I really enjoyed my time in this little boutique the manager is really helpful really nice makes you feel welcome and she’s very sweet she asked us where were we coming from but we were doing our plans it was just so nice to actually have a conversation. Your customer service is at 10+ and her attention to detail is number one she made sure we got what we asked for and what we need it really do recommend the shop if you stop by Laguna and you’re looking for nice cute outfits I have two teenage daughters and they loved all the clothes they bought a couple of stuff and she even showed him how to use a jacket. Talk about great fashion and plus she give my kids great ideas on how to use the clothes. Thank you for a great experience and for your kindness.

I love this store. The selection here is better than whats online and the staff is super friendly. The ladies working here always give great recommendations without being the pushy, annoying sales people. I always leave with 3 to 4 items minimum.

Such a fun little shop of beach apparel, cards, jewelry, souvenirs, and such. Good prices and deals. Great costumer service. The cutest and helpful lady helped us find everything we needed. And they carried all sizes. They even had tie dye onesies for babies.

Great Friendly Local Boutique!Im never disappointed when I shop here - The Girls are always available & helpful - they always have a good selection of sizes - So I never leave empty handed - Price Point are very reasonable and quality+ sustainable long wearing clothing - Not cheaply made - Im always pleased when I make a purchase .

Absolutely love this new store in Laguna! Such a sweet boutique with really cute stuff! The girl working there today was so kind and helpful and went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed. Highly recommend! Cant wait to shop here again!

Shopping at S&F is positive experience⭐️⭐️⭐️My granddaughter visiting me here in Laguna had to shop all day!!! I found it interesting that she commented on several of the other Boutiques were not doing well with their customer service...and then it all changed when we walked into my fav clothing store, Stitch and Feather. You’re greeted with friendly, upbeat Helpful employees, served water, Literally cater to the entire time you’re in the store.I brought both of my daughters who were visiting me into the store and they loved it as well. I was able to sit and wait for them sip water enjoy the music and watch all the antics going on it was so much fun.I recently lost everything in a fire and they have been able to help me replace my clothing and come very close to some of the things I lost that I loved. Sarah, Victoria, Annie, McKenzie, Leia and Kellie know how to bring joy to the shopping experience and old fashioned customer service❤️ One of my fav experiences in downtown Laguna Beach!!!🌴☀️
