Our family had a blast both days. The first day was sand dune day. Brought back so many memories from when I was a child. I brought my whole family. The second day was on the water WOW a great time was had by all. We fished and caught a lot of fish. We swam and it was a blast. Not to leave out the entire staff were truly exceptional. I will definitely be back and will tell all my San Diego friends to rent from this class establishment. See you all next time and thanks for the great time.

I cant say enough good things about this place and the amazing people who work here, even Charlie the friendly dog who greets you is extra awesome! My hubs and I arrived in havasu and decided we wanted a boat. We looked around and after speaking with them we thought we would give them a try since they had really good deals. It was a Tuesday and weds so it wasnt crazy busy and they hooked it up with a dope boat and they included ice and a cooler!! We were staying at the nautical so we asked if we could just keep it over night. They said yes and only charged us a small over night fee, we were so stoked!! We def got our moneys worth as we drove around the whole lake for 2 days and only had to fill up once while out then again when we returned the boat with them and they charged us a fare gas rate, as well. We ended up running over some rocks and damaging the prop. New boater error hehe They were super cool about it and charged us the same fee advertised on their wall. We also got our picture taken and signed the damaged prop for their wall. They made it super fun and turned a negative into a positive. I really love this place and all of the people running it. You guys really made my bday trip amazing and super memorable! Cant wait to come back in October!! See you guys sooner than later!!

Rented an 18’ Sea Ray for a day of water play with the family. Solid boat - had no issue pulling skiers, tube, which we also rented for a reasonable price. Yes, the boat is old and used, but well maintained and again, for the rental price, you can’t beat it. Great day at the lake!The staff is efficient and courteous, can’t say enough about them, they all seemed to have a genuine interest in our party having a good, safe time on Lake Havasu.

Capitan Ron was awesome, He went out of his way to get my family on the pontoon and out to the lake asap. Very impressed with everyone we spoke with from the front end employees, to the drivers who launch and recover. Will be back in a month or so. Thanks guys

If your renting from here plan to spend alot of money for minimal damage. Rented a can am. Had maybe 200 bucks in damage from scratches. Place charged over 2000 dollars. Went through my insurance and company fought the whole way. Wouldnt provide any information or paperwork for the rental. Total scam not going back.

My sister and I rented a 2 seater RZR yesterday,had a blast!! I had previously called 3 times to ask questions (annoying!!) Sheryl was very patient and kind,explained all prices thoroughly and completely. The price was about half of others in town with no hidden fees. This is my honest review as a customer who reads reads reviews on places before we go. I read all the reviews on this rental company and was super skeptical on renting but decided to give it a try & am not disappointed in this company at all. This weekend my family & I wanted to take a trip to havasu we booked with them about 3 weeks early. We got there checked in looked at our boat it was an older triton interior was good but wasn’t the best but what do you expect your not paying for something BRAND NEW your paying for a rental that’s rented out daily we didn’t have any issues with the boat on the water & they were super busy but STILL attentive to their customers. The girls behind the desk were awesome as well. Our driver mike who dropped us off was awesome. Our pick up guy was cool as well. Now let me just say if you don’t know how to drive a boat or new to the experience then maybe renting one isn’t for you because you WILL have to pay for the damages you cause. It specifically says it in your rental contract. There was no hidden fees in any of the renting. My debit card was not charged any extra fees, if you are out on the lake you can fill up the boat with gas if you don’t want them to do it but i would of rather just paid their gas fee and it was only $45 dollars to fill up. They also have an anchor deposit fee you get that back IF you bring back their anchor. But just want to give paradise boat rentals team a huge thank you for an awesome weekend

Our family of four really enjoyed the lake due to the ease of booking and renting a ski boat for the days. PWW seems to be a family run place, not corporate with all staff being friendly and really trying to make everyone’s experience a good one. The boat was gassed up, clean and well maintained. It was a busy long weekend so some of the accessories we wanted were booked, so I’d recommend trying to reserve them at the time of booking.

Uncle Mike was great! He helped us with everything and was a great guide. Would definitely rent from them again!

We rented a UTV this week. Staff was so nice in accommodating us and so helpful. Equipment (2 seater/The General) was so fun and well kept. Look forward to our next trip down to rent from them again!

