Customer service is a joke. Long check out line with cashiers price checking every single item for the man checking out! - employees seemed to not care to open an additional register- even though theres a good 6-8 people in line. Please note there was 3 people ringing out 1 person.. yes!! 1 person and 3 cashiers!! Horrible service. This location was once out go to for good buys on Saturday, however, the past few times service has declined!

Found item miss tag. Wrong description of item on price tag; Description meaning-wrong gender (womens shorts with pink inside, tagged as shorts for boys department). They wouldnt correct it, so I didnt buy it in fear that once I got home and the item didnt fit, then returning would have been a problem because item description on tag and receipt did not match actual item. Liked the shorts but didnt want to take a chance on them not fitting once I tried them on at home.

Great deals, well organised, employees not too friendly but overall a good experience.

Definitely a unique store and interesting stuff. It isnt a very large store, but great variety.

This place has cleaned up so nicely!! My jaw dropped when I walked in. I happened to be in that strip mall area, and thought I would run in for my last few min. It used to start to overwhelm you. Now, I was actually bummed I had to leave so quickly! Great job guys on the store. Looking great!

I was here picking up a few household items when I overheard another customer having an problem. The staff were very helpful to her, and were courteous and understanding. When it comes to service, this is a big deal to me, so I wanted to make sure that they were acknowledged for this. Lexus was the cashier. I didnt catch the other staff members name.

Somethings are a really great deal. But I picked up something off a shelf that had 5 candy containers in it sealed up there was several of them on the shelf like that when I brought it up to the register I was told that they were sold individually. If that is the case why are they displayed as a unit? Also picked up And infant Closing set their price on it was $9 but the actual price from the manufacturer with $7 50. No one could explain how it was possible and refused to sell it at manufacturers price.

Bargain hunt is not what it used to be. Understanding troubled times causes a need to change to keep the doors open. Being said I spend a lot of money here and would give this place another star if they updated website to show something current or find a way to bring back the hunt or at least part of the fun. On the other hand this store is much more organized and much more clean, kudos to the management.

Their prices are still pretty good, and their staff were very friendly today. We found decent quality bedding, and while we didnt buy one today, as we priced heaters, they had nice small ones.

Bad customer service. Dont say you will hd something and then put it back when someone is counting on it and comes back to get it. Yall need to step up your game. Great secondary retail store with mostly clearance from Target. Better organized now and they straighten it more then they did before.

All kinds of stuff at bargain prices! Products are priced lower than anywhere else. Look for damage and imperfections. They are minor and most are unnoticeable. They do have a 30 day return policy with receipt, so you can buy with confidence. I bought an appliance too, and am only a bit worried about that. Will wait to try out. Overall, a nice place, and will shop here more often.

I love going to all of the bargain hunts in the area. Just always know that at this one the restrooms will be messy and there are no kids on the trash cans in the womens restroom, so itll always be stinky.

We just love it here. It can be hit or miss depending.on the vendors but we found some really nice pieces that were reasonably priced!

Needs a bit of cleaning up but overall its a great place to go if you are doing anything on a budget. Theres decorations, toys, clothes, food, household supplies, outdoor supplies and so much more. Very impressed with what this store has to offer.

I absolutely love this store! You never know what great deals you are going to find, so go often! I always find something I want at a great discount over other retailers. And the staff is great too; from the moment you walk in, they go out of their way to make sure you have a good experience and leave happy.

We had a good run while it lasted, but this store is done.They have done away with their date system. For those who dont know, Bargain Hunt used to operate on a date system similar to a consignment store, the longer an item sat, the greater the discount became. You could easily find items at 50, 70 even 90 percent off.Though Ive watched their prices creep up over the years, this is the last straw. All items are overpriced what you would pay for them new, with a few yellow discount stickers of 25% off at the most throughout the store. When asked, management says theyre still operating on the date system but theyre doing the math for you. Yeah, right. Good luck finding anything at even 50% off, and 90? Hah.If they changed back, I would go back. But otherwise theyve lost a faithful shopper who has been shopping at this chain for almost a decade.

Was a bit disappointed. I used to love this store. I would go twice a week. The shift from the ticket discount for how long it was there to a flat rate took a lot of the fun out of it. Today the store itself was full of overflowing shelves and choas. I understand this can happen occasionally, but it looked like status quo. I did buy a few pillows, but at the same price as I could online, so I was just not having to wait on shipping.

This store used to be great but its now unorganized and honestly nasty... I felt gross going into the store and was going to buy a few things but I decided to go to Target

Update... 4 months after my original rating... poor customer service. Not a single employer said ANYTHING to me in the hour I was browsing. It is a complete mess and overpriced for a bargain store.One female employee doing inventory in the toys remained on a Bluetooth device talking on a personal call the entire time I was browsing and even commented to the person on the other end of the call that it wasnt even peak hours yet and theres already a customer.In the past both customer service and price was better. I quit shopping here for several months and just went in today to see if things improved any and that answer is no.I used to love this store. I could spend hours in it hunting for items dated back that were 90 percent off. They have changed it now and taken away the date system which also takes away the true chance to get stuff for super discounted rates. Ive also only seen a few 25 percent off stickers and doubt Ill be seeing any 90 percent off stickers around.After years of going here, Im moving on.

