I called around the Clarksville area for a pool company to help with my above ground pool but had no luck finding anybody. I started scouting the Knoxville area was having no luck. Was getting hung up on ....... The girl who answered the phone for this company told me they didn’t do service but still helped me with questions .... she did not hang up on me like other companies ... thank you good customer service. This has been several weeks ago ....

Absolutely horrible experience. Led us astray from the get go. We’ve had the pool for about 5 years now and there’s been problem after problem. I mean he led us to believe we didn’t need a drain on the bottom of the pool. Wrong! It was our first pool so clearly we didn’t know what we were getting into. We’re currently seeking out companies to do a complete overall of the entire job.

After publishing a positive review before the completion of my pool, I must add.I must alter my review. My pool was never finished, nor were the products I paid for delivered in full. I have had to retain a lawyer to address these issues. Its heartbreaking when you spend your life savings, and your contractor does not deliver what was contracted.

From my experience with classic pool and spa I would definitely recommend them. Me and my family relocated to Knoxville TN and we wanted to buy a pool so we did some research for the local pool companies in are area. After we visit the companies we decided to go to classic pools and talked to Adam and Josh on a Friday afternoon, they both spent a quit of bit of time with me and my wife. They never made us feel like we were being a bother to them they didn’t try to rush us out the door they were very patient with us. We were there for about 2 hour going throw the different models different filter systems and the chemicals. After are visits to the companies we decided to go with classic pools and spa, the staff was very friendly knowledgeable and honest. They never tried to sell us more then what we need Adam actually save us from spending more because we were thinking of adding a deep middle which is a add on and he said that he wouldn’t recommend it, he could have just taken are money but he was honest with us. Ryan and Josh came on Saturday to help us with finding where to place the pool. Ryan then did the excavation and leveled the area for the pool. Two days later they came out to install are pool and was able to finish it in a day. After the installation I went over the pool to check their work and it looked great. I couldn’t ask for anything more from these guys they did topnotch work, they are very knowledgeable and honest staff thank you classic pools for are great experience.

All of the staff at Classic Pools & Spas are very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. This is a great company and I really love that they offer free water testing services then take the time to discuss the results with their customers and help them find the chemicals they are looking for. Everyone who works there is more than happy to help and is a real pleasure to be around. Another huge plus is they do not subcontract any of their work out, so there is no pointing fingers if there is an issue. They do all construction work in-house themselves. Adam is very knowledgeable and he goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are happy and well taken care of. I would most definitely recommend Classic Pools & Spas for all of your pool and spa needs.

My wife and I researched pool companies in the Knoxville area and decided on Classic Pools and Spas because of the excellent reviews on Google. They absolutely lived up to their reputation. From the moment we walked in the door on a Saturday morning we felt welcomed and the fit seemed right. Adam was wonderful to deal with from the initial decision making all the way through the installation. We now have our pool installed and love how it turned out. The installation crew was extremely friendly, hard working and courteous. They worked until 9 oclock at night to get it installed with no complaints. Adam, the owner showed up late into the evening to help out and dug his feet in to get it finished. This was a great overall experience and we would recommend them in a second.

When searching for a contractor to install a pool, quality and price are big factors. Something that is equally important is honesty, integrity, and communication. My story isn’t the happiest one but should make you feel great about using Adam at Classic Pools & Spas. My wife and I were thrilled to sign and get ready to install a pool in our back yard. We loved the design that CP&S came up with and couldn’t wait for them to start. We paid for our pool kit and equipment and the time came to pull permits for the dig and install. We unfortunately found out that we have an power-line easement in our back yard. A 50ft easement that covered our backyard preventing us from getting the permit. We were unaware we had it. Adam attempted to push for them for the permit but they would not allow it. We were now stuck with a pool and nowhere to put it. With no fault to Classic Pools, Adam reassured he would still work to sell the kit on our behalf. Even though we were unable to put our pool in, they were able to sell our kit to another individual and we received our money in full. Adam had consistent communication and never failed to answer a call or an email when we wanted an update on the sale of our equipment. If we ever get the chance to get a pool again, we will definitely use them. They will take care of you no matter what problems may arise. Thank you!

