Outstanding service! Hoon Sang was friendly, efficient, and went out of his way to ensure our buying experience was stress-free. We were able to walk in, test-drive the exact car we had seen on their website, and even sell our trade-in back to them two days later at fair market value. We never felt pressured to buy (unlike at other dealerships we visited) nor were any perks upsold to us; the purchase included a full gas tank, floor mats, full detailing, and rust-proofing, all included without any haggling. Highly recommended!

I hate nothing more than dealing with the annoying process of buying a car. After years of hating most dealerships I have worked with, I found a really great one and made a promise to never go anywhere else again. Well, then I wanted a Hyundai Pallisades during a pandemic, plant shutdown and chip shortage. Begrudgingly, I realized that my go to dealer could not get me the car I wanted and so began the search. After visiting numerous dealerships and dealing with the most annoying salespeople, I saw that Irwin had the exact Pallasides I wanted. It surely wasnt convenient driving to Laconia two days in a row from where I live, and since Im a MA resident, buying from a NH dealer and registering a car is never quick and easy. However, I could not be happier with my experience and really appreciate the honesty and welcoming feeling I had while working with Chris Branch. He took the time to show me every bell and whistle for the car I was looking at, pleasantly engaged with my 10-year -old son and never made me feel pressured. He gave me his full attention while I was there and even after I had purchased the vehicle. I would highly recommend Irwin and Chris! I love my new car...thanks!!! :)

I took my new 2021 Hyundai Tucson in for its first service at 7500 miles under Hyundais three year free scheduled service program. Everything went great. The service staff were friendly and got my car in and out in about 40 minutes for an oil and filter change and tire rotation. Very pleased with the service.

DO NOT purchase a car from here. They added $3K to the sticker price. The manager told me its a market adjustment. I asked him whats more important the market or happy customers and he actually said can I get back to you. Irwin is an insult to dealerships and does not deserve to be in business if they dont believe happy customers are necessary to succeed.

Typical car dealer run around. I got a price on TrueCar and looked up that the current deal was 1.9% financing. We told them in advance we didnt want to spend the day in a dealership so we wanted to work out the details ahead of time. They assured us it was and we just had to test drive it. We traveled well over an hour to the dealership (which had 5* ratings.) We drove the car and liked it okay so we went in to do the paperwork. First he said the rates were 3.9%. I said thats not what is advertised so he went to the manager and came back and said okay 1.9%. Then he said, so are we all set? I said yes but lets just verify its the price I was quoted. He rattled off a price and I said thats not what I was quoted. He said youre forgetting the doc fees and title fee and I said no Im not, I have factored those in. Your math is off. He went back to the manager and said if I want the lower rate the price is higher. So I said okay, forget financing, well pay cash but I want the quoted price. He said if you pay cash its the higher price. Thats when we stood up and said thank you for your time and left. There are plenty of other cars and dealers.

My wife convinced me to buy a newer truck since mine was about10 years old and starting to show some age underneath. I searched online locally and found this 2018 Silverado Z71 that kept displaying on just about every search I did. This was a Monday in April. The next morning I called and spoke with the Korean guy selling Korean Cars, Hoon Sang. He invited me to come see it so I did and later that day I drove that Chevy home.These folks are friendly, helpful and made the buying process simple. Their advertised online price is what I paid... My car alarm was going off unexpectedly. It was a mystery to all of us. Bob and Kaylynn were so nice, and very patient with me and the mysterious problem. The service guys thoroughly checked everything, and after a helpful explanation from Bob, hopefully the mystery has been solved. I had to leave the car overnight and having the courtesy van for a ride to and from helped make the whole situation less stressful and hectic. Everyone was great and I cant thank them enough for all they do for me and my car!

