This was my first oil change and my vehicle needed updates . I was surprised to hear that my battery was low on charge and the service department changed without hesitation . I want to say one thing. While driving from Utah to California our car shut down for no reason in the middle of nowhere. We were able to get it started and took it to Anderson in Lake Havasu. They did a quick diagnostic at no charge. We were nervous that someone could take advantage of our situation and instead found there are still honest people in the world. This Dealership Does Not Care About Past Customers. In 2019 we bought a new Nissan Frontier from Anderson Nissan the whole deal went great smooth everyone there was great no issues at all. Then in July 2021 went back to trade the Frontier for a 2021 Titan Pro4X that deal went just OK. In October 2021 decided to trade are 2013 Equinox for a Nissan Versa car. Told them to work up some numbers on a Versa SV or SR model. They came back with the numbers and they where Low Balling us on the trade and had added $2995 in accessories to the price of the Versa. I asked what are the accessories they told me and I said we are not interested in them. We did not get them on the Titan we bought in July and do not want them on on the Versa. They sent us a paper email that showed we paid for them on the Titan $2995 but after looking at the Titan some were not installed on it. If we had not tried to buy a new Versa we would have never known they Ripped Us Off on the Titan. After trying to negotiate on the trade and the accessories Fernando said I will talk to my boss and call you in the morning. Never got that call. So I called back the next week and talked to Mike the sales manager and asked why Fernando never called. He said Fernando fells put off by me. But he said they would still look for a Versa in the color we wanted and let us know. Never another word from them about the car or what they would do about the accessories we never got. So we called Nissan USA made a complaint about this. In about 45 minutes Mike called after getting complaint and wanted to work this out with us but said he was not in the office but would be back Thursday or Friday and would call. Its been a week now and no call. I think they just want us to go away but we are not going away we where ripped off on the accessories and want are money back for them. Stay FAR FAR away from this dealership. Also talked to Avery the Customer Service Manager at Anderson Nissan and left message for her no return calls. Something has changed at Anderson Nissan in a very bad way. We have reached out to try and resolve this but they do not return calls. They have let us know they do not want us as a Customer any longer. Choose a different Nissan dealer!!!

Everyone at at Nissan service department was very nice to us got our battery replaced for free even though I didnt buy it came with the purchase of the car and I even got a free car wash and this was all after 5 because I had to come from Fort Mohave, AZ

I have no problem with the service to my car. But someone is not honest when it comes to the batteries. Every vehicle I have purchased there gets a new battery every 6 mos while under warranty. Out of warranty my batteries are suddenly ok. Looks like to me they are doing unnecessary work just to turn in warranty work. I may be a woman but I am not stupid.

My sales experience was outstanding. They answered all questions I had went over all the features of my new vehicle. It all happened in a very timely matter and I was on the road with my new vehicle in no time.

I took my car in for an oil change and I specifically asked that are being put in the tires because they were all low. Everything went well as far as I know. They told me they had change the oil and the filter and rotated the tires wash the car and brought the air pressure up to specifics. After I left the dealership I noticed that all of the tires where still low on pressure. The next day I took my car to Big O to have my tires taking care of

Been going here for 5 years and have continued excellent service. All employees so friendly while waiting for oil change. Only this time I met new employee Irma and she was awesome. Very helpful. Very knowledgeable. Nice new addition to the team.Only incident that bothered me is i grabbed 2 drinks from courtesy fridge. One for now, one for later. Lady behind counter yelled at me that she couldn’t believe I was taking 2. Made me feel like I was stealing them from a store. Been getting 2 drinks every visit for 5 years. Never been made to feel this way before. Always told they were their as a courtesy for the customers.

I have an issue with my A/C and they were not able to replicate the issue. All other work was done as I asked. The service Rep said this was a known possible issue and because it is intermittent its very had to find and fix. They did try but because it could be multiple things I will bring it back with the summer temps get higher and have no doubt it will be fixed. I have had my truck for 3 years and the service has always been great when i bring it in every 6months or so.

My Nissan Rouge was not wanting to start. Thought by driving it the battery would charge up more but it got worse and needed to get to Anderson Nissan LHC asap as also a security warning light came on. Jayden a service rep told me to come on in ...I drive 90 miles to get there He said we will take care of you. They did a great job. Yes it was a battery as car was 3 1/2 years old and nothing to the security warning light as it was cause the car needed the new battery. So with a much needed car wash my car was ready to travel back home. Thank you Anderson Nissan and a special thankyou to Jayden who was very polite and caring.

Salesman was alright at first but became less active in helping.... we were interested in trading 2 vehicles in for 1 newer. However that was going to leave us with an 80k+ loan for a brand new 2020 model armada (year older model). Low balling the trade in value of both our cars to squeeze any dollar they could towards the loan. We understand we would be upside down with trade-in but not giving us the real trade in value wasn’t cool. On top of that they’re trying to sell the vehicle for more than listed “Anderson” price. Pretty disappointing considering we have bought from Anderson in the past.
