Great store with great selections!We had the pleasure of having Tina assist us & she was top-notch! Kind, knowledgeable & customer focused! There were a couple of items that were not available in store & she quickly ordered them online for us.She even made sure we were aware that they are moving to another mall location & will be closed for a couple of weeks - gave us her # to call & make sure they are back open. She’s a ROCK STAR!!!

Mid to high end, somewhat expensive cook wear. Having said that we have pieces of All Clad cook wear that is 10 plus years old and still functions properly. You pay for what you get. Inside the West Town Mall.

I took an amazing cooking demonstration class at this location, with Chef Paul. He was a very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful instructor. The meal that he made for us was incredible, absolutely delicious. Although it was a complex process, he made working with the ingredients seem effortless. Cooking has never been one of my talents, but this demonstration inspired me to keep trying new things. The class was appropriate for students of all skill levels. I was impressed by the large portions and quality of the meal we were served. It was a wonderful and memorable experience! I would recommend bringing your friends for a stress free evening out. This personalized demonstration was so much better than simply dining out. It was very entertaining, and highly educational. I look forward to attending more events like this one in the future.

My fiance and I went here to register for our wedding and Mike was very helpful! He answered all my questions about knives and cookware and helped us choose pieces that best fit our cooking style. Well definitely be back for future kitchen needs.

These are the worst pan ever... don’t waste your money... they cost a lot of money for junk... and I don’t cook much so when I used them , I couldn’t return them over 30 days... William Sonoma, I want buy from there again either.. when u use there credit card you should have a better return plan...

Nice W-S location, although it seems to be a bit smaller than the location we used to visit.

They didnt have what I went in for, but they ordered it for me online and it will be shipped direct to my home in just a couple of days without shipping charges! Gotta like that! And the person that placed the order for me was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, I am getting what I wanted, and I saved a few bucks in the process!

High prices, but it is Williams-Sonoma so you know they are. The reason why I am giving 5 stars is because the on the floor staff are knowledgeable, personable, helpful, and respectful. I asked a few questions and was taken to the answer. I was not made to feel like I needed to buy it, I simply felt like the individual wanted to answer my question.

Williams Sonoma is the place to go if you are looking for something special. Attentive and knowledgeable service. Highest quality kitchen wares. Perfect for the holidays... or any other time, quite frankly...

Love this store located inside West Town Mall. Every time I visit there is someone there to help. If they don’t have it in store they can order it online for you!

Had a terrible experience here. I work in the mall and my family came to do some shopping. After my shift I went to this store with about 30 min to closing with my family. While my mom shopped, my younger sister and brother wanted to get a sample from of the chocolate. There was very little left, mind you. The entire time an older lady with short hair watched us like a hawk. As soon as my siblings were done she went straight to us to tell us how we must have an adult with us to try anything. I explained to her that Im 23 and she apologized. The two women working the front that night (including her) never greeted us but obviously greeted and asked two other gentlemen if they needed assistance.I feel as if they treated us differently based on our appearance. We just dressed our age. We werent loitering, we were shopping. In my experience with customer service, you treat every customer the same. Why wait to tell us about the samples when she watched us the entire time? Why not ask us if we needed help?You can disagree if you want to, but I just wanted to share my experience with this store location. And I will not be giving them my business at all in the future.

Loved this place. I dont live near but wish I did. The gifts Ive given from there were bigger hits than anywhere. Employees are very nice and will go out of their way to help. If youve never been youll love it. Prices can seem a little high...for me. But they do have things with great deals. Many items had great prices. Go, youll be glad you did.

Great customer service! We came in Sunday 9/22 to use a giftcard we got for our wedding. Employees were friendly, knowledgeable, and seemed to really want to help. We’re young and normally do not receive stellar customer service (and did not expect it in a store like this). We will definitely be purchasing from here for our kitchen needs in the future!

For a smaller store, they are very well stocked. Friendly and very helpful. We stop whenever we are in town.

I love William-sonoma spice rubs. Always great knowledgeable sales people and friendly service. Its great to just explore whats new in their ever changing displays..holidays and season changes bring out great examples of food and decoration.

Williams Sonoma Knoxville. Terribly disappointed in this store because of a gift I received. The 8 qt Thermoclad pot was gift wrapped by the store but when taken out of the box and protective plastic wrap, it was dusty, had fingerprints all over it, and still had the price tag on it. Clearly this piece had been on display. This was an anniversary gift from my husband. He said the guy went to the back to get it. It never occured to my husband that he needed to open the box and check it. Who would? The real problem lies in the fact that we often purchase items from Williams Sonoma as gifts allowing the store to gift wrap them. Now that I have received a gift in this condition I have no confidence that the gifts that I have purchased for others hasnt had the same problem. How embarrassing. Shame on you Knoxville Williams Sonoma.

I was looking for a lettuce knife, we never found one, but I had so much fun with the staff I wound up buying other items. I will definitely be returning for more.
