My father earlier put out a 1 star review. I wanted to say thank you to the service department for doing everything they can to get our car fixed. And they are doing anything and everything to get me a rental car. I highly recommend anyone with a Kia to go here and get it done,

Worst experience at a car dealership I’ve had in quite sometime. I had to bring my car back here 5 times for a simple AC unit replacement. They kept replacing the wrong part and the AC unit continued not working, yet they kept returning it to me saying it was fixed…. One time they returned it to me and the check engine light was still on.I had to take it somewhere else to finally get it fixed correctly. If you can and leave a message for the service department they will not call you back.

Never ever buy a used car from these people. We walked in and purchased a 2014 vehicle for less than $10,000 and ended up with a financial nightmare!!! Now that less than 10K vehicle is costing us close to $25,000 and I actually put down 3/4 of the value of the sale price, that wasnt even with a warranty!!. So if you think you have nowhere to turn and most dealerships wash their hands of you because the state of Nevada has no type of lemon laws or because you didnt buy the warranty that most will NOT honor. You actually have a saving grace if you keep track of everything and everyone you deal with at that dealership and then go to the Nevada Department of Motor Vehicles and look for the form ( compliance complaint ). Make sure that you have all documents and all correspondence in line before filing the complaint! You will also need the names of everyone you dealt with and if any resolution for any of the complaints were actually resolved!!

Jim Marsh Kia was wonderful when it came to purchasing my car back in March.I just realized that I should probably get an oil change as I am moving next week and wanted to ensure that my car is good to go prior to driving across the country.I have called the past three days in a row and my calls were answered by the same rude employee. The first day I called around 11am and received a call back a few hours later. I missed the call by two minutes and immediately called back. I unfortunately got the voicemail of the service department.I left my voicemail in hopes that I would get a call back. I didn’t receive once, so I called again and did the exact same thing for the next three days.Today I called and was sent to voicemail again, but this time I called back and asked if there was anyone else I could speak with considering I was unable to get through to anyone over the last few days.A gentleman answered the second time I was forwarded today. I asked if there was any availability for an oil change next week, and he blandly stated that they were booked out until November.I have no complaints about them being booked, as I understand that happens. I do however not appreciate the attitude I received on each call. I was polite each time I called. All I wanted was a call back to know if there was any availability or if I should look elsewhere. Super unhappy with the customer service that I received.

The Service Department needs to work on their communication skills. Had my Kia scheduled for a recall 2 months in advance. I had to call for an update on my car - they proceeded to tell me that my car would be kept overnight and be ready for pickup in the morning. They told me that the part came in late and that they had just started on the recall servicing. This was at 3:30pm. The Service Department said it might be ready by that evening but wouldn’t be available for pickup that evening. My wife and I then proceeded to go and pick up or vehicle and speak to the Service Manager. He was rude to my wife. Then I stepped in - he tried to cut me off and give me excuses about not getting my Kia serviced in the same day. Now I have to get rescheduled for next Monday to have this recall fixed.

This place is so homey.We bought a car for my daughter. We had an awesome salesperson Gino. Their is no pressure when you are talking to these guys they will guide and explain things pretty forward. Our finance guy Attia is equally nice and professional. The owner Sam and Stacy are very friendly and down to earth. I love that. I would love to buy my next car here. I highly recommend this place for anyone planning to buy a car.

One of the best car buying experiences I have ever had!Anthony was the best salesperson, showed me which car I wanted and was very informative.During the buying process, Arsenio and Cano were very helpful and made it to where I could buy the car I wanted for the right monthly payment. I feel like everyone there went above and beyond to make sure I was able to drive off the lot in my dream car...which I did! I traded in a vehicle with them also and they made that process very easy as well.They also called me a few days after to make sure I was still happy with my purchase and to confirm that everything was good with the new car!I would definitely buy from them again!

