Didnt have what I was looking for. I had looked it up before going and it had they had it in stock. I ask 2 employees and was just told they didnt have it. I tried to show them that it was in stock but they were more interested in stocking then to help. Very disappointed!!!!

I had ordered a product online. It was suppose to arrive in two days. I kept looking for it online. It said it was delayed. I called customer service about it and was told it was at the store just had not been checked in. I was told to go to the store and pick it up. I am handicapped and on oxygen. So it is hard for me to get around. Without thinking I sent my girlfriend in. The girl that finally came to wait on her was very rude. Her name was Laura. She would not even check on it. She was rude from the git go. If she is in management she needs to learn customer service. If she worked for me she would be fired on the spot. She just cost you two customers. This was on Kinzel Way.

Made a quick shopping found what I needed.

Clean and nice, polite employees working right there.

Friendly customer service and found everything I was looking for.
