This shop altered my daughters Prom dress in 2 days and it fit her perfectly! The owner is so nice and incredibly professional. I want to find reasons now to have him alter more clothing! You cannot go wrong with this shop, the prices and the service is out of this world!

My daughters prom dress needed to be tightened at the waist and in various places as well as it needed to be shortened. The dress has a very intricate lace pattern at the bottom of it so it needed to be taken up at the waist instead of just hemmed. Mr. Ucak did such a phenomenal job at making this dress a custom fit for her! Every detail that he did was perfect and I will DEFINITELY use this business anytime I need anything altered.

I am getting married and I am wearing my moms wedding dress. I wanted to get the dress updated from puffy sleeves to illusion sleeves, a shortened train, and no huge bows. I went to several places to see what they could do with the dress but they did not seem confident and they were too expensive. At Custom Fit Alterations the tailor gave me ideas on how the dress could be updated and the price was very affordable. When I got the dress back the alterations were beautiful and just what I wanted.

I bought a jacket I loved but the sleeves were too long. I took it to Mr. Ucak and he was able to adjust the sleeve length perfectly! He did exactly what I requested! He is the best tailor I have seen and I would go back to him in a heartbeat for any alteration.

Drove out of my way to come and pick up my items and the store is closed. The flashing sign says open, but the sign on the door says closed. I understand if there is one person working the need to close for lunch or something but in that case either update your hours of operation or give people a time other than just Wednesday so that time isnt wasted. I dont have my items yet as lord knows how long it will be before someone returns and I cant wait around. Hopefully my items come out satisfactorily when I do finally get to pick them up.

My girlfriend needed a suit to be in her sisters wedding. We started at Mens Warehouse on Kingston Pike. That was the first mistake.They didnt have the suit color we wanted, so they told us we should purchase the suit off of Amazon, but to make sure that we bought one that was sized too large so they would have room to tailor it. We did that and took the suit in for tailoring just for the tailor to refuse us service two weeks before the wedding. He said the suit couldnt be completed because the alterations would require too much time and we bought the suit TOO LARGE. We scrambled to find another nearby tailor and we are SO GLAD WE FOUND CUSTOM FIT! I wish we had started off here.The tailor at this shop was so kind and professional. They had the suit tailored in time for the wedding and the quality of the fit was TOP NOTCH. So grateful that we found this place

This place was amazing!!! I drove over an hour to go here and get a bridesmaid dress altered. I trusted no one else. The dress was too tight in the hips. Bought offline during Covid last minute from Hong Kong. This man made my dress fit with very little to work with! It looks amazing and I have a huge weight lifted off of me knowing this dress will fit perfectly on the wedding day. He was friendly and openly made suggestions for the dress and listened to me and my mother as well. Not a bad price either for all that had to be done. So thankful they knew what they were doing I’ve had bad experiences with alteration places. Highly recommended!!!!!

One of the very best alterations experiences I’ve had. Needed a full-length gown with a chiffon skirt hemmed quickly and couldn’t get to the shop for measurements as soon as I’d hoped. Kalip assured me it was no problem and not only had the hem finished on time, but with a perfect edge that’s prettier than the original. I can’t even say enough how beyond happy I was with the job he did. I came in with a very high end pair of Brioni pants with a tear away from the seam and fabric. It was not easy at all in fact European Alterations turned me away. I was not expecting much but he did an absolutely outstanding job. I will be taking every tailoring need there now.

An incredible tailor with great prices. This place is easy to miss as it is a small store hidden inside a shopping mall, but it is filled with nice suits that fit a wide range of sizes. The owner is careful with his measurements, and tailors clothes better than most other people.I also suspect it is family owned, so if you are the kind of person to avoid throwing money at large stores, you could absolutely go here.The only criticism I have is that tailoring clothes can take more time than other stores, but you will get an accurate time and date to pick up your clothes and they will work around the time you need your clothes by.

Customer service is beyond exceptional here! I walked in with a pair of pants that had a hole on the seam and they fixed them on the spot. I was in and out in under 5 mins! I highly recommend this spot!

Kalip did a wonderful job with my Gucci suit. He made a short stocky guy like me be able to fit into a skinny Italian suit. It looks amazing. I searched all around town for the right tailor who could shorten my sleeves from the top (the correct way), and I believe he is the only one in town. I’m so glad I found him and now my suit looks and fits great!

I called earlier in the day to ask about the cost of hemming for a formal dress. A man said it would be $25.00 per dress. After a 40 minute drive, I was told it would be $60.00. I reminded him our conversation on the phone. He said $25.00 per dress but I guess he meant per layer. For two layer dress that should have been $50.00 not 60.00! I told him that I changed my mind and began to leave. This is when he informed me that I owed him $20.00 for his time. Are you kidding me!!! Just for looking at the dress for two minutes!!! What a joke. Then he followed me out the door to the parking lot. I will never recommend or go to this place again!!! I felt very unsafe and threatened!!!

Each item that I have altered, they are altered to perfection here. The owner always takes the time to understand the fit I am trying to achieve and is able to execute beyond my expectations every time--at very reasonable prices and with pretty quick turnaround time. Now I take everything to Custom Fit because I can trust that all my clothing will fit me perfectly and look first-rate. I had pants that had gotten caught and ripped down the pocket. I took them in and dropped them off to be repaired. I received notification that my pants were fixed before driving away in the parking lot. They look perfect. Great service with good attention to detail at half the price as other suit places and takes a fraction of the time. I won’t go anywhere else.

I wouldnt take a wedding dress to get altered at this location. When I got my dress back after a few changes made (hem, top taken in, bustle) it fit OK. Later on I tried it on for other people and started to realize how uncomfortable I was and finding issues like the straps digging in places they shouldnt and blood stains on the inside layers of my dress. Overall the dress did not fit my body the best it could (I am pretty petite) and wasnt flattering. I didnt feel comfortable returning as I felt I had already vocalized the issues I had and how I wanted it to fit and it wasnt addressed properly in the first place. I believe it seems this business is better suited for mens clothing alterations.

He used the excess length to sew on a pocket on the side. Did it in 15 min while I waited and beat the competitions price by half! Fast, quality at an an affordable price. I got my bridesmaids dresses altered here and the staff was very friendly and took their time measuring me. They got both dresses done within a week & a half and they fit perfectly and I was reasonably charged for both dresses. I will be back if I need any alterations in the future!

Very nice gentleman who owns this place. He repaired a small tear in a jacket of mine within a day or two. When I asked how much I owed him, he told me the repair was free because it was such a small job. Needless to say, I will be going back for any other alterations I need done!
