MY door was lock and couldnt opened this cause me many issues, the owner of the store help me and gave me a goo price to fix my issue, I went to other places thy were asking $300 just to tell me what the issue was, but OLYMPIC AUTO BODY, charge me $300 in total, THANK YOU GUYS!!

Came into get my manifold intake flap repaired. This place is not cheap. Mechanics rates are same as dealership. They have one mechanic working and he is very rude and unpleasant. I regret bringing my car here for repair. The owner asks for a deposit before he can work on your car. He will also keep your car for a week. He will also find other problems that’s unnecessary to repair. Pretty shady business. I should have listened to my gut but my car stopped and couldn’t take it to other mechanic. KOREANS DON’T BE FOOLED BY THE OWNER BEING KOREAN. HE IS NOT DOING ANY FAVORS FOR YOU. HE WILL CHARGE YOU MORE THAN IF YOU WENT TO A DEALERSHIP. My car supposed to be ready when I got there but now I am waiting another hour for them to order oil filter on my car and change oil. When I asked him if my engine oil has been changed he said he forgot. WOW! Not impressed at all here. Very expensive mechanic shop and work is not up to par.

This person in the office, Asian, hoodwinked me.The engine check signal that came up on my dashboard was from unclean gas cup. He told me it’s an electrical issue that needed a fix for $120. But just for leaning the gas cup with detergent I was robbed $120.

I was a little leery about taking my parents’ car to this shop because the reviews on Yelp were less than exemplary. But I also know that most people who have complaints are the ones who make the effort to leave a review — other than those like me. 🤷‍♀️But within moments of being here, I felt relatively confident that the car was in good hands. We’d gotten a couple of estimates before for the body repair, and Olympic came in slightly below their charges. The owner also handled all supplemental charges that were necessary and dealt with the insurance company accordingly.It took about a week to get the car back and it was returned to us in pristine condition, with all of the damage fixed. They didn’t add on any unexpected charges or try to up-sell us on anything. It’s a really busy shop — but they delivered everything they promised in a timely manner and did great work.I don’t know what more I can expect from a body shop.Thank you for fixing my parents’ car, Olympic Auto Body!(PS- they also do mechanic work here, though I have yet to utilize it.)

Okay. I stopped by some of other mechanic shop for my BMW brake quote, I was really surprised in here. Price is amazing reasonable and great customer service. Do you have any kind of problem with your car? Definitely reccomend Olympic Auto body!!!!!

The owner has always been kind and straight regarding any problems Ive had. Been using his shop about 8 years. Let me warn you he isnt the cheapest, but the problem has usually been fixed first time.

This body shop fixed my Lexus RX330 and did Excellent Job with reasonable price.Owner went extra mile to fix few minor stuffs as well. I strongly recommend this shop to people.

Doesnt know what theyre doing... Paid money for nothing.. Tells me they can but ignores the problem saying it still works.. I think theyre fake because it seems they love too ignore the people and give them money for it... All the 5 star ratings are fake..

I wanted to get a second opinion on my car After someone checked it out, They charged me 50 dollars without even letting me know in advance . The owner is Korean and he rips off other Korean people. Be careful! all korean people. He is a scam artist.

I really dont like this auto shop.actually, i checked up my A/C in this shop. The owner is korean.They checked up my car during an hour and explained why the A/C is not working.They told me it is because of water pump.I think my car never get high temperature in engine but they told me there is a problem in water pump so the A/C is not working. I though it is not make sense.so when i told him i check up another auto shop and they told me it is because of air compressure then they check up compressure and they told me that i need to change this also. so i asked them how much it is then they estimated that $1500. No way, i know it is not expensive like that!! so i told him i will be back later. and he think i will not come back so he charged me $50 for compressure testing. i paid. and i saw the sign that they posted Free A/C inspection.I dont know why they charged me $50 for checking up A/C

I was told that if I paid $120 to get an electrical diagnosis that I would be able to apply that amount to the cost of the repair. Well when I came back they said that I had to buy the parts from them too. This was ridiculous because it was for an ignition control module that I just bought at autozone for $127 and they wanted to charge me $354 and the spark plug wireset was $25 and they wanted to charge me $52. Now I am out $270 and I still dont have a working car because I dont know how to put the parts in. Its just ridiculous because according to the repair manual it should only take 10-20 minutes to install. And I was just on their website and saw a coupon for an engine diagnosis for $49 originally $69... Why in the world did I pay $120. These guys are scammers and I will be contacting the attorney general! Way to go guys you just left a single mom without a car.

The windshield change handles sway and come off and I came to this place.It was said that the replacement of the parts under the bumper would take an extra charge and it would take 3-4 hours.Eventually, when I came to the test the next day, the shaking and sound were still there, and even if I tried again with the mechanic, I could not find the cause. After that, even if I asked for a refund, I just repeated the words to leave the car to find out the cause and see you the next day.I hope you dont get embarrassed like me in this kind of business where you really dont have the skills and are only guts out with your voice.