This dealer does NOT respect the Jim Marsh price they advertise on their website. Even worst, they add 6K, 7K or 8K on top of their prices taking advantage of the so called market adjustment. I had a really great salesman Pontess. He was very professional, kind and just didn’t give you the stereotypical car salesman vibe. No complaints. Their GM was a cool he is super nice and professional. He “negotiated” with me to include a higher purchase price on my trade in and threw in the new car window tint which I appreciated. However ultimately before Gap insurance and an extended warranty my finance paperwork had the price at $10k MORE than the price the GM provided during our sit down. (Take a pic or keep that form they fill out before you go see the finance officer and hold them to it). When I stated that to the finance officer (who was ridiculously nice/professional as well) he explained the market shortage and what not. Which at that point I should’ve walked. For the simple fact that was not the agreement and is indicative of bad practice in my opinion. THIS IS TOTALLY ON Me as I let my guard down and allowed it to happen. Now of course despite loving my new car… I’m left with terrible buyers remorse.I still rate them high because well… they are running a business and even though I ultimately feel screwed over I could’ve/should’ve walked away. I share my experience hoping to help someone else by reminding you not to be too nice/weak/ignorant or whatever I was to not walk away if/when the terms seem to change. But they really do kill it with kindness. They are still helping me. Making sure the tint is completed as negotiated and answering questions even weeks after purchase.

I have lived in the Las Vegas valley since 1985. In the old “ Vegas” before the boom businesses had to actually perform great service if they wanted to survive. Jim Marsh has always had a reputation as a honest man who values the things that matter most in life, integrity and family.About 15 years ago I had the pleasure to meet Jim Marsh at a public meeting for people who lived in our community. The impression he made was extremely positive and lasting.Recently my son had an accident and Jim Marsh Body Shop was an approved vendor with my insurance.I am at a loss of words on how to explain the service , sincere care and professionalism that I experienced at Jim Marsh Body Shop. More specifically I want to publicly recognize my collision estimator who assisted me. Her name is Ms. Araceli Keene. Ms Keene represents Jim Marsh in a manner that is beyond reproach. Her knowledge of the claims process and her ability to take charge of the situation to get an amazing job done on my car was fantastic.If I am ever in need of body work on a vehicle again, I will only go to the Jim Marsh Body Shop. I wish I could give 0 Stars. Bella the front desk receptionist is VERY unprofessional. After trying to get ahold of them for 3 days, I finally had ENOUGH. I have been getting sent to a persons voicemail. I ASKED IF I COULD SPEAK TO SOMEONE WHO CAN ACTUALLY TALK TO ME AT THAT MOMENT, but I was just met with hostility and rudeness. I can not believe their service. It seems if they are not making money from a sale then they dont provide exceptional service.

Our sales guy, Gino, was super nice and honestly he did a really good job. He was friendly and super informational about the car which I really appreciated. Once we moved past the sale and moved into the numbers though, I found that the posted prices online were not correct at all. I went in there with an understanding of what the vehicle would cost based on my own research, only to be tacked on with 9k more than suggested retail price because of market adjustment. I understand the market and we were able to come to an agreement, but obviously we all could have done without the added aggrevation caused due to incorrect information. The entire process really did not go well between pricing and the finance department but we do love the car and are happy with the purchase. We learned a lot in buying a car and only aim to warn the next person buying a vehicle to be absolutely sure they give them accurate pricing before wasting their time.

I always feel so welcome when I visit, and Mr. Marsh always adds a special touch (this time is was homemade honey). I think it’s just details like that which keep me coming back here. This place has the absolute worst service department I’ve ever seen! They never answer the phone and on the rare occasion they do you’re told appointments are backed up for 2 months. They also close at 5 ( most service departments are open till 6 or 6:30) and there’s no appointments after 2:30. The manager is absolutely RUDE and will belittle and make excuses instead of owning up to their issues. I bought 2 vehicles from here in the past and will not be setting foot in this business again. I will be taking my business to Towbin Kia who actually cares for their customers.

