First off Id like to thank the kind women who works at the Bakery: Jamie despite working in the bakery section and being called by the phone and by the managers you still managed to help me out at the deli counter. I appreciate your level of customer service and will be back thanks to you. 😄💗Secondly to the person that left her post at the Deli counter to do whatever it is you were doing 🤨 (my guess sucking down the nicotine off a cigarette) I ask you to thank your fellow employee for doing your job ontop of her own.Other than that, the store is clean and food is fresh. Overall ok. I had a cashier walk away from the register and stand at the customer service desk talking and joking while I was at her register with my groceries. She was at the register while I was placing my stuff and walked away. She looked at me and turned her back to me. The bagger apologized to me. He said that was completely unacceptable. I didnt make a scene. Other than that. Its ok.

Poor customer service, the manager doesnt care. When is Kroger going to do something about this ongoing problem.

I’m not one to complain but I do the Kroger pickup order often and most of the time everything comes out on time but the past 2 time I’ve come to this location I’ve waited over 40 minutes to get my order. My order was supposed to be pick up between 4 and 5 but it’s 5:55 and I still have no order. They said they were still getting it ready and it seems everyone else’s order is ready but mine.. not sure what’s going on but something needs to change.

I found everything I needed just fine. The store was clean and well organized. One thing that I have noticed the past few times in there was only one live cashier works now but all the self serve are open. Meaning that there is a wait in both places, maybe they should consider having more than one cashier.

I tried the pickup service today for the first time, and they did an amazing job of choosing substitutes for my items that weren’t in stock. They’re the best and doing great.

This Kroger was nice and clean and well organized. Conveniently located and there are lots of other goods and services in the shopping center. Im sure well be back often during our stay!

You have yet to experience East Tennessee until youve visited the Fellini Kroger of Broadway. When I moved here 10 years ago I heard about it and laughed at all the crazy funny storys. As funny and amazing as they were told , it came nowhere near the joy visiting there did for me!First I have to say that the Fellini nickname is ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! The characters I came across was a Fellini movie come alive , from the drunk guy with one leg in stolen hospital wheelchair to the 65 year old blond woman rocking a perm to Pure white trash.PERFECT

Was a daily customer for 7 months until they hired a new security company, Blue Line Security of Nashville, that has twice stopped me to enquire if I was shoplifting. Once they searched my bags. There are many criminals that hang out in this area, but Im a customer, not a thief. Manager told me their behavior is Kroger policy. I believe Blue Line Security is violating state law by impersonating police officers, but manager refused to ID the security guy. I suggest you fire that security company - your staff is mostly nice, but I dont appreciate how your manager and sleazy security acted towards me. Ill shop elsewhere and recommend others do the same.

This Kroger is okay. It has all the basics but it definitely doesnt have nearly as many items as the Kroger in Fountain City. I find that I also have to go to the Fountain City location to get everything I am actually looking for even though I live right next to this one. And this one always smells like smoke.

It is very sad when United Grocery Store has a better customers rating than a huge grocery chain ( don’t judge all Kroger stores by the rating of this one store ). I can go it the United Grocery store and get meat packaged in the size packages to be ample for two people without a hassle, not true at Kroger on Broadway !!!

Great customer service. Love the fact that they stay open late. Employees are always friendly and great you with a smile. Oh. And its within walking distance of my apartment. Thats a big plus for me.

Well everyone I know calls the Kroger Store on Broadway the dirty Kroger. You would think Kroger Corporation would take more pride in there stores. The parking lot has been maintained. And the employees are about the same quality as there environment . So I guess I will stick with FoodCity in Fountain City.

This Kroger is Alright!! I usually shop here due to the location.. The prices are usually good and the store brands are just as good as the name brand products.. The staff are usually friendly and willing to take your groceries to the car.. The people vary due to the location theres alot of elderly, homeless and etc. Its a safe place to shop never had an issue been shopping here for years!!

You cant beat their prices; so dont try. Very clean and easy to get what you need. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will be going back next time that we are here.

Good stores at Farragut, Cedar Bluff, and the Northshore. Clean and veggies and meat is usually very fresh because of foot traffic. Getting bit difficult for parking on certain days and customers are not friendly like Tennesseans due to Knoxvilles growth - just chill northerners. But Krogers usually have a friendly staff to ask questions and very helpful, especially the younger college kids and the older staff members that have been with Krogers for a long while.The older- newer staff not so helpful.

I just called asking for a name of someone who had only been working there a few days and the man in the deli was extremely rude about it, asked me the name a third time and rose his voice with me, I do not approve of that specific mans customer service skills. If you read this, you better learn some respect and not be rude, I wasnt being rude to you, why should you be rude to me? Learn some manners.

