My transmission had went out on my car, so, I took it to Nissan. JAYSON BABBIT provided THE BEST CUSTOMER CARE I have ever experience. He didnt know my situation but he could have seen I was stressing, as I didnt have all the funds I needed. He took it upon himself to exhaust every possible options he could think of to get within what I could have afford. He accomplished what he set out to do and now my car is fixed. Thank you so much Jayson. He genuinely cared for me as a person and not as a customer. Because of him, Nissan will definitely keep getting my business.

Worst car dealership I’ve ever been too. Purchased a car from them and then a week later they called me back asking for more money and ever since then it’s been nothing but problems. They have the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. The only 2 people that did anything to help was my sales advisor and the GM Marcus. Worst experience I’ve ever had the most frustrating time ever. I hope people read this and decide to go another way. It’s not worth the hassle trust me. Don’t trust them with anything.

We were on vacation in vegas and our vehicle broke down on the strip, we towed it to United Nissan where Carlos the service advisor went above and beyond to help us. They provided us with a rental with very affordable rates. I had to fly home the next for work but my wife stayed behind until we could get a definite time to find out when our vehicle would be ready. Turned out we needed a new transmission which they were able to get the next day. My wife decided to fly home until the service was complete Carlos was kind enough to give my wife a ride to the airport. The entire staff at United Nissan were very kind and helpful. Id like to personally thank Carlos the service technicians the rental agent and even the sales staff, they all went above and beyond.

Went to another shop to get my Transmission serviced paid 1000$ few weeks later my Transmission went out and i took it to paul in the service dept found out my mechanic had never serviced it as charged and Paul was amazing new trans in within the week and got an awesome deal with the already awesome customer service..

The repair list mentioned a detached combination switch, that was fully functional before getting the recalled airbags inspected. The passenger side looked unchanged and there was a new problem with my vehicle that was not there before. Every time I use my turn signals, the high beams turn on, which is a very prevalent issue. An issue which I never had until receiving an inspection that I never agreed to or asked for.

After a truly terrible experience with Henderson Nissan (see my review on them), I contacted United Nissan. They were AMAZING! Everyone there was extremely helpful! Things they did for me:--helped me straighten out my warranty that wasn’t showing up correctly in my name--identified the rattle in my car and actually FIXED IT! (how many times have you gotten a “we can’t duplicate the problem” - not this time!--were pleasant and listened to me - from the advisor Paul , to the Tech Victor, to the lot attendant Dakota--communicated with me throughout the process--gave me a ride home and picked me up--put the claim in to the warranty (as it should have been) so I didn’t have to pay anything.I cannot give Paul, Victor or Dakota enough props for being so great! they really understand how to take care of the customer and how to fix a car. Extra thanks to Dakota for being great to talk to on the ride.Please note, I’m not from Vegas, which I was upfront about, so they have no reason to think I will be back for more service. And no, I’ve never met or heard of any of these people before I started talking to them on Monday late morning. I just really appreciate the care and help they gave me.

I went to this dealer for a recall on my vehicle since it’s the closest to me. When checking in for my latch on my hood to be replaced I asked if they could check a joint on the back suspension as well since I was there already and received a letter in the mail about it as well. The service representative asked if it was making noise I stated no but my vehicle is 5 years old already and I wanted to just get it checked. He said no since it’s not making noise it wasn’t necessary to check it. I’m not sure if it customary for people to say no to checking a vehicle if a person ask you to check it especially if it is your job and I’m at a dealer specifically for the vehicle I am driving. Not going back to this dealer.

Stunningly awful service experience. Made an online appointment at United Nissan for an oil change, since I had purchased the vehicle there. Drove across town. In the service bay the greeter was oddly annoyed at my arrival and asked what I wanted. I said I had an appointment for an oil change. He asked which advisor was assigned, and I told him there was no indication of a specific name on my email. He did not appear to like that answer. He took me to the desk of an advisor who was on the phone. I waited about 15 minutes, and then that advisor angrily told me to find someone else for help. I was a little taken aback, and looked around and nobody else was free. Im not sure if it was my appearance, but they clearly did not want me there. Bewildered, shaken, and embarrassed, I looked for my car and maneuvered it out of the service area. 2 hours wasted. The icing on the cake was a text message telling me I missed my service appointment as I drove home. I sincerely hope this doesnt happen to anyone else.

This was my first experience at United Nissan and I have no regrets. Donald Keniston treated me with respect and courtesy. What impressed me the most was that he did not use pressure sales tactic. The sales staff as a whole was very accommodating which made for a satisfying purchase. Fernando in finance answered all my questions. I definitely recommend this dealership as the place to go!!!

The man who helped me (cant remember his name) went above and beyond for me. I was looking to just get and oil change, some windshield wipers, and some new hub caps for my car. Now this man walked over to the parts section with me and helped me pick out my new hub caps with the right size and everything because honestly I had no clue. Thank you! I also was pleasantly surprised when my total bill for the day was around $124 for all of it! Thank you for making my day easier and for the price being hundreds less than I thought it would be. I love this dealership and I will always come back!