Im writing this as a wake up call for the owner since apparently no one has the guts to tell you the truth. Your commercials are awful. I dont think Ive ever cringed so hard from a commercial in my life. The dynamic between Jim and what Im assuming is his daughter is weird, overly flirty and makes me want to vomit more than it persuades me to buy a new car. Please stop featuring Jim in the commercials. Hire someone to shoot your next ad that has even the smallest amount of skill if you want a commercial that helps your business but isnt like every other lot out there. I normally wouldnt waste my time posting something like this but I see your ads multiple times a day and I just cant take any more of it.

If I could give Jim Marsh Kia 6 stars I would!I came in looking for a telluride and was immediately greeted by a friendly person near the front doors who directed me to Juan (my salesman). Juan was so calm throughout the entire process of buying a car, reassuring all of my worries and even verifying some information with his manager before trying to make me a deal on the car. The manager worked with me and the banks to offer the car to me at a monthly price I felt was reasonable and even called around to different banks trying to get me the best rate.After purchasing the car I noticed several scratches, a cracked ac control unit, and a large scuff mark from the previous owner. When I called Jim Marsh Kia they told me to bring my car in so they could have a look at it. Upon arrival I was greeted by my salesman, Juan, the store manager and the General manager. They offered to fix the areas of concern without hesitation and even offered me a rental car until I could pick my car up.Fast forward a week and I have a nail in my tire. The service department ordered a new tire and replaced my tire as soon as they received it. They even left my keys with the sales department and my car parked in front so I could pick it up after hours.Each time I call or come into the dealership they call me by name and know who I am by voice. I cannot tell you how refreshing it is to find a dealership that I truly feel cares more about their customers satisfaction than a sale. Juan and the rest of the team are the best of the best and I am more than happy to recommend Jim Marsh Kia to friends, coworkers, and family.

One of the best dealerships Ive been to. The wife and I originally went for an older used SUV with kinda high mileage. We looked, test drove it, and upon returning, the salesman gave us the option of a car 7 years newer, with extremely low mileage. And the numbers were great. There was no pushy, annoying, aggressive sales pitch, or anything like that. As a matter of fact, the head of sales helped us out quite a bit, and basically said heres the deal, its a great deal, if you want it, you drive the car home tomorrow, if you dont like it, youre welcome to take your business to another dealership if thats what you choose. The staff was very friendly, and they took the time to explain the process with me of purchasing my vehicle. My credit wasnt the best, and I had some issue being able to get financing, but, they worked hard on finding me a company that would give me a chance, and I walked out the same day with the vehicle that I wanted. The lease process was quick and easy. Wesley and Zach were the best. They were both there and able to answer any questions I had about leasing a vehicle for my first time. Sean the finance manager was awesome as well. He walked me through all the legal jargon of the lease and there was no pressure for any of the add-ons. Natalie who walked me through all the features of the vehicle after my purchase is very knowledgeable in the functions and settings for this newly released model. When I left the dealership I was comfortable with not only the low pressure sales but also comfortable with how the vehicle features function. The dealership is also one of the nicest designed facilities I have ever been in. Loved looking at all the antiques in there.I would recommend Jim Marsh Kia to anyone looking for buying or leasing a new vehicle. Definitely the best auto buying experience I have ever had. I absolutely love my new Kia Seltos.

Terrible customer service. I called in to set up an appt. to get my a/c checked and the lady transfered me to service and no one picked up, it hung up on me. So I called again 30 mins or so later asked to be transferred to service again and I got put through to voice-mail. Called a third time, finally got to someone and they took all of my info and said they would call me with the day to set up an appt. Its been 2 days and I still havent received a call ended up going all the way across town to Towbin Kia in Henderson they are wayyy better than this location.

