Went in a few Fridays ago to originally looking at purchasing a Tacoma of some sort, looking to get back into a pickup after driving a WRX for some time. Just had a great experience with Irwin Toyota. We ordered a vehicle a few months ago, and our salesperson quit in the meantime. Was looking at buying a car from them and Kristina was not in the person I was dealing with and the person who I talked to since she was not there was named Louisa and she was very rude and seriously needs an attitude check on dealing with customers. She basically said we told you what the deal was and that was that, what else do you want. Yeah done dealing with this dealership would of had to drive an hour to get there and glad I didnt waste the gas. Big middle finger to Irwin Toyota. Apparently 4 8 stars is not a good rating.

I was very pleased with Zachary Land, the sales person at Erwin Toyota. I went in to have my 2011 Prius serviced and with the help of Zachary I left with a 2021 PRIUS. Dont get me wrong, he wasnt pushy at all...In fact he was very informative and never pressured me to buy the new prius. I loved my older one but since it had over 200k, although still in great condition, I decided to at least look at a new one..Zachary let me take one for a ride...He didnt have to talk me into buying it, the car speaks for itself. I absolutely knew I loved and wanted this car. I had a choice of a red, black, pearl or metallic gray. I chose the gray. I get ALOT of compliments soI guess I chose the right color. And I love the sporty style..TOYOTA has come a LONG WAY In improving the looks of the new Prius.. Its beautiful!! And I havent had a brand new car since 1981. Ive always bought second hand cars. But now after 40 years I finally did it! And it only took Zachary 3 hours from me filling out he application to driving it off the lot. I brought my 2019 Prius in for a scheduled oil change. I purchased it as a used car in April 2021. I had additional questions about the key fob unlocking feature and an audio feature. The service staff were great about fitting in the added questions, getting the info regarding those questions, and downloading and updating the audio software. I was and am very appreciative.

We were on a time crunch and needed to get a new vehicle that could tow and drive well in winter. We went in knowing what we wanted and Tom and Dennis made the process so easy and painless. We didnt feel any pressure and enjoyed the overall experience. Thank you guys!

Great experience working with Zach Land to purchase our new car. He was knowledgeable, professional, and all around easy to work with. We went in to test drive a used and new vehicle. He was flexible in his availability and when we showed up the two cars of interest were lined up and ready for us. He really let us take the lead and knew the answers to all of our questions. I brought my 2013 Toyota here the other day for some recalls to be fixed and had a wonderful experience. All of the staff I interacted with were very knowledgeable and friendly. Also my car was done way sooner then I expected! They seem to have a good system going in the repairs department. You can even text them at any time, during the repair, to ask a question. They also do a full visual check of everything on the car, and give you the results, which I thought was pretty awesome. They also gave me a free car wash!!

Had recall service done to my vehicle. I left the vehicle with Irwin in the morning, and told them I would pick it up after 5 when I was done with work.Vehicle was done being serviced at 930 am. They parked it in their lot across from the service bays. When I picked up the vehicle (which was left unlocked) , I noticed the contents of the center console were thrown on the passenger floor. I then looked around more and noticed a pair of sunglasses and pocket change was taken from the vehicle. I called Irwins the next morning and was told they had cameras and management would get back to me when they were done meeting. Hours went by with no call back, so I called again. I spoke to the same woman I spoke to earlier in the morning. She went back and forth with the manager (He would not speak with me). I was relayed the vehicle was a mess when it was dropped off, Call Laconia PD, Vehicles left in our lot are not our responsibility. I had gone to Irwins for years, and this will cause me to never return. I left the vehicle with the service department, I did not leave it in their lot, and I certainly would not have left it unlocked.Please take extreme care if you use Irwins for service. Make sure you either wait, or can make sure the vehicle is locked.Update: I got in touch with Chris Irwin. He was very apologetic, and refunded me the amount of the items that were stolen.

Found the perfect truck for me , had not arrived yet but he reserved it for me. Took delivery today. Quick and easy- breezed through all the paper work and had me in the Finance Dept in no time. The Finance Mgr. Dennis Marhefka got me a great rate, went over all my maintenance options and extended warranty packages and helped me pick the best route for me and was never pushy. Great guy. I have found the service department at Irwin Toyota to be very helpful and accommodating. Since we live about 40 miles away we tend to need to wait during our car being serviced. The people in the service department work hard to get us in and out quickly while doing a thorough job.