I had a great experience buying my Nissan Armada a couple of years ago but have not been able to get someone to call me back about my Vehicle Protection Plan. I have left three messages explaining I have sold the car and need a refund on my unused portion. I think the last message was supposed to go to the finance manager. Still nothing. I am from out of town so maybe they could care less but be careful if you consider buying a vehicle here. The service afterward might not be what you would expect for buying such an expensive car. I did get someone to respond after my poor review. I appreciated a company that actually looks at the reviews and responds quickly and efficiently. Which Elsa did. Thanks so much. For that reason I am switching my posting to 5 stars and would highly recommend this dealership to anyone wanting a vehicle

Have you ever received the inspection report after payment for your oil change? Look no further, worst customer experience ever, no clue about what they were doing, no intention to attend to what the customer was saying. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICEI live in California and I have been looking for a Pearl White Pathfinder for over a month. I was so Excited when I found the one I had been looking for here. I made sure they had it and made an appointment. I drove 3 1/2 hours to see it. I left my house at 10 got there at 1:30 my appointment was at 3 and I was told we sold it at 10:13, that was after getting the run around for 10 minutes. Oh but you couldnt let me know so I wouldnt have to drive all the way there! Then they had the nerve to say well do you want to check this one out. It was an UGLY GREEN. Basically when I got there Courtney was cool. he was totally honest And he also made buying a car a great Experience. until he brought the shyster this snake guy Wheres Waldo. Thats really his name Waldo he played a real weird waldos game. so if you go in and Waldo promises you something please do not believe him hes all about promising things that he cannot deliver he acts like the big dog but truthfully hes the underdog. dont trust Waldo. Tech could not find the wheel lock. Said I had a nail in my tire, said it was unsafe to drive my car with the wheel lock off, if I was to take it back to big o tire to get the tire repaired for free. Wanted me to buy new wheel locks and key for $90, I said no. I was charged $30 to repair the nail damage. When I got into my car after paying, the wheel lock key was not even 4 inches away from the center console where the technician looked. It was in plain view next to the cup holders.

This was my second time having a service appointment the first time I received the run around with getting my car tinting and the service advisor Erin was nice enough to help me figure out the process to get my car tinting. When I saw her at my recent appointment to thank her she was very rude along with the other service advisors . Although I was told when I initially bought the car that Carlos was my service advisor, it was very confusing once I checked in for my appointment. A lot of people sitting at their desk but no one available to help for a schedule appointment. And although I was able to track my service appointment through the link once my car was ready I went to the service desk and I was still talked to rudely after I saw them being my keys in . I believe my car was assigned to Brian Wilson, who I never saw because he was not at his desk so they next rudest advisor assisted me but did not seem happy about it.

My amazing experience started off with Andrea Cervantes immediately getting back to me via email when I expressed interest, and she kept in contact with amazing timing. She went above and beyond and got me approved before I even showed up to the dealership. Even my Salesman, Chris, was surprised at how thorough and above and beyond she went for me.Chris was an AMAZING salesman and made me feel very valued and wasnt pushy at all. This dealership will sell you a car and have you sign a contract and call you days later to resign at a higher payment/ APR. be careful and mindful of what you are signing. They will screw you to max and guess what if you have a problem with them screwing you the GM Will call the police to escort you out the building. Be aware of all transactions done at this place. They love u when ur buying a car “we’re all family here”. More like Jerry springer type of family. Please avoid this place at all cost.

Really terrible experience, I went in as a desperate college student who had cleared out my saving to get a used car. Im a small young woman who spent 4 hours at the dealership getting good cop bad copped by two large aggressive men. I was forced into taking a loan with a company that I can only assume is a loan shark to pay off the remaining tab on the car with an interest rate of 18%. I was never sent any of the paperwork I need to register the vehicle and have gone in and called multiple times and no one can seem to point me in the right direction. It has been over 6 months since I purchased the vehicle and still dont have it registered. On top of that they didnt even give me a real key to the car Im using a cheap spare without a clicker and when I asked about the original key I was mocked by the salesman.Buying a car from United Nissan has been one of the biggest mistakes of my life. I never leave reviews anywhere but I had to make an exception to warn people of how terrible this dealership is. Please if you are considering buying a car here look at the one star reviews that are listed below and reconsider. The money and time I have lost I can never get back but I hope that I can save someone else from having this experience. You dont want to be stuck with a loan that you will never be able to pay off only to have to hire a lawyer to look into why you didnt receive the basic paperwork necessary to prove you purchased the vehicle.In times like these you would think that people would universally show some slight amount of compassion for one another but that is not the case at this establishment. Please, I am begging you, go anywhere else.