After calling in 4 separate times (on hold for easily 45 minutes combined, only to be disconnected 3 times) I could only bring it in 2 weeks away.I brought in my Telluride. I was told the oil change (with an appointment) would not take longer than an hour. Also apparently on the first oil change, I am responsible for a $20 plus fee. After about 2.5 hours of waiting AND noticing my vehicle never moved from spot where it was parked when I dropped it off, I was told that my vehicle had been serviced and was ready to go. I was given the invoice and paid the $20 plus fee to the cashier.After I pointed out that my vehicle never left the spot it was parked in from the get-go, and after being reassured that the service was done to MY VEHICLE, I was told that they accidentally did the service on a different Kia Telluride. Shortly then after I watched the technician go to the vehicle that they did the service on and pull out the filter and proceeded to put it in my vehicle. I was assured that my vehicle would be done quickly. I am a bit skeptical as to whether or not my oil was actually changed or not. Because after the mistake was discovered, my vehicle was ready within 20 minutes. This included a supposed tire rotation and car wash.I have known Mr. Marsh since I was a child. He and my father were friends. I came to his dealership to purchase my Telluride based on the fact that he and his family would patronize my familys restaurant back in the day.Unfortunately, my whole experience with the dealership from the beginning purchase up to now has been less than stellar. Not even mediocre at best.

Im getting around to this review a little late, but better late than never. Footnotes version of my review is to stay away from this dealer, total con-artists, shady, and unprofessional.I called this dealer up a few weeks ago regarding a used 2020 F150 truck they had for sale, and spoke with a salesman named Jose. I told Jose I lived clear out near Boulder City so this would be an 80+ miles round trip for me and didnt want to go unless we were on the same page. I made him an offer on the vehicle and he said we can definitely make something happen, come on down, I guarantee you wont leave without it .So I load up the family and make the long traffic ridden drive. I get to the dealer, test drive the truck, get the thumbs up from the wife, so I agree to start the paperwork. They come back at me with a price ten thousand dollars higher than we agreed to, and there reasoning for why was that it was a misunderstanding. BS. So I leave and the next day ask to speak with the GSM. After explaining the situation the GSM says that Id have to be a moron to believe I was going to get it for the price I agreed on with Jose, and that Jose would of never agreed with that price. He said he was going to check the call recording because apparently they record all calls, and that he would pay for a tank of gas if my story was true. Well that was three weeks ago and no contact so heres my review. Very deceitful Business practices, and extremely unprofessional even at the management level. Lying to and then belittling your customers is disgusting.Needless to say I ended up taking my very large purchase elsewhere and was treated much much much better than this dealer ever did, I will never step foot on this dealer again and I will make sure none of my friends and family or coworkers do, and I dont suggest anyone reading this ever does. You will be ripped off.

Customer service was A1!! Even though it was an extremely busy day with a 2 hour wait. I hesitated on staying at first because it was so busy but I’m so glad I did. The man at the counter ( wish I would have gotten his name) was fantastic with sporadically informing us as customers of the statuses our vehicles were in. They could not have made the situation any easier. I want to thank the whole team from the gentleman at the desk, to the mechanic, to the sweet, nice lady at the Cashiers desk. Also, I would like to add that I appreciate the gentleman at the desk for allowing me to charge my phone which was about to go dead in my car before my appointed time. I greatly appreciate that. I have kids at home so I needed to be able to keep in touch with them while waiting on my car service. The little things are greatly appreciated!!! I will be returning!! Keep up the great work!🤩👍🏾

*UPDATE* (04/26/21) - Yup, loan is officially transfer and saved myself over $3,000 by going through Kia motor finance directly. My bank also gave me 1/3 the interest rate. No wonder online car sales are thriving.(Original post) I tried to buy out my lease today with this dealership and they attempted to charge me tax and fee’s ON TOP of my buy out price (increased overall price by 20% which is almost $4000). Thank goodness I called Kia Motor Finance and asked about about the buyout price. They explicitly told me that the buyout price INCLUDES ALL TAXES AND FEES.Also they won’t give you a loaner vehicle even when their cars have a recall and require more than 24 hours repair. Goes without saying their service department is double the price of anywhere else. Call around, DON’T BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF!

