This place is a nightmare, stay away from it. I had to work with them because of my home warranty. Next time I will be telling them to find me a different company. My fridge broke and they did a video call to diagnose it. They assumed I needed a new compressor. Waited over a week for the part to come in. Tech came out to install it and after he left something was vibrating in there.I asked them to send someone out, finally after they came, a new tech complete incompetent. Decided to take out the freon gas form the fridge. Obviously everything melted. Called them again another week to get someone out. Different tech comes out, dosent read notes.... sees that the fridge has no gas in it, so he assumes now that I have a leak and need an evaporator. Two weeks go by waiting for the part. Original tech comes out I tell him the story, sees that the vibration was something lose inside recharges the fridge and everything is fixed. One month and three weeks wasted. Emails to the manager Stanley, endless calls with their staff. By far the worst. I have not given many companies reviews. Please save your money and time use someone else.

Horrible customer service. When appointment was made, specific instructions were provided for a minimum of a 30 minute call ahead. They called 10 minutes in advance and had to leave a message due to me being at work. I arrived back at the house still within the 30 minute window and the lady answering the phone said well now you have to wait for us as we had to wait for you. No, you had specific instructions that you failed to follow. Other people also work and although I can make arrangements to be here for your technician, I provided specific instructions for your company to give at least 30 minute call ahead. Your lady answering the phone ended any future service I will ever request from your company as it was your company’s responsibility to follow directions in order for the service time to be met, and not mine yo bed over backwards to accommodate your error!

My fridge icemaker got a problem, they came out to the fix it the 1st time via a home guarantee claim. A few weeks later, it broke again. They came out for the 2nd time, this time they didnt do anything because they said the icemaker is connected to a reverse osmosis. The icemaker had been connected to the reverse osmosis for more than 10 years, and theres water coming into the icemaker. As far as water coming into the icemaker, theres no problem, its working properly. They said that I have to get a license plumber to connect the reverse osmosis properly, or disconnect it from the refrigerator before they can come back. I called the company, asking for the technician that made the diagnosis, I want to know whats the diagnosis. The receptionist refuses, and didnt disclose whats the diagnosis. She gave me the dumbest excuse ever, she said the fridge manufacturer would void the warranty if its connected to a reverse osmosis.Reader - you make the judgment call.

Horrible experience. The tech that came out to my house by the name of Joe didnt touch my washer nor let along fix it. When he came out for the 3rd time, he asked me what was wrong with it I again explain that my dishwasher wasnt properly washing the dishes. He said he will place an order for a new one. Call them back a week later since I havent heard from them and come to find out joe close my order and said he fixed it. Made a complaint and the receptionist got an attitude and was smart about the situatio.... Please dont ever use this company.

Customer service was horrible. They didn’t want to come out because I contacted them and not my warranty company. My warranty company specifically told be to choose who I want and they will pay the bill or reimburse me. They just kept telling me I was doing things wrong.

We had them service our tenants fridge at the beginning of June, the Home Warranty assigned All Desert Appliances. The fridge has been leaking and freezing the tenants food, Fernando came to the unit and was there for about 10 minutes. He instructed the tenant to leave the fridge disconnected for two days and it should be fixed. Here we are beginning of July and the same problem is happening. Except now, it has been past the 30 day warranty period so now the tenant has to PAY AGAIN out of pocket during a pandemic to send another contractor out for the SAME ISSUE. I hope All Desert Appliances does not scheduled once more because they clearly did nothing the first time they went out.

Highly incompetent company! It’s been taking 2 months since I put in work order to fix my fridge. They ordered wrong parts twice, couldn’t fix it. Then we’ve been waiting for a supposedly right part for another 2 weeks after they got it they couldn’t make an appointment twice, had to reschedule. And today they called trying to reschedule we asked them to come fix it by Monday as we are going on vacation and not sure when are coming back they said they are just going to send all the parts back and not gonna fix it!If you have an option never use this company they will never fix your appliances.

They do not fix appliances or have good customer service. Steer clear of this place, I dont even think its a real business at all. Whirlpool has this company as an affiliated business to handle all warranty issues. Its impressive how bad All Desert Appliances really are. Customer service is almost non existent and when you finally get ahold of someone they tell you it will be a few more days before their report is submitted or accepted. Its all just a bunch of excuses to not have to work. Its been a week and a half now with our washer not working! I went to the location of this establishment and it looks like a junkyard. Nothing at this place is professional. Luckily I have only had my washer under 6 months and will be returning it and picking up a new one. You can guarantee it wont be a whirlpool nor will I EVER own a whirlpool again. People should know about All Desert Appliances so they never use them or be tricked into using them. Also, shame on Whirlpool for not making sure they have good affiliates.I personally dont want anything from All Desert Appliances. My only concern is that others realize that this company will take advantage of them and to avoid at all costs. Hopefully Whirlpool will catch wind of this and they will make the correct adjustments.

