They operate as BicyclesourceUS.Very shady business. They sell on Amazon and have a lot of legitimate complaints against them based on sending used or incomplete products. They sent me a rack in a VERY poorly packed box and it arrived damaged. The return seemed to go smoothly, with the exception of my inconvenience of repacking it better that it was sent to me and having to haul it to UPS. Then to add insult to injury, they took of a restock fee for their own fault. Sheesh. Filed claim with BBB, and Amazon and now I want to warn all to avoid these clowns. Lots of great places to get bike products, this is not one of them. No wonder they couldn’t keep the doors open to their retail store.

Customer service is top notch and the guys are great. Very helpful. Good prices, too. If they dont have it in stock, they quote an accurate lead time. Ill definitely be back.

The food was good and the service was excellent

I went in with a very small repair and they were so uninterested in helping me that I wont be back with bigger ones.
