Omg! best prices on appliances! we bought a $1400 fridge for $900 total and delivery, people were amazing

After going to Walker, Ashley, and Big Furniture out in Henderson a week ago and feeling like everything was overpriced for the value, and the Walker salesperson was very pushy, my husband and I had the BEST experience just now at American Freight. The gentleman who helped us was extremely nice, answered our questions, and gave us plenty of time to look at things by ourselves. The dresser we liked was only $220, and they do delivery! Which is nice since we dont have a truck. In a month or so he said there would be new items, so we will definitely be back! I just wish wed gotten his name! Give that guy a raise! :)

Seriously, who buys appliances (or anything) here?I’m looking for a fridge for the garage because my counter-depth Bosch is frustrating me to pieces on account of limited space. Not wanting to spend too much on a fridge that will be living in a hot garage, we dropped in at this location.Someone said hello, so for that, I’ll give +1. Other than that, the prices for banged up appliances that all look used or like they were dropped from buildings are not that different from going to Best Buy or Home Depot, and delivery/installation is included there. They had about 10 refrigerators to look at (if that) and all were injured to some degree.That said, they seemed to have more choices in dishwashers and stoves, so I guess if you’re looking for those, this might be a worthwhile stop.

Not as much saving as they would have you believe, plus the delivery service cost $80.I bought the same appliance somewhere else for a few bucks less with free delivery and installation. I must say that the sales person was very pleasant and courteous.

Wanted to check out the prices and see what they have. They are not that cheap for a warehouse type of place. I didnt buy they had nothing that I liked.

Awesome sales lady . . .she was very friendly and articulate. She knew her merchandise inside and out. We were able to purchase at great sales price and schedule delivery for tomorrow! The best experience weve had, since moving here. This place rocks!! We will return.

My salesperson Demario was very knowledgeable on washers and dryers. I picked his brain for almost 30 mins and he never seemed bothered. We were not ready to purchase for our business, but we decided to pull the trigger since he gave us so much of his time. Great customer service and a huge bonus they had a dryer in stock for us too. We will be back our business is still in need of more appliances and why not upgrade the waiting room furniture while we are at it.

Great open box deals on appliances. Saved soo much money

They do have some bargains here but you have to be willing to search for them. Most of the items are refurbished or have slight cosmetic damage which is why you pay less for the product. Refunds can be difficult but my issues were taken care of. The delivery is 80 bucks for up to 5 items so if your buying multiple things then get them all at once if you can. I bought a stand up freezer and a fridge from them and they were delivered the next day and set up for me. The staff is friendly for the most part.

Ordered what I thought was in stock, not back ordered fridge, was immediately billed and paid extra for a day off delivery because their 14 hourdelivery window is horses#$t. 2 days after ordering but 12 days before scheduled delivery I get a robo text saying delivery is delayed and I have too pick new date. That can only mean what they solld as in stock.. isnt. Received a call from them, I answered hoping to get answers as to why... robo call saying to call a different number than what called me to reschedule. Call and its a automated system. Go through menu and wait on hold...45 mins then Get fed up. 3 different days at 3 different tunes, same result. So I have to reschedule, not ever find out why and hope it gets delivered in at least 2 weeks from now. That will be a month since ordering and a month of using an ice chest. Glad Sears cant give a sh!t about their customers to answer a phone or give any info in the robo call, but that billing software works everytime. Avoid Sears like the plague, use a company who cares enough to answer the phone or give basic info in a call or text. Never again sears. i

Luz was a awesome! She helped us find our dream machine (literally) for an amazing price! Initially we were so stressed / worried that we wouldn’t find a machine. We had purchased our machine from Lowe’s and it was supposed to be delivered today. However, they notified us the day before that our delivery date was moved to October (which was potentially also a date that could change again). Being that we had already waited nearly a month (with no washer / dryer), we were desperate to find something. After viewing Costco, Lowe’s, Home Depot, and Best Buy, our luck was running out. Do to the supply of dryers, the wait time was months (some even into next year) away. Many places are having issues with inventory due to the delay caused by the pandemic. The moment we walked into the store Luz guided us through a huge selection of amazing washers / dresses. Who knew one could get so giddy to see a working appliance? Luz helped us find the exact one we were looking for and helped us choose the best one on the store floor. She even went to the back to see what was in stock. And guess what?! Our dryer that matched perfectly to the washer, just came into stock and was in the back! Luz allowed us to explore the store, was patient, helped us find everything we needed, informed us on everything, was friendly, and was externally professional! We are so happy and can’t wait to come back! Oh and we are getting our washer / dryer next week!!!!! Yay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (Infinity) !!!!!!!!!!