Waited 1 hour to register in which took away from our time.... ordered two four seaters and 2-two seaters..... when we arrived they switched us up to 1 four seater and four two seaters. Then they tell you they need a cellular phone to download directions so you know where you are going. Later we learned it was a gps on it. Upon arrival they said one was turned on its side and therefore charged us 1100.00 or threatened to call cops and claimed he can charge whatever he wanted. He claimed he can charge us days it’s out of service too. Since we did not take pictures before hand we had no proof. After paying he said my three grandchildren thank you. Disgusting!!!!! Shame on him!!

I would recommend this place to anyone! We rented a Tri toon it was clean ran perfect they have good equipment and it’s well taken care of. They took us to the launch ramp dropped us in and picked us up with no problems.

Ron and his team were a pleasure to work with. We had a slight problem with our boat when we were on the water. Dave quickly came out with a new boat for us to finish our day out while he stayed on the boat and fixed it. Ron even extended our rental period to make up for the lost time.They gave us great instruction, quick pick up from the dock, and even gave us a cooler with ice.Highly recommended, we will be back.

We planned a last minute trip to Havasu and unfortunately several boat/jet ski rental companies were already booked out. I happened to see an AD for this company on another rental site, quickly glanced at the 3 stars and thought it would be fine. I was so desperate to get something booked quickly that I went ahead and reserved without looking at any reviews. Once booked I made the mistake of looking at Yelp and Google and immediately regretted my decision and was beating myself up over how dumb I could be to not look at reviews first before committing.When we arrived in the morning to pick up our rental boat I was really nervous as to what might happen based on what I had read. We took photos of the condition of the boat and especially the prop preparing for the worse (again based on the reviews). However the check in process and the staff were really friendly and got us out on the water really quickly. We also rented a wake board and even though the selection was very slim we were able to obtain one that worked just fine for our kids.We had about two hours of fun on the lake when all of a sudden the boat lost power. We waited for a few minutes before turning it over and trying it again. We did this for about 20 minutes before we called. Once we called they were very accommodating, asking us to try a few things and then when that didnt work they said they wold bring us a new boat. All in all it only took about 45 minutes out of our day but they were so accommodating and responded so quickly.The next day we received the same boat for our rental but were assured that the batteries were brand new. Sure enough they were and we had a full day of fun without any problems or interruptions. On the third day we had reserved a jet ski and had no problems at all.All in all we had a really great experience with them. It also seems like all of their paperwork asks you to review them on Yelp, Google, etc. which leads me to believe that they are working hard to change their online image/reviews.

So heres my truly honest review..... A family member made reservations here for a boat before we read any of the reviews. We checked out the reviews and were concerned, to say the least. But it was too late to change reservations. So we went down there, and to be honest, we were expecting the worst. But I have to say, everyone, and I mean EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE, was super nice and courteous. We even upgraded our boat without any hassle or issue. The staff was super willing to accommodate us. The boat worked perfectly, zero issues. Had a great day on the water.Which leads me to believe most of these reviews are from either one jaded person who made numerous accounts just to trash this business or a former employee. They were super busy but still took the time to help load the boat for us and everything. I mean, we lost our truck keys and they helped look for them. So needless to say, I wouldnt hesitate to rent from them again.And as far as a discount for a review like some of the other disgruntled people allege..... I posted my review after I got home from the water and there was ZERO mention of a discount for any review...But I felt compelled to write an honest review of a company who was on par with service and nothing like the disgruntled reviewers claim.