Purchased a 2018 volkswagen GTI last week. I wasnt provided any carfax at all. Salesman was pretty nice guy kudos to you mike. Manager attempted to charge me 1500$ reconditioning fee. I asked why because after inspecting vehicle I mentioned to them that all 4 wheels had curb rash. The front Bumper has a minor crack. The tires were about 40% depth tread, after arguing back and forth because I was already ready to go to carmax to buy the same vehicle. They finally took it off. Next They argued that my trade in was only worth 14,500$ lol... carmax offered me 17.800$ saying that I had negative equity on a 7600 mile mazda 3 sport 2018 CPO ..... literally never driven and 4 new tires. After all that I was charged another document fee of 600$ which isnt required in the state of nevada, nor does it cost 600$ its usually 70-100$.... Managers name is Sal, He said that he was doing me favors by removing all this because they usually dont lol.... Then they proceeded to tell my my credit score was 665 and that I had another open out (false was paid off 2 months ago with lien release in hand.) thats why I dont qualify for better interest rate I pulled out my credit score which was 707 and afterwards went to U.S. Bank they ran my credit USING THE SAME CREDIT PULLER jim marsh kia uses and it came back at 707.Journeyman Poster On my other account, but I decided to make an account with my name so they knew who was talking about them.TLDR overall the salesman are cool and mine gave up instantly that I knew more than I should have and called his manager over lol, I wouldnt come to this dealership at all though.

Our experience started with Stephanie and Kelly in the Internet Sales Department after filling out a Costco Vehicle Request for a 2021 Kia Sedona. They were fantastic to work with and e-mailed us a no hassle Costco Price Form that was lower than anyone else. Because of them we went in to have our 2012 Sedona appraised. We met with Kelly who introduced us to Chris. He was able to give us what we wanted for our car with no hassle. Chris worked the deal a little better and then we met with Attia the Finance Manager who worked out all details and extra warranty we wanted. The whole experience at Jim Marsh Kia was the best we ever had at a dealership. We got to meet Jim Marsh and Allen Yarborough. Everyone in the place was professional, friendly and fun to work with. They made us feel like we were part of their family.We got a call from the Sales Manager Arsenio the other day asking if every thing was OK with the new Van and if we had any questions. What a great place!

We bought a car at Jim Marsh KIA and were very glad we did.Wed figured out the price wed pay each month on one but I had to double check all of them again to make sure.I never would have considered a SOUL but it had everything I wanted in a car. Great backseat leg room. It wasnt filled with too many 👽gadgets that were unfamiliar to us.Its a pleasant car to drive and its easier to see out the back window than the other car Id been considering.It had been well kept up and was clean and tight w a new battery when I checked under the hood.Chris hooked up my Spotify account to the car so I had maps going home as well as good music.Having only one key though makes me nervous and I dont know when Ill be able to afford another one soon.I dont know if Id get a discount on a 2nd one or not.Jim?Its missing a few things I hadnt noticed.While my trade in was old it had several new parts which I indicated.Signing was fine w Sean and even OLIVER🦜 was socialized very well. Hes been given a lot of love and it shows. I could take him home w me.💓Overall it was a friendly experience. Not like other KIA dealers Ive met in the area.My family are all mechanics. My dad built his first car from parts in high school.My eldest is a head mechanic over 24 years. Two work for dealerships in mechanical capacities.We know cars.I didnt feel played or pressured.Everyone was warm and helpful.While I checked out the cars, asked plenty of questions and drove a few while my husband crunched the numbers.Our ride to Boulder a couple days later was smooth and the car performed extremely well.One son visited for the holiday and he enjoyed driving it home.In all were especially glad we traveled to Jims dealership to do business. While wed seen the commercials several friends of mine specifically recommended i visit Jim Marsh KIA. Im sorry I missed you.Perhaps we can meet you Jim the next time we stop by to get our 2nd key(?)So were glad we came and we love our new car.I highly recommend Jim Marsh KIA to anyone looking to buy a new or used car. ☆☆☆☆☆🙂Thanks.