Its a Krogers. Ive used this a lot for shopping due to my work. Nothing overly special about it. I have been there a number of times that staff got pretty familiar with me and tried to be helpful. Nothing overly special, but service its purpose

Always friendly service but the store is very run down. The isles are very tight and in some spots two buggies cant even pass. No much selection at this location and the parking lot is horrible to get in and out of. This location is in major need of updating.

I think there is an obvious demographic algorithm to stocking these stores and when they upgrade and remodel they obviously target the shoppers they believe to frequent the store. For example, this store doesnt sell sushi and doesnt have Starbucks in the store. The Krogers a couple of miles down this same street (Broadway) has both. I could name many differences based on this but it would take too long on this format. But that being said, I grew up shopping in both neighborhoods basically and Im satisfied with Krogers in general. Im a loyal customer.

Very clean store and everything is easily accessible. Only downside is a couple of rude employees and (sorry to say this) homeless people begging for change outside. Otherwise, very nice store.

Fellinni Kroger has staff and customers who when the moon is full or the monthly checks arrive in the mail can become a walk-in movie set of colorful characters. But when you enter, there is not an audience. You too become a character, even in the parking lot. Full service grocery store, without aisles of furniture and household accessories or toy store or bakery. Good produce, meat, dairy, groceries and excellent pharmacy. Gas pumps. Great neighborhood institution.

Zero stars for the pharmacy, in fact the pharmacy owes me stars!! I got a different brand of my birth control. The Pharmacist assured me that there was no difference--but HUGE difference. I spent weeks with painful cramps that I never experience usually. Also, they didnt have my OCD medication, so it had to be ordered, which took days. Then once I did take them, the are weak---are they even real? I dont think so, so I stopped taking them. I get sick when I dont have them, just like taking the placebo pills they gave me!!! I strongly recommend that the pharmacy is COMPLETELY USELESS!!!

This particular Kroger happens to be a primary drop off in route for the public transit system. Because of this, there are often people drunk outside. Inside the store seems to be clean and well organized. Check out is always backed up.

The pharmacy is the worst in town. They are discriminatory due to the location and treat all of their customers like they are above them. Ryan Pratt is by far the worst. His attitude towards customers is absolutely terrible. I will definitely file a complaint with the state of Tennessee.

The Kroger is fine, however if you have a credit card with a chip in it. Management said that the chip cards NEED a pin number. They said they cant run a chip card as credit... Well my card doesnt have a pin due to it being a credit card. We asked if they could run it through manually and I was told rudely that no stores type numbers anymore.

Great prices on low cost items...normally I would spend more money with less bags, this time it was the other way around...I had more bags and spent money equivalent to the merchandise on sale.

Local grocery store for my family. Has all the basics youd look for in a grocery store. Lacking a variety in areas (vegetables, meat section, adult beverages, etc.) that youd see in newer stores.If Im cooking a nicer meal I will drive to the Kroger further north on Broadway, but this store does the job for the day to day groceries.

If you like grocery shopping in an environment that I would liken to a truck stop carnival then this is your place.

Our pharmacist Mr. Lock was wonderful. He helped me with every concern. He made us fill right at home. We had problems with a major chain and within moments, he had the problem resolved! He is the best pharmacist we have ever had.

The location is seedy. The management frequently removes regularly purchased items, to bring in new products nobody wants. They are unwilling to keep items or bring in new ones when asked. The pharmacy is the best part of the store, staffed by friendly, professional people.

Closes an hour early than all the other Krogers in the area. Tons of homeless begging for money.

Kroger was a great experience. Went through the self check out. Spent about 95 dollars, I was in and out in about 15 minutes.

This particular Kroger is famous for always having interesting people stroll through. Its never a dull moment at this store.

Feel more relaxed while shopping. The neighborhood is a lot older and not as fancy but I feel a lot more at home more than any other Kroger I have been too.

Drunks, and druggies out in parking lot loitering....inside store is nasty, deli section had a green fly in one of cakes, in deli meats, green fungi growing on roast beef. Yuck.In the hot deli section, its nasty, black, doesnt look like its been cleaned in a coons age.I wouldnt eat anything prepped and fixed at this store.

Usually i do my shopping at walmart since moving to the merchants area, but as fate would have it i found myself at an old grocier that while living in the fulton area i use to frequent on the regular. Let me tell you a lot can change in 3 yrs! This Kroger has took a nose dive! It could be that we were last minute stragglers, on a night that mother nature or the Lord decided to dump all kinds of water down on us here in the valley causing flooding in knox, and several more surrounding counties. It was dead and the atmosphere was contagious, and i quickly made my purchases and departed this dreded store for the comforts of a never sleeping north knoxville!

What a ghetto Kroger. All butter on stock expired a week ago. Lunch meat on shelf that expired over 2 weeks ago. And deli meats that are miscut. And shelves not organized with a lot of product in the wrong slots. Clearly the employees here not doing their job and management sucks to allow such a mess.