My friend and I took our wives out for a full day of ATV off-road desert adventure on two brand new two seaters today from Wild Wave. Absolutely a 5 Star Experience from our first call to the return of our rentals.None of us can think of anything that would have made our experience better.The GPS that they suggested and explained worked perfectly and the machines were flawless. People read your contract...you break it you have to pay for it. If you dont want to be in the heat come back a little early as the ramps are very busy at the end of the day. It is hot outside, if you have children that are not used to the heat dont put them in a boat on the water when it is 120 degrees and then expect to be catered to..you are not the only client we have, and again the boat ramps are very busy at the end of the day. You have to call to get picked up, the drivers are not just down there waiting on you to arrive. Do not feel you are more privileged then the next person, all our customers are equally important. Dont come in yelling at the people behind the counter because you have had a bad day...that gets you no where. We have the right to refuse service to anyone. If you are not paying dont speak. Dont expect something for nothing. If you have had a bad day do not blame the people behind the counter, you are in control of your own fun and happiness. If you break something pay for it...dont be hateful about it and try to fight about it or argue..we feel bad when we have to charge for these things. We want you and your family to have a good day on the lake. Ive rented a boat from this company twice. My first experience wasnt too bad, though I was told the morning of that Id be getting a different boat than the one I reserved, but at least I got one, albeit one in poor condition. My second experience has been awful and baffling. I reserved a boat about 3 weeks in advance of my Havasu trip. They immediately charged my credit card a deposit, but failed to send me an email confirmation of my reservation as they did the first time. Over the next 2 weeks, we spoke to someone 5 separate times on the phone requesting an email confirmation that never came. Their repeated excuse was that they were busy and still catching up on invoices. We repeatedly tried calling them again during the week before our trip (Im talking 10 times a day), but now calling their office results almost exclusively in a busy tone. Twice, I was able to get it to ring, but no one ever picked up. As a last ditch effort, I attempted to email them, but again, no response. Since we were unable to ever get through to this company or receive confirmation, we had to cancel our entire Havasu trip 2 days before we expected to leave.Literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Their business has evidently gone MIA, and I doubt Ill ever get my $100 deposit back.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! This place is the worst place in Havasu that you can rent a boat from, i wish i can give them 0 stars. When i was booking the boat i asked what year the boat was and the manager said it was a 2004 so i was hesitant about putting my family on such an old boat, the owner took over the call and said all my boats have low hours and they run better than the new ones i trusted him and booked the boat for over $900 for one day. I went on the boat and soon i find out that the boat doesnt reverse so i called them and they sent a mechanic. The mechanic said this boat wont be fixed that day so he can either put us on a pontoon boat or issue a full refund with a discount for our next visit. I said i will take the refund and im good on the discount because i wont be coming back. Now its been over 3 weeks and still no refund, i spoke to the manager last week 6/8/2020 and she put me on hold while talking to the owner she came back and said im so sorry but the owner went ahead and issued a full refund, you should see it no longer than Friday 6/12/2020 Today its 6/16/2020 and i still havent received anything. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM, ALL THEIR BOATS ARE OVER 15 YEARS OLD AND THEY CHARGE WAY TOO MUCH COMPARE TO OTHER PLACES. I wish i went with the other rental place but they were all booked out that day, all the other places i called in Havasu have newer boats than this place. ( Makes sense why they werent booked out )

If you have small children or babies I warn you to stay away from Paradise Wild Wave Rentals. They will LEAVE YOU out there stuck out of gas, broken jet skis and will send NO HELP! you are completely on your own. They do not provide you with safety equipment before hand so make sure you ask because they will forget. Make sure your gas tank is completely Full before they launch you off out there all day because they will ripe you and send you out with 1/2 a tank. Make sure you have orange flags with you for emergencies and a charged cellphone on hand. This place is not informative what so ever so if you a new timer to renting a boat or jet ski or just being out on a lake with equipment please do not come here this is not the place. They do not help you after you’ve paid them about 1900$ to rent. I wouldn’t want anyone else especially KIDS to have to deal with what me and my family had to deal with in extremely bad weather conditions. Stay safe guys!Don’t let the fake discounted 4/5 stars screw you over like it did us. We were a group of (10) and all of us left this place disgusted to say the least.

WORST PLACE YOU CAN GO TO!!! Scammed me and my family. Gave us a boat that doesn’t reverse and the mechanic came to fix it but unfortunately couldn’t fix it so he said we have to go on a pontoon boat or get a full refund since they messed up. I told them I would rather have the refund I can’t trust you guys anymore and never coming back. Today is 7/23/2020 and I still don’t have my refund!!!! This was by far one of the best places we have rented from. We vacation out here every year and these people really made our family vacation worth it. Very friendly and customer friendly. Thank you so much we will definitely be back to rent from you next year

They were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. We rented a boat for the day and when we got there they loaded all of our stuff on board. When we got back, they let us sit inside where it was cool and drink ice water while they loaded our stuff from the boat to the car. We rented a tube and knee board, as well and had an absolutely wonderful day. They also dont precharge a damage deposit, which was nice. We should have rented our jet skis from these guys, too. We would have had a better experience in the reservation side.

