Worked with our contractor to update our lighting. I wish they had more choices but Stacy was great to begin with. After the electrician installed our lights he misplaced the extra crystals, and although we werent even living in the house yet he wouldnt take responsibility for it. Stacy reassured me that he could get me some extra crystals for our chandelier on tow different occassions. .That was in August and it is now October. To make things worse he ghosted me and just stopped responding to my text messages. So now we are left with a chandelier that it missing 2 crystals. To note I also offered to pay for them. But now how do I go about purchasing them myself? Not very good treatment of his customers in my opinion.

Dont go anywhere else for lighting. The team always takes care of me and they have excellent pricing. They will do their best on custom orders with options to add it to their freight orders and save shipping or get it faster with customer paid shipping. This is one business that is out performing online businesses. Plenty of lighting catalogs on hand and you can take them home!

Found immediately a fan w all the features we wanted. This (American Lighting was going to be the last stop.. . for the fan.) Was over searching all over two towns. If not here (at American Lightong), then I would settle for a fixture w better lighting than the one currently in use.Personnel helped identify its functions and showed the different ways or places to install the fan.Her help allowed me to obtain the fan and order the remote.Great choices, service, and pricing.

Found that a new dome lamp we purchased had a cracked shade was cracked and they did not hesitate to replace it.
