Its HUGE! Way bigger than the ones they have in the JCPennys. Prob a lot more options too. Great place to pick what you like. They let you sample all their products. Then buy it on Amazon or eBay. LOL. Anyone that knows this place knows its very pricey.

This Sephora is a very good location. All of the employees were very nice. Bobby at the cash register was very helpful. I had a million questions and it never bothered him once! Such a great employee and experience.

Get the WIPES... and any similar Skin or Facial Sephora branded product with oils or extracts in them... especially WATERMELON flavor... use on face immediately (JUST DO IT!!), then lay flat covering nose/mouth area behind your Covid mask and keep it there.Youll QUICKLY understand the benefit.SERIOUSLY

The staff was so accommodating helping me find exactly what I was looking for! The second I came in they came straight to me and took me the item section I was looking for! Im visiting from out of state and everyone was so helpful and sweet!

I really like shopping at SEPHORA , but due to the uncertain time that we all live in, I decided to do my Sephora shopping online , and I’m not very happy with the way they are handling their shipments. There is always an item or two missing , sometime I get the package and the product isn’t sealed... I really have higher expectations from one of my favorite make up and skin beauty shops and websites. Another frustrating thing is the long time they take to process an order. I usually place an order for over $500 each time , and I always choose to pay extra to have my product faster. But unfortunately it hasn’t happened yet and the customer service never has a clear answer to my questions. I will give this place one last chance as far as online ordering.

MUA Camila was awesome & did an amazing job on my daughter as she was getting ready for a special celebration. She did her makeup last minute (we didnt have a reservation). Camila was fast, effective, and extremely friendly. So glad we went there.

All of the staff members were very nice especially Bobby & Kim. They were both friendly & took the time out to answer questions and make suggestions. The customer service they delivered was beyond exceptional. I rarely visit the Fashion Show Mall location as there are 3 Sephoras closer to me but I will be back specifically based on my experience today with Bobby. He really loves his job and it shows!

The employees are racist and if you are not white but of a different race they automatically think you are stealing and send a guard an employee to watch and follow you around the store me and my husband are vacationing and he was going to spend $1000 on me in the store I told him not to I wouldnt give this racist place any of my money and the lady was rude to me also when I asked for help. Stay away from this store theres other stores on the strip thats better I should of listened to my friends about this racist store.

I recently took my mom to Sephora for a make over for her birthday. I spoke to Tia upon arrival and she paired my mom with Jasmine. Tia you were rocking that short hairstyle!! My mom and I received the best customer service ever, Tia and Jasmine were very professional, knowledgeable, upbeat and just awesome ladies. It felt like weve known them for years! My mom looked very beautiful, she didnt want to take her make-up off that night. I wish I could have tipped them both. Thanks Tia and Jasmine!! I most definitely will be coming back when I visit or move to Vegas! :-)

I went in looking for Pat McGrath mascara. I asked a sales associate, she check 2 different places and could not find it, then she said wait, let me check the back. Thank you Fashion Show Sephora team!!! Upon entering the store I was greeted no less than 3 times. All the reps were personable, friendly, and continuously checked in with me, while I was shopping. Earl seems like an awesome manager. He was insightful, professional, and empathetic when I told him about a negative experience I had at the Summerlin location 2 days prior. Additionally, he gave me the corporate phone number when I asked so I could escalate the issue I had at the other store location. I know most reading this are like,well-duh! He gave you what you asked for... True, however in my experience finding the right person to address customer experiences/impressions is rarely done in a way that the customer feels their concerns are adequately communicated to the right party or member of management to effectuate change or start meaningful dialogue to resolve the issue.Ali was also very helpful during my visit to this store, she provided great alternatives for several products that I was looking for that were both out of stock in-store and online. Thank you for restoring my faith in this brand, despite how I was treated at the Summerlin location. The Fashion Show store should be the standard for the Ultimate Sephora Customer Experience.❤❤

I maybe bias when it comes to Sephora period because I have with them since the opening of the store in San Francisco on Powell Street at the Cable Car turn around. Whatever the case is I love this store is Fashion Show because of the Crew there. Lala and Lindsey are amazing and always willing to make sure there is a smile on your face when you walk on, while you shop and when you leave....Sephora at Fashion Show rocks!

Customer service is lacking here. I was in town for my birthday and visited this store to pick up my birthday gift. The employees kept rushing my friend and I out of the store. When I mentioned a promotion that was advertised throughout JCPenney for a ten day sample of Kat V D makeup, they knew nothing about it. I will not shop at this store again.

Absolutely worst customer service I received. I’m not sure if it’s because I’m a younger customer and I dressed in shorts and sneakers, but I was planning to spend at least $200 and left with nothing. An associate greeted me by rolling her eyes when I asked for a specific item. I asked for help and later heard the same associate I asked complaining about me. Absolutely trash experience

A staff was all really nice but I went in here to get matched for the fenty beauty foundation just to see what they thought my match was, I’ve matched myself and found colors very very similar to my skin but this one girl who was testing shades on me matched me in between shades and like the top 3 lightest and I’m not anywhere near that pale, i also have neutral undertones and she was testing cool and pink tones on me. I never usually ask them to match me bc I’m good at doing it myself. I could tell this girl was wayyyyy off.

OMG! Do not go there, except if you are looking for a bad customer service and employees with rude manner. I am from Vegas, and I go at least once a month to The Fashion Show; however, I stopped going to this Sephora. I like rather going to The Venetian one. At The Fashion Show one, employees will ignore you, and keep chatting between them. If you dare asking a question, they seem highly annoyed. They look at you from the top to the bottom like you were not at your place. Twice they gave me the wrong color, so once home I had to come back for a exchange. Avoid this one until they change the management.

The Customer Service Is Really Really Bad In Sephora Las Vegas Fashion Show Mall I live in Vegas and Me and my mom love going to Sephora but when we look at the Sephora at the fashion show mall we ignore it and go somewhere else Why? It is because one time my mom was looking for a becca eyeshadow palette she was going to buy it so she asked for help and this employee at Sephora yelled at my mom telling give me a second and i will help you and she came around us again and yelled again saying the same they have REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY BAD customer service

Employees with poorly blended makeup will size you up the moment you walk in here while they follow you to every single aisle asking you the same questions NO THANK YOU IM TRYING TO SHOP. Then when you ask for samples they will try to intimidate you by intercoming the front “we have some samplers up here” followed by a tiny old woman who I can only assume is the manager will say “are you waiting for something because we’re waiting on you.” 👍 I’ve spent a lot of money at Sephora and am well aware that 3 sample in each category is standard don’t treat customers like peasants while looking like a peasant at least and clean your testers they’re disgusting like your attitudes.