Good selection. More of the stuff that I like than other Bargain Hunts I have been to.

The store was discombobulated making it kinda a free for all finding things. That being said the things you did find were almost all a true bargain as listed in the stores name. There was a very helpful lady working front floor and register who tried to help my daughter find a dress after hearing the style and size we were looking for. If you go to purchase clothes double check them though before purchase. Bought my husband a pair of shorts, got them home them home and the zipper didnt work and missing a button....they were only $1.20. It was my bad for not checking them for the reason they had been put on a steep discount, shopping with a cranky 5ur old will make you forget things though. All in all pretty good store for a deal.

Dont use the bathroom!!! I needed to while shoppinflg and both toilets has diarrhea splashed inside and the base around them was filthy. The sink is falling off the wall. As for the store, its a mess. Twice as much product as they used to have so its difficult to find anything. Prices are good about half the time. Items are often priced higher than new even though they are mostly open box returns

Love this place! They have great deals, and each month that an item is in the store (i.e. the longer they have had it), the lower the price (automatic discount for each month) -- so, if something has been there long enough, like 5 months, its 90% off the original discounted price. 50ft garden hose with a nozzle for $2.50!The key is going to the store FREQUENTLY to catch new items as they arrive. I love this place!!!

Very cool store. You never know what youll find. And the longer theyve had it, the cheaper it becomes. Lately the selection has been more boring so we havent gone as often.

Really need to visit almost weekly as their stock changes often, but can find amazing deals here on almost anything!

Bargain Hunt is the best place to find what ever you are looking for.

This place is great and is cheap ,Just watch what you buy there for broken or damaged pieces ,,,,Nate is a very good Manager there and is way more involved than the actual store manager and the employees there even Will makes me feel at home every time I go.....This place with the people working there deserves a pat on the back and 10stars if available ....Cody is a great fellow that works there Angela is a great girl that works there and there is a black guy that works there that I talk to every time I go he is crazy funny and makes me feel welcome every time and As far as Nate the supervisor or what ever he is,I came in the first time I have ever seen this place went shopping for like an hour or so and left my lights on and my battery died he got in his car and boosted me off with out even thinking twice about it which is great ,So there is some good people still out there huh ,,,,,,I love this place and the staff ........10************ GREAT WORK FELLOWS KEEP IT UP

Cool store but a little pricey, one thing I don’t like is that it seems like the manager who responds to these reviews is on auto pilot, so it’s not a genuine response, that doesn’t look good, any other business they will personally respond to reviews.

Looks like children stock it. No rhyme or reason to it and items all over the floor. Prices are not all that good either

A great place to find outstanding deals on food, linen, pet supplies, and even cleaning supplies to name a few things. It can seem slightly disorganised and sometimes is but with minimal effort excellent value can be reaped from the myriad deals constantly refreshing amongst the cornucopia of savings that is Bargain Hunt.

I havent found anything I like here. It is a sloppy place full ok junk. KARM is nicer and has better stuff. People who work there are pleasant though. Once I saw seconds Costco sorts there for more than they cost at Costco. I vow never to return tho hope springs eternal.This place makes Ross look like Macys.

A lot of good deals in some ways, however no where near as fun since they changed the sales tags and pricing deals.... Many items are now just as ezpensive as all the other stores around giving no extra insentives to come to their store for the actual bargain hunt fun.

Started off strong, but lately not as much on the big ticket or hard to find items...

It had a really sketchy vibe. Almost all the electronics had been opened or been packaged poorly. It felt more like a thrift store.

Lots of new stuff out for Christmas, busy place but little of everthing you need or want for yourself or last minute gifts. Staff is always friendly and willing to help with what ever you need, lots of nice furniture there to and collectibles like Nascar, cards, coins, figurines all kinds of stuff

Bargain Hunt very good store to find SOME deals and there are some good ones ! Just be warie some are not! It may be that they received this product before mkt price was reduced ? Example Intex inflatable mattress , paid twenty five dollars at Bargain Hunt. Month later found them at retail for 18.00 dollars.

I used to love this store. I found tons of great deals on things. But recently theyve been cutting back on things that I buy. Like baby stuff... they used to have tons of car seats and now you rarely see even one. The store is just going down hill and I dont like it. Cant find anything good anymore.

This used to be an incredible store with fantastic deals. But now that they’ve done away with their date system, it’s just a store with average prices on increasingly less interesting things.

Best deals are damaged packaging and post-event seasonal items.

Anytime I need something expensive I stop here first. The savings are great! I average a savings of $600 on Christmas buying for 13 people. 😊

I used to like this location much more than I do now. Over the past few months it has seemed to get less and less organized, and more filthy. Its almost impossible to find clothes. The womens clothes are all hanging on racks together, not sorted by size. I much prefer the Cedar Bluff location.

Really wonderful bargains galore! Do look at what you are buying carefully as people tend to pilferage through, but great buys there, friendly busy people working hard to get the goods out and keep the store clean and hazard free.