I was helped by RICH Facteau in the service department and he was very helpful, answered my questions thoroughly and was patient. He was assisting me with the process of programming a new ignition key for me. I mention this because maybe others are not aware that they can do this here. I had thought I could just take the key to anyplace for this, but not so with the actual ignition key itself. So thank you Chris for helping me out!

Irwin has lost our business. We have leased/bought over 6 vechiles and last purchase we were not happy. Have to say that I was not happy with my latest Rav4 lease and my husband not pleased with his last lease of his Toyota Tacoma. With that my husband asked if possible to trade in his lease for a different model and they proceeded to tell him after 3 weeks his truck was 3,000 in the hole. Then of course he left and many emails came asking for him to trade in his vechile. Each time he went in they were no help. Well he went to IRA Toyota, and they went above and beyond for him. They got him into a new Toyota Tundra. Beyond happy. So now my business leases will go to IRA of Manchester.

Absolutely WORST customer experience I ever had. Irwin will sell you a certified Toyota sienna and install 4 new tires WITHOUT performing an alignment. 1 year later---tire is so worn the steel belt is showing and Irwin says I need to install 4 new tires. I called Nat Hoyt the used car manager and he did NOTHING for me.Dont shop here. Dont buy any used cars here. Theyre horrible!

Bought a Corolla Hybrid. Drives great, gas economy is super and better than estimated.The Toyota Safety Sense features are all included without having to upgrade.The sales experience at Irwin was hassle free from start to finish. I opted to request an internet daily price with the response indicating I think you are going to like our price and that was certainly true.I had Rudy for the in person sales. I own a 2011 Toyota 4-Runner SR5, which I purchased new at the Irwin Automotive Group in 2010, their service on my vehicle has always been friendly and very professional. Recently after 185,000 miles on my vehicle I hade trouble honking my horn when I was in a position to have to use the horn. I contacted Toyota Motor Company directly and Toyota was willing to send a District Service Representative to Irwins to meet with their service team, at this meeting they came to an agreement to replace the failed parts that were causing the problem and at no cost to me. The entire labor and new repair parts used were at no charge to me. I could not be more pleased with Toyota and Chris Irwin and his Team at The Irwin Automotive Group for their support and commitment to their customers. I will all buy Toyota products in the future and I will buy them at The Irwin Automotive Group !!!!

Irvin Toyota’s Service Team provided wonderful service performing an inspection and treatment of the frame that was part of a recall on my 2016 Toyota Truck. I was provided a loaner vehicle at no cost, while the service was being conducted.The people that provided the service, even though very busy, were thoughtful and efficient.

This will be the third tacoma sport I have purchased. It is the first time I used Irwin Toyota. I was given Michelle Whitneys name by a friend. I contacted her and left a message. She returned my call right away and I explained to her what I was looking for. She promptly found it and we were able to get on to making a deal. The vehicle was in transit and it arrived on her day off. She took the time to call me and let me know it had arrived. I picked up the truck at our agreed upon time. Michelle had everything in order and lined up so I zipped right through the transaction. She helped to go over the vehicle and I was on my way home with a new tacoma sport. Everyone was great from Bob at the Service Desk to George who transported me too and from my house. The Service was just great.The only complaint I have is why the people in the service dept. have toadjust your car seat to drive the vehicle 100 ft. into the service bay. I havethe seat just where I want it and I have too find the exact spot again.

This dealership lost a long time customer. Their service department is inept, rude and doesnt care about its customers. After knowing of an issue and it being reported, Irwin failed to follow up with the warranty. Now that I am outside the window to use said warranty , they want to charge me almost 3000 to repair the problem when the vehicle is only worth 5000. Neither Toyota or Irwin care about their customers. I understand its a business. Im not looking for a handout or anything free. Im looking for accountability and courtesy, neither of which I received. Do not purchase a vehicle here, you will not be treated well by the service department. They are rude and brash. I will never recommend Irwin to anyone!

Our decade-old Prius was in for service yesterday. Bob Abbott was his usual friendly, helpful self! The inspection by a technician found a wheel alignment problem that got fixed promptly after a fast phone consultation. It was not only a safety issue but fixing it also will save us some money on tire wear and replacement. Thats the kind of careful attention that has kept our Prius running since 2011 and keeps us coming back to Irwin for service and new vehicles.

A couple of days ago Irwin Toyota of Laconia, NH, performed a recall fix for my 2015 Tacoma. The work was done efficiently on time, and very professionally. While there, Bob Abbott and his team found another minor problem, which they also fixed to my satisfaction. I heartily recommend the Service Team at Irwin.
