is really close to our home, even though the price is more than all other thrifty places in the area, and often, there are chunks of ice in the ice cream. I took my daughter in yesterday and let her order and pay on her own this time (trying to teach her independence) so she ordered her ice cream. She always orders rocky road, she pointed to the brownie walnut because the rocky road wasn’t visible, she paid for it $2.11 with tax for a single cone. She realized that she ordered the wrong ice cream right away and I explained that she mistakenly ordered the wrong ice cream. The girl behind the counter was very friendly, as always, but was adamant that we need to repay to for the cone. It’s not about the $2.11 it just felt petty, especially since we’ve been coming here for 2 plus years. My suggestion to management is show some appreciation to the customers it will go a long way.

Disappointed in the customer service here. Went in with my son, husband, and my parents. Me, my son, and my husband ordered ice cream sandwiches and sat down to eat while my parents ordered. They walked over a few minutes later empty handed. They tried to order milkshakes and the girl at the counter said she was going to take the 4 parties behind thems orders first because milkshakes take a while to make and didnt want to hold the line up. We left. Management either needs to staff the store better on weekends or train in better customer service. The cookies were delicious so its unfortunate we wont be back.

This place is amazing. Cookies compliment the thrifty ice cream very well. All their creations are tasty but I strictly go for the ice cream sandwiches.

I went there for my first time with my kids , the cookies and ice cream were great not to mention the flavors ,, one of the girls just stood there not so friendly and lazy , until the little one w the blonde short hair and pink shirt came to the rescue ,,,,she saved the experience with her bright smile and attentiveness ...you can tell she loves her job and have good work ethics , I couldnt help but to tip her personally, she place it in the communal jard , if you ask me everyone should get their own tips , i could care less about lazy workers ....even if the food is great , good job little one !!!