My first experience with Irwin Hyundai was great. It started with an online communication and phone follow up from Amanda as she answered my initial questions. We set an appointment to meet with a Hyundai specialist, and I met Shawn when I arrived. He was friendly and easy to deal with. He listened well and was patient with the many questions I asked and even did a phone consult with my husband who had a different set of questions than I did. With Shawn’s guidance, I found the right 2022 KONA on the 2nd test drive. Numerous others on the team were helpful in presenting options allowing me to evaluate leasing vs purchasing. I particularly appreciated the consideration of my preference to finalize the paperwork and pick up the new car the next day. I’m very pleased with this introduction to a new to me dealership. We recently visited Irwin Hyundai in Laconia. They had recently acquired a 2018 Chevy Traverse. It was the type of vehicle our family of 4 desperately needed. We were just too cramped in our 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. My husband is 6’8 and our oldest is 3’9 at 4 years old. Then we also have an almost 2 year old who is rear facing. As much as we love our Hyundai it just wasn’t a good fit anymore. We have a certain budget and couldn’t go over a certain amount for a monthly payment. The team at Irwin Hyundai worked hard and got us in our range and into the vehicle our family needed! Abbie was very friendly and amazing with finding a lender that would be in our price range! Mike was very nice and made sure everything was great and we absolutely loved it before committing and was never pushy. Our last car buying experience at another dealership was horrible. Irwin team made everything a breeze and stress free. I highly recommend Irwin Hyundai if you’re in search of buying a new or used car!

Purchased here two years ago- it was by far the best experience getting a vehicle. I brought my car in for a recall. When I got there and they started working on it , it was found to have mouse damage in the wiring harness. I had to leave it to be fixed and everyone was so helpful to getting me a car to drive to fixing my car promptly. I always have had great service there. The service dept is so friendly and helpful.

First time ever thinking about purchasing from here.. Tales Ive heard from the Wild Side...however, the specific vehicle I found online, and took much interest in, was at their dealership, and on their lot! Im sitting in that vehicle as of right now! But the transaction and satisfaction there of this purchase, are still to come. I have an appointment with service for two minor issues, not previously detected by anyone at the Dealer, or its garage, Where it had just been serviced and tuned up. Which, I found improbable, and most likely, unlikely... Something very simple such as, a rattling heat or AC shield from the front-end, as well as an exhaust leak...in which neither of these sounds were heard during my test drive. As a matter of fact I didnt recognize the sounds until the second day of ownership of the vehicle... not the purchase day, not the first day of ownership, the second day of ownership, the 3rd day of physical relations to the car!!! Now, I sit in the Curious seat, pondering and wondering... when all is said and done, and my requested repairs are made, will I be expected to pay a repair bill??? or, am I right in assuming, they will own what is rightfully so, by eating the cost of the repairs to a vehicle just sold to me by. I would hope that it is their intent, objective and goal, to sell a vehicle that is solidly grounded, and that Im not expected to make some sort of claim on any of my warranties or expected to pay a repair bill of some sort, on a brand new car..Like I said, Ive heard the stories around the block! I anticipate greatly how this shall go ..

Hyundai has had car as since 4/5/21 and have been told an agent would contact me about my car...I’m still waiting! They don’t have the parts to do repairs not only for my car but many others. My advice is to not purchase a car from Hyundai!

Update, June 2021:Followup service was again very prompt and thoroughly explained. They do a great job, and I was able to use a coupon from a mailing, so good news all around. Thanks, Irwin Hyundai!!Recently had a major service, including swapping in the winter tires. This took a few hours, but the service staff had explained all in advance, including a cost estimate. A very helpful lady gave me a lift so I could do a bit of shopping while I waited. A new sales rep offered info about new models and features. Every person, including the techs, wore a mask and was respectful of physical distance. Work was done and reviewed with service manager. Excellent all around...thank you, Irwin Team Hyundai!!

No high pressure just good salesmanship in fact all the folks that I met Friday when we came in to test drive the car were very friendly and helpful . Before visiting Irwin, we had visited another Hyundai dealer trying to locate a Santa Fe LTD but the high pressure salesman and his manager drove us out the door. I cant get them to stop calling. Was provided a really good price through internet sales and after getting my trade appraisal on KBB.com which I confirmed at three different dealerships earlier in the week, I felt confident driving the 1.5 hrs to pick up the new vehicle. The used car sales manager offered 50% of KBB trade in value. Even after showing true value the original 50% offer stood...without explanation. I suspect they didnt want to honor our agreed price and sabotaged the deal on purpose. Been buying cars for 30 year, never seen anything so shady. They may advertise good pricing, but be aware of shiny lures they offer to get you out there. Needless to say we walked away...and will never patronize any Irwin dealerships.