An absolutely fantastic experience! From the reservation, to checking in, and to the pickup/return process, everything was top notch customer service. Uncle Mike did an excellent job getting briefed and going in the morning, as well as a friendly pickup at the loading dock. Located conveniently next to the Lake Havasu State Park, it is easy to find and well worth the competitive prices found elsewhere around town. Highly appreciated and recommended!!

Website says no security deposit required, then they called the day before our reservation after business hours talking about needing a credit card for one, explained we only had debit card which on their website it says they accept, but she insisted a credit card. Talk to a rude manager and asked for any superior to talk to and she put the owner on the phone and told us we can come tomorrow morning for payments and we get here right at opening and they are trying to tell us they gave our boat away and then our debit card magically worked for the next day.

I am honestly disappointed with this business and how they treat their customers. They are liars and scammers. We were supposed to have our boat for the whole day, but due to maintenance issues we experienced on the lake, we only had the boat for one hour. When calling them and upon returning to the business, they stated that they would issue us a FULL REFUND. However, INSTEAD they decided to charge us for the full day WITHOUT issuing the refund.Overall, I am disgusted with this place and would not recommend this place to anyone. Please seek businesses elsewhere!

We went 5/04/2019 to Paradise wild waves rental and got a tripoon for 8 hrs. It broke down about 2 hours before our time was up, we called them and they instantly brought us a new boat and gave us and extra 2 hrs and covered the majority of the gas cost for the boat. The gentleman that runs the place was a really great guy, very very polite people, all except the older lady behind the counter, she was not so polite, but everyone else was really nice, they loaded our boat with all the stuff we brought and unloaded the boat also and loaded up my vehicles, this is a great place to rent from and I will definitely be back to rent from them again. It seems that customer service is a big priority to them and I think thats a awesome way to run business. I will be back to rent from them without a doubt. Thank you to the owner, at least I think he was, we appreciate you putting your customers happiness first, we appreciate you giving us extra time and working on gas cost with us also

Stay away!! Customer service is so bad it makes you sick. From the second we walked in the lady was rude and acted as if we were a burden. They were very unhelpful with getting us back and rude on the phone while they made us wait 30 minutes idling by the dock. They also launch the boat in an area where there is rocks everywhere under the boat and tell they don’t give you the heads up but tell you if prop damage is done they will charge you. We cancelled second day and they didn’t even call me they just tried to charge me $700 for damage that was not us after saying they weren’t charging us. Don’t let them take advantage of you.

This is the third year we have rented a pontoon boat for a week in June from Paradise Wild Wave. Very nice office staff and drivers. Super helpful with loading and unloading, and explaining how everything on the boat works.We are experienced boaters, so everything was a breeze. Uncle Mike was especially helpful and a great funny guy to start and end your day with.

We called from LA and provided them with a credit card for $125 security deposit. Upon driving hours to get here, they said that the renter needed to be 21. Our renter was 20 and the owner did not give any exceptions and provided no compensation for wasting our time. They were also very very rude and very unapologetic. They are quick to take payment but are not conscious of their customers’ time. We were happy to bring our $600 down the street.

This place was awesome! Our boat broke down and they made it there as fast as they could! Let us stay 2 hours later then closing time. They helped us load and unload our stuff. The lady at the front desk was so nice. The gentleman’s who came and helped us with our boat was very kind. Their even giving us a discount for a boat ride tommorow. I strongly suggest this place. It’s has amazing service and the employees there are friendly. The boats and tubs are very awesome too.

Wow! My husband and I showed up without a reservation on a busy Monday morning. Less than 30 minutes later, we were on our way with an ATV, with directions to the best off-roading in the area. We were very happy that we were able to take our small dog without a problem. In addition, the ATVs were street legal, so we didnt have to worry about how to get them from point a to point b. I cannot say enough good things-great service, reasonable prices, very accommodating!

CAUTION: Vehicles are restricted from sport mode and top end speed! May father rented a brand new Maverick X3 Turbo side by side and little did we know that he paid $500 for a machine that performs like a 400cc. Upon renting this machine, they do not discuss or tell you that they put a governor on to restrict top speed to 47mph. They also remove sport mode from working whatsoever. So now you spend $500 for a CanAm 1000cc Turbo X3 that is so slow to the point you can’t even keep up with the other side by sides in the group. I highly recommend that you don’t rent anything from this place as they rather preserve their equipment from abuse by restricting the power potential of the machines. Customer service is great at the front desk but when you try to let them know you’ve had a bad experience, they tell you all about the restrictions after you’ve rented the vehicle! This business needs to work on their renting procedures by informing the customers what they get prior to money put down on the rental. Go rent your vehicle elsewhere.

