Good to finally see a long-awaited H&M store in the West Town Mall in Knoxville. But my first visit was a disappointment otherwise I would have given it 5 stars. I was disappointed because I could not find a single pair of jeans or pants that were sized 34W x 30L. Does H&M believe that all men shopping at their new store will be 5 10 tall or even taller?

First time there. Really enjoyed variety and prices. Definitely going back again.

First time there this past weekend. My cashier’s name was Taylor and he was super friendly and patient. He walked me through signing up for my discount even helped me sign into the store wi-fi so I could have a better connection. My friend also went but wasn’t able to sign up for the savings (she checked out at another register) so thank you Taylor for having amazing customer service. ❤️

Very happy they finally have an H&M in Knoxville. I wont have to go all the way to Nashville anymore. Lol Sales associates were nice. Every time I go COBRETTI is always very helpful and so kind. I love when associates treat you like they appreciate your business. Nice selection that H&M is known for!

Do not shop here, the employees at this store are condescending, rude, and completely discriminatory. Currently consulting with legal representation over the way we were discriminated against once entering the store.

Every time I visit the store either the debit or credit card machine is down or it’s cash only! They make you wait in line and then tell you when you are about to go in. I have made the trip to the mall about 4 times and have only been able to shop one time!

They made my pregnant wife, leave the store for not wearing a mask!!! She is medically exempt from wearing a mask!! Such incredibly uncaring service from a company that doesn’t care about people!!

I have been to the H&M department store inside of Hamilton mall in Chattanooga.And the brand new H&M department store inside of West Town mall.This location in Knoxville has a huge selection of new styles for my family
