They won’t answer the phone/ when you are trying to reach them. You have to drive a hour to get a answer then the gal just laughed when you ask her about it. But she’s ok with answering her personal phone and being on the phone and not helping paying customers

Typically a great experience love there shorts. But the store says it opens at 11 o’clock and I have been standing outside for 28 minutes and the doors are still locked. Disappointed in customer service

I always have a good experience here. The staff make it relaxing and comfortable to browse around and and find what you like. Its by far the best surf clothing shop in Laguna.

The service is great here. Lots of high quality products and theres even a art gallery from the locals. Great store from the billabong branch would reccomened coming here

Love this place. reminds me of what a surf shop shouldnt look like- guess i been slummn it in HB too long. All joking asside, nice store, not too much atitude and they keep it nice and clean.
