Born in Logan, Utah, Crumbl took the city by storm, their Instagramable rounds offered in thirty stores across six states by 2019 and now easily 100+ with six in Las Vegas including the Durango location opened in May 2020.Created by Sawyer Hemsley and Jason McGowan, rapid expansion through franchising yielding mixed results from store to store as evidence by Social Media, it was after two subpar experiences on Blue Diamond that the newer storefront proved better, the staff exceedingly pleasant whilst describing each $3 choice.Undoubtedly popular in part due to photogenicity, though a sterile interior oversells the fact that everything is made from scratch, the first thing those entering will notice is Crumbl’s limited collection of just seven weekly flavors, five specials alongside Sugar slathered in cloying pink Icing plus Chocolate Chip that uses all Milk Chocolate and trends far too sweet.Still a young company, so much success despite only starting in September 2017 certainly enviable, better bites come from weekly specials that included “Cake Batter,” the flavor in three forms highlighted by a soft base with Sprinkles and a nicely cooked perimeter.Offered onsite or via delivery from 8am until at least 10pm Monday through Saturday, dark Sundays reminiscent of Chick-fil-a, it was next that Sea Salt Toffee disappointed by building off Chocolate Chip’s sweetness, though “Chocolate Cake” proved a dramatic improvement thanks to thick Frosting and nomenclature befitting its texture.Interested by two Fruit flavors, neither truly a Cookie and thus confirming prior critiques that crumbl falsely advertises Cookies while selling flat Cakes, Strawberries N’ Cream would have benefitted from a bit of Buttermilk to help tame the sugar while Peach Cobbler was pretty much perfect from the stewed Stonefruit and Streusel down trough a warm Oatmeal “Cookie” to the pan.

They have Macadamia Cookies at Crumbl!!! All their cookies are pretty big and really good. But our favorite cookies are the oatmeal and for the first time they have macadamia cookies. They don’t have these cookies all the time, you’ll need to check out their menu each week. But cookies are good and the curbside pick up is awesome.

Best. Chocolate Chip cookie. Ever!! Warm, soft and melts in your mouth. The different flavors they have also are very good. Kentucky Butter Cake is amazing. Oreo is bomb. You won’t be disappointed with any of them!

I usually visit the Crumbl in Centennial for a nice cheat snack.Today was my 2nd visit at this location on Durango to try the Caramel Pumpkin. It was a good cookie but mid way through there was a 3 inch piece of clear plastic material inside the cookie that I nearly choked on.They are fast to produce the cookies upon order, but they should make sure when moving fast that none of the materials from the ingredients packaging fall into the final product.

Delicious, but expensive, cookies. But you know that before going in. I was able to stop by and get 3 dozen cookies without any problem and without calling ahead. Thats awesome. And some of the cookies were still warm.

Probably the best cookie I’ve ever had and I’m a cookie lover. We ordered lemon, sugar, milk chocolate chip and snickerdoodle. Each cookie was delicious. Taste and texture spot on! No matter what, they never disappoint. Our personal favorites are the luxurious Kentucky Butter Cake Cookie, the decadent Strawberry Pop Tart Cookie, the Amazing Andes Mint Cookie, the delectable Snickerdoodle, the magnificent Lemon Glazed Cookie, and the rapturous Raspberry Cheesecake. In reality, every cookie is a winner and absolutely delicious! Get to your nearest Crumbl quickly as each cookie is only around for a week (with the exception of the two mainstay flavors of Chocolate Chip and Iced Sugar cookie)!

The different flavors every week is one of the best ideas I’ve ever seen. Each cookie is always so soft and melts into your mouth. Especially the pie themed cookies. Served chilled and so yummy!

Great cookies, not great service.I ordered online and followed the steps prescribed to say Id arrived. The store was empty. Nothing happened. I went to the pick up counter and waited patiently. Nothing. A surge of customers came in and placed their orders while I was ignored. Finally someone handed my order while barely saying a word to me. I wish I hadnt tipped in advance. Will stick to donuts for my indulgent treats now!

Everyone was helpful but almost everything we wanted was sold out. Bummer!

Experience with Crumbl cookies was in Salt Lake City about two years ago. It was on Valentine’s Day so the only cookies they had left were the milk chocolate chip. It was the best cookie I’ve ever had no exception. When I found out there was several locations where I was beyond excited. The only issue I have in recent months is that some locations have better quality cookies than others. Not that the cookies are bad at the other locations but just not as good. I still would recommend crumble over any other cookie store in the country. If you’ve never had one you definitely have to try one immediately!

I love crumbl cookies, but I noticed the young lady taking an order out for curbside and coming back in wearing the same gloves and starting to prep another order. Not so sure if I will be returning.