So far I’ve purchased a Samsung double stackable and double oven with a 5 burner. So far both purchases have exceeded expectations; especially for the price!!!Take your time and find the right appliances. Be sure to ask for the type of damage or reason for discount. Good luck!!!

I went to American Freight to purchase a washer/dryer and the experience was so much better than I had ever experienced at high end appliance sellers. The staff was very well trained and just very kind people who provided great customer service. I also saved at least 50% off from other stores. I bought an LG set with all the bells and whistles for under $1200!

I tried using paypal with them a couple of times and never got a Order Confirmed or a Thank you for your order so I thought the paypal didnt go through. Later I called and used my credit card. But the paypal did go through tho and I was billed twice and they DID recieve the payment. There denying it though and I have to mediate through paypal to get my money back which can take 3 weeks. There a bunch of crooks and I hope somebody ends up in jail over this.

I would like to give an outstanding award to Gilbert. I went into the store to purchase a queen size mattress and box spring. Its been years since I purchased a mattresses set. However Gilbert was very knowledgeable about mattress and when I left the store I felt very educated and good about my purchase. Its was a pleasure to see that employees like Gilbert really cares about his customers. Thank you Sears for during an outstanding job in training your employees to meet and exceed your customers needs.

So, my husband and I needed a new mattress and he drove me straight to this place. At first, I did not want to buy here because we were just buying for the guest room but...when we entered the store, we got a BIG smile and welcome from Demorrio. He did not linger. He asked us what we were looking for and showed us our best options in the price range I gave him. I told my husband...we can get a cheaper mattress from elsewhere. Demorrio smiled and said, youll be backSo true, good customer service is hard to come by and we bought from American Freight. We even bought a mattress cover for our new purchase.Even through the mask, Demorrios personality showed through. We finally bought a mattress and a box spring. So glad to be a customer here. We will be back and our guest will be soooooo happy with our purchase.

We had to buy a refrigerator in a hurry, the old one was totally dead. We found a GE that the boss liked. Almost all the refrigerators are backed up size by side, and end to end. They replaced a front handle to make it a little more appealing. Good so far. We had to wait a full week but it was delivered, as promised. We hooked up the plumbing and we had a CUT hose covered completely by a foil backed tape. After that repair, as I was plugging in I noticed the ground had been pulled out from the plug. When we registered it with GE, the tech told us that it had been registered with another family. Now it is used, apparently for months. I asked Am Fr about full disclosure and was told that it was up to the buyer to ask all the questions. The web site does not mention used as a part of their repetough. Used should be disclosed and less a percentage than scratch and dent. Be careful what you buy from these guys.

Pathetic joke. Paid and VARIFIED an order online. Went to store to pick up, was told the order never went through. Received receipt and order confirmation, money was taken from my credit card acct. Yet they couldnt confirm the sale or let me pick up my appliance. Never again will I deal with these morons. Now I have to get my discover card to dispute this sale.

Wonderful experience! I came in today just to browse and look at deals on a new fridge and dishwasher for my new home. I was approached by a representative by the name of Gilbert, He was super knowledgeable on the pros and cons of each appliance that we looked at. He made me feel super comfortable and not pressure to buy which is HUGE for me!! I opted to go home and talk it over with my husband but I can’t wait to come back and make our purchases!!

Customer service is good in the store, but dont get the protection plan or warranty the call center has the worst customer service ever and the third party technicians dont know how to fix anything, they give you the run around

We bought a washer ( you must buy New connections, pay for delivery and we also bought insurance CASH ) when it was delivered it didnt work. The delivery guys spent about 30 minutes trying to get it to work. We had them to take it back no problem things happen. We returned to the store to pick out another washer and I said while we were there we could look at some of the livingroom furniture I was looking to replace what we have. The young lady we came in contact with at the store was Lus who had a very poor attitude ( like we were a problem not caring that we had a item that didnt work) when we told her that the washer didnt work she did nothing to help and it was as though were wasting her time. No apology and flat out no for any compensation. Poor business skills and a lack of customer skills.

Utterly disappointing. Expected to find deals. instead found damage products being offered well above retail. this appears to be a front for a rent-to-own type operation as every refrigerator I looked at had a sticker on it that said I could take it home for $50 per week. my friend and I found refrigerators with shipping damage on them and missing parts that were listed for more than similar refrigerators we had seen at Best buy brand new not an hour earlierUnless youre looking to rent to own I would avoid.

