I had the most outstanding service during a phone call with Alexis at the Deane Hill location. I was looking for some specific sheets in distinct colors that I could not find. Alexis was so pleasant and extremely thorough in her search. She checked back stock, other stores, online, etc. I can’t imagine any source she missed! She even invited me to visit her store to help me determine what other merchandise they had that could work instead. I did that, but did not ask for her while I was there. Give Alexis a promotion and a raise!
