I got some work done from these guys a month and a half ago. The person they had working on my car drilled holes in my back seat to mount the amp without even asking me was it ok. I didn’t trip I just wish someone would of asked first. I didn’t say anything I was just happy I had some sounds in my car. Just recently the amp fell off the seat and the wires came undone. I went up there a few days ago for them to fix it the owner said no problem he’ll have one of his guys take care of me . After waiting and waiting the guy told me to come back in the am because they was so busy so I did. The next day people act like they don’t know me. The owner the same guy I talked to the day before was being funny. He said I need my receipt mind you this was a month and a half ago. I told him I didn’t have it or knew where it was. I asked his employee behind the counter do they keep Copies of purchases he said yes but he not about to dig for mines because it’s to many. The owner said nothing! To add to that they asked who did the work on my car. It’s so many different people up there like I’m gone remember that. I feel like after they get your money their done with you. Why he couldn’t just look for the copy of the Receipt of a paying customer. I reporting them to the BBB as well.

By far one of the best places in town to get quality work and product at a low price.

Went there to get a new radio pioneer I had to get install show the employee what I had and he said we can do it charged 200 waited 4 hr never got done until the fallowing day I went back installer said cant install the pioneer because it doesnt fit ok then told them give my money back they said no I had to buy a radio that fit paid to get amps install nasty job they did with that went home and open dash installer had broken parts off my dash with out my consent never ask me to do any alterations .real poor service will I was there had many complaints dont use there service save your money Waite for the civil sew see u in Court

I went to Killer Sounds today for the 1st time since Ive been in Vegas, and the experience i had was an experience for the ages, i met the best owner in Vegas and he really looked out for me and educated me on the type of setup that I needed for my car, he even put me in his SUV just to let me see how Killer Sounds get down and after the Demo Im Definitely going to let him and his team give me The Killer Sounds that I definitely Deserve. 💯💯💯

I had a great experience there customer service is very good although they do installation outside there no part of killer sound but you can have your equipment installed they only sell equipment

Really love the work done to my 2010 Escalade. Everything was hooked up nicely, steering wheel controls and full connectivity with new dash nav screen and rear DVD. Ive gone to places before where non compatable items were installed and caused wiring problems with other vehicles. Super happy with results, price and service.

Complete Rip Off, Scam Artists, Liars and Thieves. Owner Robert took my (Pioneer ) headset out of vehicle because he said it was bad. Put in a $20 piece of junk. Then he claimed it was my speakers. Sold me Infinitys, but upon further inspection they are not infinities, they were no name brand from China with just face plate of Infinity logo. I had to go back 5x. Stay away from this place!!!

Came to killer sounds after going to a bunch of other audio stores i was ready to rip the system out of my tahoe until a friend said have you tried killer sounds i pulled up talked to the owner roberto he told me i got you bro left the tahoe at the shop with his installer jose came back to pick it up didnt regret it at all sounded just right that i said i need my other whips bumping the same so i brought my silverado and my brand new tundra and trust me i dont regret it at all great prices great products and great service recomend them 100% get your sounds done at killer sounds !!!
