R&M provided the BEST repair experience possible. I dropped off my Subaru Tuesday morning that was making a terrible grinding noise, a few hours later Vince called back stating that they already diagnosed the problem (the clutch). My car was soon ready to go on Thursday afternoon same week. This is a job that takes most shops at least a week to get to, let alone finish. This will be my go-to shop from now on! I brought in my truck for a used vehicle inspection before taking the vehicle on a cross country trip and thank God I did. Turns out the repairs it needed far exceeded the value of the truck. Robert (the shop owner) and the rest of his staff delivered the bad news with grace and professionalism and I cannot recommend them enough. I worked in many different service department and sales departments at various dealerships and never have I seen such level of honesty in this business. These guys are great and Robert truly is an honest man. Im moving to Florida soon, but if I wasnt, this would be my go to shop for life.

This was the best experience I’ve ever had with an auto shop or mechanic. As soon as I saw Robert, who greeted me when I entered, I gathered a caring professionalism that is so wanted when putting your car and your money in someone else’s hands. I explained what was going on , and as I was doing so, Joe - the mechanic- walked in. We explained what was going on to him and from him I gathered a very experienced, well-versed mechanic- exactly who I wanted my car to be in the hands of! I was proven right as they both took every necessary step to ensure my car got top quality work and all my (many) questions were answered and explained so that I understood. I was treated with kindness and top quality professionalism. The mechanic even went above and beyond to help with a small issue I had mentioned. Wow 10 stars guys thank you so much !

Found these guys just by luck of where I was when my car broke down. However, I was happy with them. The price was more then I wanted to pay but isn’t always when it comes to major car problems. The service was extremely friendly and I felt like they had my car back to me fast. I will be returning and I highly recommend them.

Today I stopped in to get my breaks checked on my mini van. Dan at the front desk was awesome and so knowledgeable. As I told him that I really needed to go to work and couldnt wait the owner of the shop, Robert, drove me to work which was above and beyond Anything I could of asked for. I told him I was a single mom with 3 kids and needed to make sure my van was safe. These men took great care of not only my van but me. Robert picked me up after work and brought me back to the shop. My van is all fixed and breaks are fantastic!!Ladies, if your looking for a great auto repair shop that wont take advantage of you this is it!

I had a noise problem from the rear end of my Corvette. After some good reviews from Corvette blogs I decided to give them a try. I am so glad I did. Everybody is very friendly and they listen to what I knew and were able to fix the problem. I thought it might be a major problem but it was a small thing that was just almost impossible to find. I now have a place I feel comfortable leaving my Corvette. Thanks again to Dan and the mechanics.

R & M came up as a shop that took my warranty and when I called Dan did a great job explaining how things worked on the phone and about the repair I needed before I even went in. Been going to R&M for over two years now and recommend their shop to everyone. From regular maintence to the occasionly unexpected issue, they cover all my vehicles needs.

I fly in to Vegas and buy cars and trucks then drive them 2,200 miles back home.I am an intermediate level mechanic so can do most things myself , but 2,200 hundred miles from my shop its not so easy .I took a truck to R and M auto a couple of months ago for an oil change and their 27 point inspection, that went fairly well so I returned last week with two vehicles a 06 2500hd and a 06 Buick la crosse .I ask for some diagnostic work due to a metallic noise from a , as it turned out exhaust manifold leak and wanted the oil changed to see if the oil pressure would go up a bit more .I was concerned because the sound almost was collapsed lifter like and had changed pitch as I was driving in traffic and the oil pressure was below 40 at highway rpms, all this can be a symptom of the dreaded oil suction tube o ring failure.They figured out that I was ok in that it was only an exhaust leak and the oil pressure came back up with the new oil, so far so good .My complaint starts with the fact that when they changed the oil in the la crosse they dumped oil all over the intake and down the side of the motor and couldnt bother to clean the mess up , it was so bad that when they parked the car outside there was a pool of oil under the motor and it was still dripping to the extent that I was afraid something had happened to the engine.When I called the manager out on it he put it on the rack to check and told me the wind blew the oil all over the motor .He did a sloppy job of cleaning it off and I could smell burning oil so had to get the oil cleaned up myself as it was all over the intake and cooking .Next to the 06 2500 , I paid for dignostic work , oil change and 27 point inspection $149.00 ok but what kind of inspection fails to find two shot front wheel bearings , both sides as well as a couple tie rods and Pittman arm.Im lucky I went to a place on Fremont for new tires and that I checked it out when the guys jacked the truck up .Im talking major safety issue , really cant believe I couldnt hear the bearings when I was driving , but it had mud tires on and that masked the sound I guess .Anyway good luck with taking a car to this shop , I was willing to put the crazy unprofessional oil change down to things happen , but imagine hitting the freeway with two completely shot front wheel bearings , accident maybe tow truck for sure ,yeah thanks for being incompetent mechanics .Not amused by this absurd lack of workmanship .Whats more they lost the job as I had the tire shop on Fremont do all the work, total repair bill not including tires came to $876.40They also missed a ply separation on the left rear of the lacrosse, major safety issue as well as a sidewall plug .So that car needed 2 new tires before it was safe .Go to Michoacán auto if you need competent work done .That area is sketchy but the shop is golden .R and M , you wont be getting any business from me , or from anyone I talk to .You guys really let me down and put my life and my friends life at risk.

My fiancee had taken his work truck in to get a clearance light fixed. They told us it would be done the day before yesterday (12/27/18) and we went by today (12/29/2018) to go check it. It is not done and take make it even better they arent going to be open until Wednesday because of the holidays. They should have never said they could have it done in a certain amount of time when they could not do it. Now my fiancee is screwed out of a work truck until they get this stupid clearance light fixed.

I ended up needing the Ford dealership, but for any future car problems Im coming back to these guys