Excellent service. When my assigned tech had car problems they contacted me and asked if they could send another tech. Earlier than my original appointment! Wendell came out to check out my fridge and washer. He explained clearly what the problem with each was and the parts needed to fix it. When the parts arrived, they worked around my work schedule to set an appointment. Wendell came back for the second appointment. He completed the repairs quickly and correctly and gave me some tips on how to avoid future problems. My warranty company assigned them but I would definitely use them again! Excellent company, excellent service!

I just got off the phone with a very rude lady , I am beyond astounded by the demanor she gave , I called to confirm my appointment for my appliance and I needed to make sure it didnt conflict with my wifes doc appointment , which is serious its a biopsy for poss breast cancer , and I express this to this lady on the phone and she kept calling me maam trying to interrupt me ( because I was annoying her it felt ) as I was trying to express my concerns with the appointments conflicting , she said well I havent even done the route yet hold on. Than she says oh yes it looks like your the last stop of the day so looking at 2-6 pm, I told her that was perfect due to the appointment being at 8 am , and again she interrupts me to say well thats not for sure we may have cancellations and that would change your time so I will call you back tonight to tell you when we will be there , I than tried to express that anytime after 11am would work in the event she needed to move us forward more . and she began to argue with me !?? Whoa , she says well your the last stop so I will call you back tonight to tell you the time . I thanked her still at the end of the call, even after her being very rude and Kurt, she proceeded to just hang up. I am now unsure on how the appointment will go because she is the face of this company and Ill tell ya , its not looking to good. She is not a good representation of the company and it makes me wonder how the appointment once set will go.

I have been doing business with Chris and Hi Desert for over 13 years. Ive bought appliance for my own use and for other properties. My appliances are in my garage, so their appearance isnt too important. I have never had one a problem with pests or dirt. Their prices are more than fair. Their warranty is more than fair. Their service is wonderful. They are honest. Theyve never tried to sell me a new one, when they could fix the old one for a fair price. Great guys all the way around. I wouldnt do business with anyone else.

I went to Hi Desert Appliance in search of a new start relay for my fridge that stopped cooling. They did not have the part I needed but the proprietor was beyond helpful in guiding me to a different appliance part store that had what I needed. You dont find that kind of honesty and helpfulness very often these days, so I highly recommend this place to anyone for any reason.

I dont know if these people get paid from our insurance companies to do the work that they dont do but they were called out to my house in April of this year he came out he checked the frigerator said he need a part he nevercame and it wasnt when we gave him a call back they said they couldnt come out now theyre called out again to come fix my frigerator and once again they dont come out and fix it because Ive come to the realization that they actually do not know what they are doing theyre taking money from the insurance company and theyre not really fixing the problems I would not trust them I would not rely on them theyre dishonest youre better off going with someone else if you value your money stay away from these people

My experience is that these guys are 100% stand-up folks. Weve purchased a number of used machines from this company for our rental properties over the years -- As well as, equipment we used in our personal residence. Chris, (manager) has excellent customer service skills and rapport and Mike is a very good appliance tech and troubleshooter. Ive recommended this firm a number of times to my colleagues.

We have been waiting for a part for our washing machine for 3 weeks now. I just got a call from All Desert Appliances.. they have to reschedule because their repair technician can not make it today because he had an emergency. So we have to wait 5 more days. This is beyond ridiculous. I called back and said I want to come pick up the part my his can pit it in They wont do that. I called back and asked to speak to a manager... and conveniently... at 1:16 in the afternoon... the manager is on lunch. The first time they sent someone out to fix our stove... he barely spoke English... and was extremely rude. And left within 5 minutes. This place has HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. STAY AWAY FROM HERE. I WOULD JAVE NOT GIVEN ANY STARS. BIT YOU HAVE TO AT LEAST HAVE ONE.

Web Sight says South Main Street but they are on Commerce, a block west of the Main Street addressThey have lots of appliances. I bought a refrigerator and it has a 6 month warranty. Seems to work well. They even hauled away the failing one. Good people, reasonable price, and fairly quick delivery.

I would give them a zero but that is not an option. These people brought our new dishwasher from Home Depot and were supposed to hook it up. They broke the PVC pipe under the sink and told my brother it was up to us to hire a plumber to fix it. Needless to say my brother had to buy the parts and fix it himself. Very angry.

Refrigerator repairman pulled a no-call, no-show last Sunday after I sat and waited for over 4 hours. Why do they get a four hour window and then pull a no-call, no-show? Thats really irresponsible, inconsiderate, and lousy service.
