Always enjoy my time visiting this store and never leave without buying anything. Have bought some planters and some kitchen accessories from here. Best place to buy artificial flowers and summer patio furniture. This store is conveniently located right behind the Home Depot and maintained well. They have very good collection of seasonal festivities.

Clean store, nice staff. I love the good deals and they have A LOT to look at. We spend a good 3-4 hours in there every time we visit.

The store is always neat and clean. The seasonal inventory is great. Employees are nice and friendly. Well stocked in there everyday inventory also. Keep up the great work.

Best selection of pillows anywhere I’ve found around Knoxville - I needed mega sized pillows and they had a large variety to choose from. Lots of sizes, colors, and patterns at very reasonable prices. I’ll check here for other items too before going to At Home or Homegoods. Highly recommend!

I bought some drapes that were on sale yesterday & never took them off the hangers because I realized when I got home that they did not match what I had already. I tried to return them today & was told I could not because it was against their policy. I have shopped here a long time, but I won’t anymore. The “gentleman” at the cash register said that the “no return on sale merchandise” policy was posted all over the store & I should have known that before I purchased the drapes. He says if he allowed me to return them he would be fired. Absolutely ludicrous. I looked through the store, the “policy” is not posted anywhere.

Most everything is made in China. Some prices are reasonable others are not...I dont understand how they determine prices.

Not much spring and summer stuff. Lots,lots,lots of cushions.

The products are good and on sale but its not worth it having to wait in line for thirty minutes. Only one cash register open on a Saturday.

This is a convenient and economical source for household goods. I moved into a new place and needed area rugs, curtains, and so many of the odds and ends that make a house a home. Old Time Pottery was a treasure trove of inexpensive solutions to my pressing problems. The store is sparsely staffed, but everyone has been friendly and helpful. Its been a nice place to shop.

Ive never thought the quality of some of its products were as good as, say, Bed Bath and Beyond or its predecessor, Carolina Pottery; but I have purchased a couple of rugs and artwork that Ive been pleased with. Its bedding is whole other matter. I will say that on my latest visit I was really surprised to see that prices had really gone up. Ill probably seek out Home Goods next time.

Buyer beware. My family brought me an umbrella for outside last year for mothers day and it is completely trashed as of this post. The frame bent very easily when a wind knocked it over and the part where you screw in the pole to the base literally opened up like a coke can would if you drilled into it. Dont no if its recycled aluminum are what this was made out of but beware it is monies wasted.

Glass ware, kitchen utensils, floral, picture frames, wall decor, you name it is here and its here in large quantities. You can do a lot of exploring in here looking over the stock. Come back in a month and you may find you have different stock to check out.