Well wish I didn’t have to write this. I contacted Classic Pools for a pool opening. Agreed on $ and date. Well 2 days before he was to come I called the co. To see what I needed to do as it was my first pool opening. They told me nothing. but the guy was not coming on Fri would be there on Mon instead ( when were they going to let me know). This was disappointing because my son was coming to town for the opening, we own the house together. Well he came anyway, and decided they we should take the cover off together. What a job so heavy, but he said , “now it should be cheaper”. Well they called on Mon to say he was in his way, I told them the cover was off. She said a price adjustment could not be done, What??? The guy was very nice, and was done very quickly. He said the main part of the job is taking the cover off. Well I call the next day saying I wasn’t paying for services not done. She said she would get back to me. Hours later she called back offering me$50, I said that wasn’t enough needed1/3, or $100 off. She said she would talk to the owner and get back to me. She called said “they were refunding my whole amount”. I said that wasn’t necessary she said “It’s already been done”. I thanked her, waited a week, then called my credit card co. They said a refund has never been initiated. They opened a case for me. This has been such a mess. Learned my lesson. Will go back to the company that closed the pool in the fall. Just know I have to schedule a pool opening very early..

Adam (the owner) listened to our plan and came up with an awesome 3D design for our review. After they specialized the pool to our liking, we had the pool installed. Adam not only kept us apprised of the progress and what to expect each week, he helped us get a permit to put the pool exactly where we wanted it. This was not an easy task and we had to move some underground piping, but he saw our vision. He went well above his duties! The pool was built exactly as we wanted and has exceeded all our expectations. I live locally but still hold an out of state number and company will pick phone up and immediatly hang up assuming due to this, has happened multiple times and could hear them talking in background, damn waste of my time. I recommend answering all calls for better business.

I have to say that Adam and his staff are awesome! Our pool is 17 years old and needed to be completely redone. After being given the run-around by several pool companies, we just happen to find Classic Pools while we were riding around one afternoon. Adam Graviss happened to be there in his office so we gave him a little overview of what we were thinking we’d like to have. Within about 30 minutes he’d made us a 3D computer rendering video that appeared to work perfectly with the space we were dealing with. We decided to sign a contract and get us a place in line to make it happen. We are soooo thrilled we did. Over the course of about 2-3 months our yard was transformed into an absolutely stunning showplace. These guys are fantastic to work with. I am writing this not to bad mouth my old boss Adam, or to slander him or his company. I am here to state the facts about my few months as an employee of Classic Pools and Spas.I started back in early May after classes had ended. I had previous experience in the pool industry so I was hired on and things started off well. The days were long sometimes, but I was being payed $10/hr for it so I could not complain.Then the first paycheck issue happened. I was told the day before our usual payday, every other Friday, that he did not have the money to pay me. I was a little upset but I was patient with him that time. I received my paycheck by Wednesday of the following week.The next pay period rolls around and I am told the same story. He doesnt have the money in the company to pay me. This time I am a bit more frustrated. He had sent our construction guys that week to work on the pool at his own house, yet he could not afford to pay me. He told me I would receive my check in a timely manner. A week went by with no hopes of seeing my check. Adam knew I was leaving at the start of the following week for 10 days for my sisters wedding. He told me I should have it before I left, but it didnt seem likely. So at this point I decided that the best thing for me to do was to walk away from the job because I was tired of working almost every day, and not receiving a paycheck for weeks after the pay day.I sent a very professional and well thought out email to Adam on the 15th of July, but received no response. I shot him a text on my way out of Knoxville to head out for my sisters wedding asking if he had my paycheck ready. He responded in a very kind way stating that he did not have payroll yet. I told him when I would be back in town and asked that he please have at least one of the checks I would have been owed at that point ready for me when I got back. He thanked me for my patience and that was the end of that.11 Days later I get back from my trip and ask him if my paycheck was ready. I get no response. The next day I send him another. He responds with a text where I can tell he is beginning to get frustrated with me but still says he cannot afford to pay me because both me and my coworker quit for the same reason. I let it pass and another week goes by. At this point I will admit to being all out of patience for the situation and send him a text stating that it is a bit absurd that it has been a month since I was owed my first of the two paychecks and I have yet to receive any money at all. What I get in response is a rather hateful massage blaming my coworker and I for the fact that he cant pay us stating we grossly neglected our position and that we should have been the ones to collect the money from the customers even though all we were supposed to do was close out the jobs once completed and invoicing was done at the end of the period usually by our very kind assistant/secretary.Two more days go past and I tell Adam that I will be filing a report with the state about my unpaid hours since at this point it my patience had completely run out. I also informed him that if I did not receive my pay after the state contacted him I would be filing a small claims suit against him. He responded saying that it is my fault I am not getting paid and that me trying to threaten him, over my paycheck is what is absurd, not the fact that it had been over a month since I was supposed to be payed.Several hours later he contacted me saying I could pick up my paycheck on Monday the 14th of August. I pick up my check and take a look at it. I notice that for the 142.5 Hours I am owed at $10/hr I only received a paycheck for $980. I sent him an email very kindly asking him to take a second look. What I received was a very sarcastic email saying that he can legally pay me minimum wage for the hours I worked even though my hourly rate was 10/hr.Like I said, I am not trying to slander Adam. This past Fall, my 16 x 32 inground pool experienced a catastrophic liner failure. My insurance agency requested I solicit bids for the demolition of the twenty year old cinder block and concrete structure. All quotes were within dollars of each other. I chose Classic Pools because of the expertise and accommodating attitude of Adam Graviss. The crew was friendly and accommodating, completing the demolition, re-contouring and seeding the newly formed lawn. They even relocated a 25 year old crepe Myrtle for me that had to be removed. I would recommend Classic Pools to anyone.