The service department at Irwin Hyundai is top notch! Honest, professional, informative and compassionate. Our Santa Fe experienced internal engine failure while traveling. Our car was towed to Irwin on Thursday and by Friday Bob and Steve had gotten approval from Hyundai to replace the engine. What a relief. We got a call the following Wednesday saying our car was good as new and ready to be picked up. The car runs like a top. Thank you to everyone at Irwins Hyundai Service Department for making us feel valued as customers and consumers and for making us feel safe on the road. Oh, and they gave a us a loaner car to boot.

Body work done to my car was amazing! This was an insurance claim by someone elses insurance. Usually you think they take the cheap way to fix something, but not Irwin Auto Body. I purchased my Hyundai from Irwin 5 years ago. We bought my son a Hyundai and I have referred two people who also bought thier Hyundai through Irwins. Definitely not in the best interest of saving the customer any money I bought my car there last year ends I assume that the dealership is only dealing with one bank instead I got three offers in the mail for weeks after I bought my car offering the dealership $2000 less than what my car was being sold for, so I’m going to guess that because of greed they opted for the higher amounts not what the best interest of the customer. Then the Toyota extended roadside assistance plan is absolutely terrible as my vehicle had had slid off the side of my driveway with some ice underneath a little bit of snow and I had to call roadside assistance because I couldn’t get my vehicle out of the ditch and they sent somebody from 75 miles away and when roadside assistance said they would pay for it they declined the claim which left me paying $2000 for them to come and tow my vehicle into a garage. And when I went to complain to the finance person he told me yeah yeah yeah yeah, they’ll send you a check in the mail, It’s almost been a year now I haven’t seen no check.

I had a major recall issue on my Santa Fe, and while it took Hyundai about 10 days to get back to them and approve the repair, the Irwin people were great. I dropped off my car on a Monday and I expected it most likely would take until the following week, car service places being so straight out. But on Friday I got the call saying my car is ready, so now I can go get my inspection sticker put on.

I was able to email in order to communicate my interests, questions and requests. This works better for me than phone due to my crazy schedule. When I arrived they had the vehicle I was interested in ready for a test drive. No bait and switch tactics like I have experienced with other dealerships in the past. Fair trade evaluation and fair vehicle pricing with not all the usual sales games. Salesman Joe was great despite it being very busy when I went. Jessica in the finance office is fast, knows exactly what shes doing and is a hoot. Love my new Hyundai certified vehicle and will definitely come back here when another vehicle is needed for the household!

Worst dealership experience! Go elsewhere! I was in a rush to purchase a car just days before Christmas due to circumstances out of my control. My sales man was great, he found the ideal car to fit my needs very quickly. I applied for financing and had to wait to hear back from the banks the next day. On December 23rd I received news of approval in the early afternoon , I excitedly told them I would be there that night to finish my paperwork and pick up the car. After finishing my paperwork, I was elated to drive off in my new car. Then the ball dropped. I was told my car was not ready. They told me someone in the service department didn’t finish it and left for the day without telling anyone. When I asked for a loaner car, I was told all of their loaners were in use. At this point I was visibly upset, so the sales manager made some calls and told me he had a car I could use. The sales manager Gary, apologized but only half heartedly, I was told “It is what it is, you can not always control people’s actions.” He explained that the loaner I was to drive was a lease that was just turned in today. Little did I know how filthy this car was, in times of COVID I would have thought they would have given it a quick vacuum and sanitation. The car smelt and was covered in dirt both inside and out. I was also told that they would not be able to deliver my car the next day because they closed early for Christmas Eve. With no other options available to me I took the loaner car and waited to hear back from them. I did leave a message for the General Manager on Christmas Eve, explaining my troubles but did not receive a response. I cancelled my Christmas plans in northern NH because the smell of the dirty loaner car made me queasy. At last, I was finally able to pick up my new car on December 26th. That following week I received a call saying they messed up my paperwork and asked me to make an additional trip to the dealership to fix their mistakes. At this point I was at my wits end with this horrible experience. I once again left a message with the general manager and once again never heard back from him. Shame on him for not acknowledging complaints and trying to rectify a horrible experience!