The person helping me-Erin-was great but I do take exception with the fact that because your service dept is backed up I ended up having to pay an extra $140 for a rental car. It’s not my fault. I understand that covid and the heat have caused issues, I’m a nurse who works in the covid unit, believe me I get it but punishing me for it seems….cheap. You own that rental and you got over $5000 between me and my warranty to repair my car, making me pay that $140 just feels like a slap in the face and does not make me want to use your location in the future. I had a similar situation last summer and the Nissan in Henderson covered the remainder of the rental when the repairs went long because; it wasn’t my fault. So no, I’m probably not coming back and honestly this Nissan was purchased used but with really low mileage and I’ve had a LOT of problems with it so I’m not feeling too generous about the brand either. The Henderson location definitely handled everything in a way that didn’t make me feel punished. Just so you know…

If I could give a 0 STAR I would... all this associates are bunch of “LIARS“first of all they talk to you all nice.. and tell you your approve for your loan and you come out driving the car from the dealership all good !!! the next few weeks they call you back saying that my son needs to take back that car to them because he was not approved for the loan!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. We got lured in with a promise of just getting an appraisal for the cars trade in value. We knew it would be low but were hoping theyd offer us something better. Of course they have to try to sell us a car. They wouldnt be a dealership if they didnt. But at the end of the night when it became apparent that there was a problem with us having full coverage and I respectfully asked if this could be continued at another date that should have been that. Instead, holding on to her car key after being asked repeatedly to return it, we were stuck up there for even longer. We should have gotten the key back after the first time. But because some big shot wanted to make the sale then and there and had a problem with us just coming back and doing it now there is no sale. The contract is ripped and if they try to press it, it will be disputed. All I asked for was for us to be able to do the deal another day. Trying to hold us hostage backfired and now not only did you not sell a car, but you lost a customer who really was willing to fall into your trap. Too late. Ill take her somewhere better when shes actually ready to buy one.

OK so this is the way this story starts. I seen a used vehicle on offerup that they had for sale. Just what I was looking for to. Now I work until 6 which means most dealers are closed and the good deals you find online are always gone before I get off. So I waited until close to when I was getting off and called and asked if the vehicle was there and with a long drive to them if it would be there so not to waste my time. I said I would be there by 7 to which he said OK. I gave myself plenty of time to which I made it there at least 20 minutes early only to be told that someone else just bought it. So this shows they have horrible communication or lack of keeping there word. Now after I had been told this they said we have another one that might fit the bill only to find out it was sold to. Now he says we shall go to his management person who then worked real hard to put me in a car with payments. The biggest thing with me was getting something without payments which I proceeded to tell both of them at least a half dozen times. To which there is another thing I cant stand is someone being pushy. Then what got me the most before I stormed out was the higher up saying to me after I brought a hypothetical situation like this but being him instead me was ITS ONLY BUSINESS. Now I dont know how anybody else would take this but to me this means that the customer dont really mean a thing to them and that the sale is all they are worried about. Now I dont hardly ever make reviews but this one I thought had to be said because if whomever reading this likes being lied to, pushed around, and then made feel like you dont matter then this is the place for you. One more thing to add its been 2 days after and the car which I was there to see and already sold is still on offerup as being open to buy. Bait and switch tactics and bullying. Went in on a Facebook ad that talked about credit forgiveness and negative equity forgiveness. 0 down and low monthly payments. Walked out with a car I didnt want and then a week later they started questioning my paperwork and I took the car back. From sales to finance they are a shady horrible dealership.

Homer is awesome. We werent able to check my warranty. But he did the oil change and we set up a plan to get the other service done. Even though they arent open on the weekend he still tried to see if he could verify my warranty. I appreciate the effort

Christian Sanders was very accommodating and helpful and he knows what hes talking about, he will do everything possible to get you into a vehicle and even after youre in the vehicle he will do everything he can to help you no matter what you need for your new vehicle. He got me and my wife Pat into a brand new 2020 Nissan kicks, the car runs fantastic has good gas mileage great steering and very comfortable. If you have credit problems Christian Sanders will do everything he can including talk to the banks to get you into a good vehicle. I would recommend United Nissan and Christian Sanders when you have need of a vehicle they have new and used vehicles there and great service . The parts department at United Nissan on Sahara and great service in the personnel there will do anything they can to have you get the right parts for the right vehicle the right color paint for the vehicle and anything else you need for your vehicle.

Oil change. Truck sounds good. But Not sure why they tried to sell me 30,000 mile transmission change for $ 250. When I have only had the truck for 10,000 of those miles. 4 months later since my purchase I need something that cost so much. What about the inspections on the truck before selling the truck. Was that included. For the transmission? I wish they would have told me that my transmission will need to be. Change in the next 10,000 miles.

Carlos Jimenez is awesome. Terrible place and terrible service!I paid for service and battery replacement. They didnt have my battery so they told me that they would call me by the following day when my battery arrived. I waited all day and even had to risk going to work with a near dead battery. Long story short, my battery died on me, 2days later and still no call. Had to go there after like 4 Jumpstarts to inquire about the status of my battery. They replaced it and broke my radio antenna during carwash n guess what, they said they would call me when the new antenna they ordered for my car arrived. Needless to say...I have not heard from then until now. Dont go there if you do have to.
