Id bought a used car from private party. took it in to Anderson Nissan for a safety check and to get windows tinted then detailed. 3 different departments and all employees were great !! the service was done and some parts had to be ordered to complete the job. I was immediately notified !! while waiting on parts... they sent the car to the window tinter to do his part and not hold up the car. when the windows were done it went to the detailer..NOW LET ME TELL YOU... MY 2005 CAR LOOKS BRAND NEW INSIDE N OUT... EVEN MY ENGINE COMPARTMENT LOOKS NEW !!people if you need service or detailing done on your vehicle... take it there !!

Brent the service manager took my vehicle in for general maintenance and performed all necessary service & repairs in a vert very timely manner.I have been extremely happy with there all around commitment to keeping me a satisfied customer.

Took my car in for an oil change was under dealer manufacturers warranty. They were ready fast finally. And the girl that was it working on my vehicle even helped me set up the basketball machine so I could play. I would deathly recommend going here because the final awesomeness that they did was they delivered my car back to me at even have to go back out there. She need anything at all and you dont want away and you dont want to go back go to Anderson plays it promotions approved

I am a bit disappointed in this place. I purchased a used Dodge Charger for just under $40,000. It has 5 chips in the windshield and they are sending a repair person. I would have thought with that many chips, they would have put a new windshield in. I sure hope the repairs hold because Ill be in court should the windshield shatter.I was also looking to upgrade my other vehicle, but I dont think Ill be using Anderson.

Ive purchased three vehicles from Anderson in Lake Havasu City since moving here four years ago and I am always treated like royalty. I will never purchase a Car anywhere else as long as I am breathing!

Be careful what you sign there . My Girlfriend has the Car for 7 days and finding out the scam the run. Saying they did a Oil change and really didnt just resetting it and 10 minutes later the lights come on again and the same all over again. WHICH IS FRAUD. THEIR IS MORE BUT I DONT WANT TO WRITE A NOVEL. ALL I CAN SAY DRIVE TO VEGAS OR PHOENIX AND BUY A CAR INSTEAD DEALING WITH A CROCKS.

It was great going there tomorrow I pick up 2020 Toyota Camry or a choice of a 2020 Jeep Renegade its time for an upgrade

Service Dept wasnt good on follow up... didnt complete the work that I only noticed on the paperwork on the way home. Our service writer was nice, guess he called in sick the next day...we only found out at the end of the day when we had to call and make arrangements to pick up our truck????The relief service guy was a real jerk...sorry to bother you.

Stopped for a recall deal. Shop is clean people r friendly enough. But Im not sure I believe my sunscreen for the windshield by the seat will affect the seat weight sensor. Sounds like hooey to me
