The only thing I dont like about Walmart is there are too many people. I like the fact that they made the self check outs bigger as I was able to get a weeks worth of groceries and toiletries and bag them myself and had plenty of room. Oh and they had the huge packs of the flavor gum I like that cant always be found when I stop elsewhere.

Same as usual. Its WalMart. They are the Monopoly, that crushes small businesses, right? Prices are good on select items and high on other things. Shelves are half empty all the time. What they do have is a mess as always.

I personally love Walmart and self checkout but one night I seen an elderly ask if there was any check out lines. You could tell he struggled with doing it him self the cashier said no and went on about his night. It broke my heart so I offered to scan it myself I wished they wouldn’t take away the cashiers at night for those who needs help

Good luck with any of the Walmart stores if you bought tires from them and got the full warranty. Ive had problems 4 times with mine. And was turned away each time being told they had no one that could fix my tires. And the one that did still charged me, never called me to say it was finished or anything. When the lady at customer service heard my story she was so upset with them for them leaving her to deal with their situation. I had to pay for my tire being repaired because she had to charge me what they put on invoice. I had to pay or else I couldnt get my keys back. Im disabled BTW and because of them not notifying me that it was finished I had to walk around the entire store from customer service to the back of the auto center because the auto part closed. Thats easy to do on some days but I was hurting so bad I almost didnt make it back to my car that night. There I was sitting on the side of the parking lot hurting so bad I was crying from the pain. I started to complain thru email, or whatever but its not worth getting myself upset over again. Because they dont care anyway. The stores were in Jefferson city, Chapman highway in Knoxville and Knoxville center mall location in Knoxville also. Paid over 25.00 for tire to be plugged. That part was at Knoxville center location.

If I could give no stars I would. My husband and I took my vehicle to have a tired changed due to a flat. The man that checked us in said 1.5 tops for wait time. That was fine as I needed to make a few purchases. 3 hours later after my Husband had to show out did they then finally complete our 1 tire change. The tech was unprofessional as well. Terrible experience!!

It never fails when I go into the Walmart in Halls Cross Roads. There are shelves not stocked, more cashiers could be on the registers, the vitamin aisle is never stocked and it wouldnt hurt to have that done in alphabetical order so a person can find what they need. I am also put off that those on the floor just point in the general direction when I am looking for something as simple as handi wipes just to discover Walmart no longer carries that item just name 1 of many things and management either doesnt know their own store and when you ask for a manager, no one shows up because theyre probably hoping if they wait long enough, the customer will get tired of waiting and just leave. The sad thing is they seem to think I will be back cause there isnt any option to find what I need elsewhere but I can go to Target if need be.

Walmart really needs to hire some employees had to wait for about 20 minutes to get some help at the jewelry counter the girl that helped us was really nice to us and very professional we went to check out none of your registers were open so we tried to use the self checkout with no luck the same employee came over and helped us with that also I wish I could remember her name she really done a great job but Walmart needs to step up

Love Wal-Mart especially the prices

This is a larger Walmart Supercenter, and they have had everything that I needed to get when I needed it. However, the online order process is still slow. UNLESS you order groceries, then they have multiple employees who do the shopping. They have multiple self check-out stations, and the staff are friendly. Well worth the hour drive there.

This review is for the auto service. They SUCK! Interrogated us about whether we bought tires from Walmart and didnt want to give us the free rotation that comes from purchasing your tires from Walmart. We had the paper work in our glove box, and usually every other Walmart uses our phone number to look us up in the system and can see that we have purchased our tires from walmart. Thankfully we had the paperwork in our glovebox and showed the older man that we DID indeed buy our tires from Walmart. He still refused the free rotation. We have bought our tires from Walmart for years! Never have been interrogated like this before. Ever. We left without service and wont be back.

I absolutely hate going in Walmart. Rude employees and 2 lanes open. I have started using the Walmart app and getting curbside. Dear Walmart if I wanted to check my own items out I would apply for a cashiers position. The whole massive expansion of self checkout was rather uncalled for. At least with the app I dont have to deal with rude workers. Those workers are actually friendly. I give curbside 5 stars!!! However, the whole diy or wait an hour.to get out of Walmart doesnt even deserve 1 lousy star.

Walmart is the absolute worst. Terrible customer service, terrible management, terrible employee training. And then they monopolize the industry so theres hardly any competition anywhere else in the area. Its worth spending the extra money to shop other places or online. Running in for a couple of items turns into an hour or longer frustrating expedition. Do better Walmart.

We called the electronic section and someone named Abby answered and she was so kind and made it so easy to find what we were looking for, many others there werent so kind but she really brightened my evening. she deserves a raise 100%

The pick up service is great. I wish they would hire more check out people because I will not use self check outs in any store.

Wal Mart supercenter in Oak Ridge, they have it all. It is about 10 minutes away from about any location within Oak Ridge city limits. Prices, not what they use to be, but in this day and age, what is?

I came in today concerned about possibly having a knot on one of my tires, drove in to the automotive dept and was taken care of quickly and at no cost. The group of guys working in the auto center are awesome! They were very professional and super nice. Great bunch of guys! I highly recommend going to Walmart automotive center on Norris Freeway the guys there are the best of any of the Walmart’s in town! Thank you for taking good care of me today guys!

My son loves shopping at this Walmart Supercenter.This location has more dinosaur toys to choose from.And more kid’s snack, to choose from for school.Most of all this location, there restrooms are always clean.And this Walmart has Subway, inside of Walmart super center.I love the huge selection of books, on sale at Walmart.