I give it a 5 only for Kaylynn and Chris in Hyundai service. Kaylynn is through, she listens, has great customer service, is very knowledgeable and a vital asset to the company. Chris the service tech did a drive with me on the road. He address each of my concerns & explained them to me. He listens, explains the issue & what could be causing the issue. Did a great job on my oil change & tire rotation and putting my settings back to normal for me. Im bless to know my vehicle was in good hands with him.Bob I did not have a good experience with so I wont leave a review for him.

My wife and I literally just drove off the lot with our new Tucson. We couldnt be more impressed with our experience with the entire team at Irwin Hyundai. We were a complicated sale, Texas residents, with Texas registered vehicle, trading in and buying it to be registered in Texas. Scott Cote, greeted us and guided us through the whole process with professionalism and respect. Hes a very knowledgeable, patient business person. Scott Chavelle, our money guy was very personable and thorough. Were so happy with our deal, the warranty and the service from the team here. If youre in the market for a preowned certified as we were, their selection and prices are best in New Hampshire. Cheers!

I was looking for a used car which can be a tricky process. There are so many dealerships to look at offering varying degrees of quality and price.I went to look at 2 different cars and as I walked in the door one of the two was being signed on. The second car wasnt on the lot yet and was being delivered soon. Chris took down my information and marked the car so that I would be the first one to view it once it came in. When I returned, I looked at the intended car and another. I actually ended up buying the other one.Overall, I had a great experience. There was no sales pressure. When I went in for a used Nissan at a Hyundai dealer I was never pressured to look at any other brands or models. They have a great, and quickly rotating, inventory and the prices are literally unbeatable.

Just leased a Hyudai tucson from Irwins. My wife and i went there to check out the deals. Joe Collie was the man of the hour. We test drove a couple of vehicles and were not sure about the first, the color was not right and car was not quite what we wanted and we were looking for the right price and when we were not sure we would find it Joe said wait i just thought of something else that would work for you. As soon as he pulled up with the Tucson Sport we knew that was it. Test drove it and loved it. Now we needed the right price and Joe got it done for us and we now have the lease of a great car. I recently went into Irwin Hyundai as my Subaru Impreza died and was in need of something new quickly. The salesperson Hoon was extremely helpful and walked us through the whole process, which was completely new to us. He answered all our questions and solidified that we made the right decision in the purchase of a hybrid SUV there. The financing process went smoothly and we were done in less than 30 minutes.I wholeheartedly this business and recommend speaking to Hoon as he will treat you well. He’s a great reflection of the level of service you’ll receive there and plan on utilizing Irwin Hyundai again for service.

This was my first experience with the Irwin Hyundai Service Department. And I came away very impressed. I went inside to be greeted by Kaylynn Brown, the service writer who checked my car in for state inspection and for a couple other minor things. I waited for it to be completed. Very soon after I received a text letting me know that it was in and if during this time I had any questions about my car to let her know by texting back. I found the Dealership to be very clean and the waiting room was perfectly set up for Covid restrictions. Kaylynn Brown was a pleasure to deal with, was most attentive and came to get me when the car was done. Rather quickly I might add!!! My wife has a Hyundai as well and she will be coming here for all her Service needs. I would also like to add the Parts Department was awesome to deal with as well, I ordered a set of floor liners over the phone and they sent them over to the service department so I could take care of everything at one time. Thank you, with a special emphasis on Kaylynn Brown!!!!

It has been 8 years since I purchased a new vehicle at Irwin and I finally decided to bite the bullet and upgrade to the 2021 Hyundai Kona! This was my first time going through the process alone so I was definitely a little nervous, but Hoon Sang made all of my worries disappear! He helped me feel comfortable throughout the whole buying process. All of the employees I worked with responded to my questions quickly and they were all happy to help (Hoon, Joe & Gary). They also wanted me to get into my new Hyundai right away; they had it all ready for me within a day! The time and effort they put in to assist me was greatly appreciated!!