I used paradise wild wave back in July 2018 for a last-minute boat rental for two days. The staff was friendly, helpful, and happy to be there. The best part was how your deposit is included in the final price. No need to drop an extra 400 or $800 deposit before you use the boat, which my friends and I appreciated lol. If you damage anything the agreement says that you just pay to repair that part.Was my first time up in lake have a Sue, they made it great. Can’t wait to see and use them for Labor Day weekend!!!

Rented a pontoon from them on memorial day, was very happy with their pride in making their customers happiness job 1. Loaded our stuff onto boat and unloaded it and into our car after. Prices are great, wont go anywhere else but them. Customers satisfaction should always come first, and they exceeded it in my mind.Thank you for such a great day!

AMAZING! My husband and I visited Lake Havasu for the first time on our honeymoon. We planned on using one of our days to go out on the lake and fish in a boat all day (we love to fish). So we reserved a boat from Wet Monkey/Lucky Pirate Boat Rentals months before our trip and if you read my review to them youll see what happened (horrible service), but we were blessed enough to find Wild Wave and they saved us! We were worried our honeymoon would be ruined but they made sure it was not! They had a boat ready outside for us, for an amazing price and they were both so nice! We had a great day on the lake, caught some nice small mouth bass, and enjoyed being married! Thanks to Wild Wave! If you are going to rent anything in Lake Havasu, we would recommend Wild Wave over any rental place!

When we went to rent from here, we were told that they are dog friendly and accommodating to service dogs. I asked repeatedly if a boat was big enough and stated we want a pontoon boat and was told we can’t have them on a pontoon boat and the owner was unavailable. After talking to them and stating this to the owner I was given a discount for a future rental. I’m went to use stating i won’t rent a boat and asked for a discounted rzr, instead. Only to be told no.

Rented a jet ski for a full day and couldnt have been more happy with the service. Super down to earth people and awesome company. First time in the city and definitely will return and use their services. Also no security deposit and prices were right on par.

They canceled 3 of our boat rentals and didnt tell us till we got there..this was a huge family reunion we planned for months and we all rented from there and got nothing,ruined our entire trip then it took 2 weeks to get our deposits back

Absolutely horrible! cancels boats and doesn’t even call anyone, really shady and does it to everyone and makes excuses.

Great time on the lake with one of their little speed boats. Never got to 70 degrees, but I was still in shorts & no shirt till about 430. Cost exactly what they told me it would cost before we left. We plan to go back & rent a Razor from them soon.

Quick service and friendly, they got us in the water in less then a 30 minutes, and they pick up fast.

We were in Havasu for a long weekend. First time here. We reserved a boat for the day, the owners advise us not to go out as there was a wind advisory. We took his advice and booked for the following day. Once again the winds were an issue, the owner could have just put us in a boat and made some money but he was genuinely concerned we would not enjoy the lake. He just didnt want to take our money without us having a good time. We were disappointed that the weather didnt cooperate but happy this guy Joe had our best interest at heart. We will be back! Hopefully the weather will cooperate next time! Thanks Joe!

The jet skis we rented were great! The women working at the front desk was lovely to work with. However, the owner/manager was awful to his employees right in front of us. I wouldnt rent from Paradise Wild Wave again...

Great folks there at Paradise. Was in town for a couple of days a few weeks ago, decent prices, great product, and prompt service. Ill definately be renting from them next time Im in Havasu.

We saw Mike at the swap meet and got the Feb special on Polaris 900. My boys had a great time. Rented for 4 hours. Staff was very nice, renting quality merchandise.

Beat prices I have found! Staff is friendly and helpful, I wouldnt listen to any if the starbstar reviews you read as it all is from the same group of people. Seems like they are the rude ones not this business.

Check out Lake Havasu Adventure Co for your boating/jet ski experience. This place sucks!They are Super rude when you call for information and give you different rates each day you call. Learn basic customer communication skills come on guys!!!

I would definitely recommend renting from this company!! Great prices and nice equipment!!! Best prices on the lake!! The staff was cool and easy to work with!!