Its one of the biggest Walmarts Ive been to. Great selections in produce, Candy aisle was practically bare. They had the best self check outs I have ever seen so if you have a large number of items you arent cramped trying to ring them up. The Pharmacy was located almost in the middle of the store and wasnt noticeable when you first walk in the door. I found a pair of cute comfortable shorts the other Walmarts were sold out of. I definitely will be going back to that one! Very clean looks like it isnt very old. This is now my favorite Walmart.

They are still very low on stock of a lot of things. But I guess thats just how it is right now

This is a regular stop in my daily needs shopping list. It is clean, well organized sure, and everyone is very helpful.

Needed wheelchair. Motorized carts all gone. Only available wheelchair was broken and had no basket. Asked employee for basket and was denied a shopping basket specifically because they were for online shopping pickers only. DENIED DISABILITY ACCOMODATIONS. Asked for manager and they played stupid about finding one. Terrible store. Terrible employees.

Not my usual Walmart and I won’t make that mistake again. They did have the items I was looking for but it was a lesson in clusterfkery and a test of patience to find them in the cramped mess. Every isle had abandoned baskets, discarded items, and random stuff in the floors.

Went to buy a new faucet and just about every box was open and one of the staff members was not very helpful at all. Instead I was followed around like I was going to steal something. The shelves here are very disorganized and thrown everywhere. Hard to actually find something. Absolutely a the worst Walmart I have been to.

This Walmart doesnt carry the same range of products as larger Walmarts, so sometimes I am unable to find products I have previously purchased at other Walmart stores. That is my only concern with this Walmart, otherwise a great store.

Went in to get dog food. Really frustrating that Walmart is forcing self checkout by having only one maybe two lanes with cashiers. This is why my trips to Walmart have dwindled. Once stood in line about 45 minutes to be checked out. I dont believe in self checkout. I can go to Krogers and get groceries and fashion, toys, drug store items and get checked out super fast.

Took a car battery here for warranty adjustment since it would not charge. They said they would have to test it first. 1 1/2 hours later, they were Still checking the battery. I went online, found a similar battery at a local retail outlet. Asked for my battery back and was asked if I just wanted to just buy it without the warranty adjustment. I said no, I am leaving. When he brought the battery from the back room, he said it had just tested bad. (How about that timing.) I took my business elsewhere. Never again will I support those thieves.

They have done a lot of remodeling since I was in last. Still in progress but from what I can tell it should be good. As long as every department does their job to keep things organized this store should be great.

They always have what is needed, but I hate shopping there. I try my best to shop local, or at least American made.

Halls location: Usually always have what I need but were out of Caffeine-free Diet Sams Cola this time, which was the main item I went to purchase. But staff is always super friendly & helpful!

I only go to this location if Im going to Union County and need to stop and grab something real quick on my way home. They never really have what most other Walmart’s have

20 minutes in the customer service line waiting to have a credit applied to my receipt. 1 associate working the counter apparently handling the bank of Walmart business with myself and 6 other people in line. Wont be back to shop their. Also I had to check out through self check. I did observe a supervisor walk away from the service desk and I could also see 4 associates standing in the personal shopper room.

Nice big Walmart. Automotive and tire department, gardening and outdoor department, very large grocery section and everything else you would expect from a super Walmart. Great people.

Very clean store with lots of great things you need and want to buy, but they need to hire more cashiers, sometimes the line of customers waiting to pay is very long! With only 1 cashier.

I went in this store at 7am. 1 hour After they opened for the seniors to shop. I went to the customer service desk because I needed to exchange something . The lights are out and no one was there. I asked associate when does customer service open she said they’re trying to get it open. Meanwhile I’m standing there waiting and multiple associates walk by. I asked one of them to speak to a manager to find out what’s going on and to find out when they would open the customer service desk. I figured that customer service was open when the store opens. Then I heard a rude associate yelling at me across the front that they are trying to get someone to open the customer service register. I mean, I didn’t have all day. I had to be at work on time. I guess I just don’t understand as many people that was working there this morning and they had already been over an hour why is it OK to customer service Isn’t open?

It was not a good day at all at Wal-Mart in Halls Tn. The selection of sheets I was looking to purchase was 0 . The product I was going to purchase to just get me by was very undesirable but I needed something. When I went to check out was even worse. I usually pay with cash but all of the self check out registers said no cash and all of the other registers ( 4 of them ) was so backed up that I left my cart with the products that I was going to purchase sitting at a no cash register. I will ever use that Halls Wal-Mart again.

Honestly this Walmart wasnt too bad. It had everything that I needed for my shopping experience. Would definitely recommend to anybody who lives in the area.

If I could rate this location -5 stars then I would. I don’t typically post reviews and definitely not bad reviews because I feel that everyone can have a bad day therefore causing them to give horrible customer service so it’s not nice. Unfortunately, this location (that is literally down the street from my house) I will NEVER walk into again. THE MANAGER FRANK, has given me the worst customer service that I have ever experienced THREE TIMES NOW(which is the cause for the review). Don’t waste your time here. If you absolutely have to go to a Walmart, do yourself a favor and take the extra time to drive to the one in Clinton OR just switch to Ingles and anywhere else besides Walmart.

I got food from the deli and it was horrible the cheese and the poppers was curdled the macaroni and cheese was not fully cooked every time I get any food from that deli it is horrible

I was told they were going to substitute a product they had out of stock only to find when my order came they didnt replace the dogfood which was the only reason I put in the order. Normally I dont have trouble but that Walmart I will not be putting in orders again.

I only gave them a three star cause I ordered a grill and grill cover online and when I went to pick them up they told me they didnt have any grills that I ordered in stock. I went to the garden center and they had at least 4 of the same exact grill I ordered sitting on the shelf.....

This is not my normal Walmart and only had to run in for a couple things real quick. An employee gladly helped me when I started walking in circles trying to figure the layout of this one out and I was right to what I needed and out in no time!