Great location. We went looking for a stove since ours decided to give up on us the day before Thanksgiving. The store manager Demorrio, was the one to help us. Extremely great customer service. He was able to answer all our questions. Took the time to make sure we were able to walk out the store with our stove. He was such a friendly and great help. I recommend you check this place out. I want to give a big thanks and rave Luz for her patience! I got to this store right after 1 and let me tell you I was not happy. Luz welcomed me as soon as I came in and didn’t not run away when I wasn’t being so pleasant long story short I purchased a fridge about two years ago and it’s crapped out in my this morning and I had been spending all morning with people that just transfer me over and over and wouldn’t help me! She was more than happy to help me get my fridge serviced and after taking her time up for almost 3 hours in that store I have a scheduled appointment and a new washer and dryer!

I wish I had never considered this store a reasonable option for discount furniture and appliances. Any big name store will easily beat their pricing during a holiday sale and theyll do it without blatantly misleading you about what youre purchasing, promising you they can make it right, and then after multiple checks and confirmations still give you the wrong thing weeks later. At least have the decency to tell us youre too terrible of a company to give what you initially offered. What I paid my hard earned money for, instead of letting us get rid of a still serviceable couch for something that wasnt going to happen. I wish Id never wasted my time and money here.

Was sent over to this store by the closing Sears store to do an exchange for tools. To my disappointment they don’t do that here, in fact they are not even the same company. The store manager was busy moving things around and stopped and took the time to show me the tools they do sell. I felt bad for my initial reaction, but he said he didn’t take it personal, and just wanted to help me out, and still made me feel welcome. Yes I had to purchase a different brand tool for my husband, but I appreciated the customer service I received here and they earned my business in the future.

I had the BEST experience with sales associate Jeanette. She showed me the appliance I was searching for and even found a brand new one in a box and got a price and all the specs so I can make sure it would fit in my existing space, She definitely went above and beyond the customer service expected. She even offered to open the box to inspect the oven and re taped the box for us. We have never purchased from your store before but I will definitely return and recommend to our friends. It all depends on what you are looking for. I’m changing to a 5 as they have lots of appliances for sale. I had made original a 3 star but in all they have a great selection for decent prices. We went to see side by side fridges to get an idea of what we wanted. So for that it was great to be able to look.

Met a cool worker there named E, took the time to tell me about the lease to own program. I am looking to get my own place soon, so it would be nice to pay off my bed and sofa with monthly payments.

Not too many pairs of washers and dryers, but 5 star for the info and time spent by the sales person. I ended up going to the closing store at the meadows mall and getting a matching pair from their floor at a good deal. I will shop here for my other needs though

All appliances completely dirty from the outside, not very welcoming to purchase. Staff didnt acknowledge me walking in and while walking around for about 5 minutes, while store completely empty. I saw about 4 staff members just talking to each other, they should be helping or cleaning.

First time furniture shopping with my fiance was super excited till we were not approved. But then Ms. Jeanette was so helpful and informative that we managed to still get the mattress we wanted! Really helped me out with exchanging an item when I couldn’t contact the other store in Henderson, just wanted to make sure they had the pressure washer in stock, they took care of me and even provided me the contact info for the other store. Good service and good teamwork between the two stores.

Huge selection here. Very friendly staff, and good prices. This location offers clothing and treadmills. Its worth checking out and they welcome you when you come in and thank you when you are leaving not the norm in retail anymore honestly.

I purchased both a GE Monogram dishwasher and a 3-year warranty service to go with it. Upon contacting the warranty group for repair and the technician showing up to my home, the tech noted he couldnt work on the unit. Upon contacting the Benefits Department and talking to multiple individuals finally reaching a manager, they indicated the warranty I purchased should not have been sold to me as they dont warranty that paricular model. As such, no repair, out of the money spent on the warranty, and expense to actually repair the dishwasher. They will sell you anything and say anything to make a sale. Buyer be aware with Sears. Purchase elsewhere.

I prefer not to shop here due to their pricing of their appliances. They mark up their prices . The sale prices are higher than normal sears stores. Its a shame cause its closer. I see this store closing. I really do not like saying that. I was excited when it opened. I have visited at least 5 times to compare prices. I dont plan on giving them anymore chances.

Our stove decided to brake down on Wednesday we went to Lowe’s looking to see if we were going to be able to get our stove, but unfortunately we couldn’t they were “on sale” and still came out too expensive. So we decided to check out this place and the manager(Demorrio) of the store was friendly enough to help us in our situation. Whirlpool side by side here dented up in the front is on sale at $773 the same model is $799 new at Sears store in Meadows mall. I talked to a female there on Sunday November 17th who claimed to be the manager. I let her know the normal price in the Sears store and if they could take more off. She said no that it was already marked down $100. Marked down $100 really, so that means the outlet store with dented items is more than new at a regular Sears store. Makes sense why we were the only customers there on a Sunday afternoon. Stay away from this place its a joke along with this so called manager