I had a good experience with Mike the first time there and then the second day Chris help out with the rest and they both was very nice and treated me and my wife well while we was there. From the first experience with Jim Marsh its been nothing but a nightmare, Dealing with the service department. The simplest things they make so overwhelming . They wont even put a brake light bulb in without charging you. So you not only purchased a 9 dollor bulb but to ad insult to injury they want to charge 25.00 dollars to replace it. Call me old fashion, but what every happen to good public relation.

Bad customer service they will have you on hold forever, they dont correct the problems that they knew was wrong with used cars. Bought a used 2017 9 months ago and this car was had 3 batteries put in it, theres more going on with this car then the battery.

I was pre-approved for a $34K car loan through Santander bank; of which I already have a 2018 Kia Optima and wanted to purchase a 2nd vehicle a 2021 Kia Soul for $21K; however, Marsh Kia only processes their loans through Kia financing. Really why?We could have greased their palms w/$3000 down but refused! So, they turned us away. They said my pre-approval was just to get us in the door..WELL IT WORKED and they still couldnt work the deal out! I guess its their loss...THE BROTHER IS AN EXCELLENT SALESMAN (2 stars for him)!

I went online to see if I prequalified first so I didn’t have to waste my time going down there with a baby and they tell me no. I filled out the form and how much I wanted to put down and it said I prequalified. They called me to come down there an test drive the car I wanted. So I go down there and the first thing they do is run my credit. Okay that’s fine. Then about 15 minutes later a different person comes out and was like I’m sorry, but we can’t give you any car unless you put xyz amount down. I’m like well that was a waste of my time, what’s the whole purpose of putting the amount I wanted to put down online if I had to put more down overall? He said he don’t know why they prequalified me online. You tell me sir? They should really fix that because it is misleading.

Wasnt informed my service would take hours. Wasnt even sure parts were in when I set the appointment last week. Shuttles arent running to get people back home and they wont reimburse for your Uber. I dont even have the car back yet and Im extremely disappointed and agitated with this dealership

My husband and I had been shopping for a car for over four months. We could NOT agree on anything. We have been multiple Hyundai Sonata owners but I had been missing an SUV. We have owned Ranger Rovers, a Lexus470, a Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition and a Ford Edge, so have experienced the SUV experience many times. We had opted to consider the Hyundai Palisade but it was too big for our current needs. We happened into Jim Marsh Kia after deciding not to stop by our local tavern for a beer on a Saturday afternoon. I had mentioned the Kia Sorento to my husband but he had no idea what it was. Upon arrival our Sales Rep, Chris, approached us being COVID safe and introduced himself. We discussed our current situation and spoke about the Telluride (not an option due to size) first, Chris then suggested the Sorento. My husband spotted a beautiful SX model with some fancy upgrades. We took it for a test drive and went back to talk the dreaded numbers. We made a deal that we were pleased with and appreciated everyone who helped us achieve a little something for both sides of the purchase. We are in sales so we understand everyone is looking to make something, and we believe they worked with us to make it so we both were happy. We love this car and our first time experience with this dealership. They were all welcoming, kind, patient, and thorough. Chris was super and loved his dapper style. We hope to own this car for a very long time because it is the one and ONLY time I have ever purchased an extended warranty and some extra bells and whistles for any car I have owned. However, should I change my mind we will return to Jim Marsh to hopefully do it all over again. While having stopped at the Tavern for a beer would have been cheaper that Saturday I am happy with how everything worked out. Thank you guys very much.