My husband searched and researched hot tubs for 4 months before coming to the conclusion that Dimension 1 Spas was the one for us. Adam and his team at Classic Pools were incredible with us. Adam is extremely knowledgeable on both his spas and those of his competitors. The water purification system is hands down the best on the market. Fewer chemicals are needed for this spa and that is very important to us with our skin being our largest organ.As for the seating in the D1 tubs, it is the best! The lounger doesnt make you float out so you actually get the massage intended. Their captains chair seat hits the calves and the carpal tunnel spots perfectly whether short or tall. And massage sequencer on the captains chair is fantastic.All the seats in our spa give you a complete therapeutic massage if you sit in chair for a few minutes. The jets are well placed in each seat to hit different areas of your body. Also the jets can be turned one direction to lessen the pressure coming our or the other direction to intensify the stream of water. Also the jets screw in so they dont pop out like so many other spas.D1 has a lifetime warranty on certain shell and tub materials, which really appealed to us. We also like that all of the water gets cleaned with the water purification system in the D1, not just what is in the tub.The fact that Adam was patient and his team with us while we test drove the spas in his waiting room before making our final decision was a huge plus. We felt he had nothing to hide! The delivery to our home was smooth and they did a great job setting it up and making sure we knew how to keep the water clean.We had to figure out a creative way to place our cover and the cover assist so the cover would not block our mountain view. So my husband Bruce and Adam went to work to figure out a workable solution.We love the lighting and the fountain on our Amore Bay D1.Bottom line is that the customer service we experienced at Classic Pools is what sold us on the great product. We did not experience that service at any of the other 5 locations we looked at. Adam and his team is the best! I am sure they are great at pools as well because it is the customer serviced that counts. It was great before the purchase and it has been super after! Thanks for everything. Bought a hot tub from Classic Pool, Morgan has been awesome from the 1st day i walked in the showroom, everything from price, delivery, chemicals, set up and manuals for it.Delivery guys were awesome, made sure i was happy with placement and explained where everything was behind the panels. Hook up, set up and running were very easy, and the tub is amazing. I highly recommend buying from Classic Pool and Spa
