My particular cashier seemed to have something lodged in her bootie, cause she was way less than friendly. Plus she pretended to act as if she was above several customers. My opinion, she might wanna get a second job and a step up before shes looking down her nose at folks😶

I dont normally review general retail places, but I shopped arrive below today and I was so impressed by the ladies working there. All three of them were kind. They answered questions. They were efficient without seeming rushed. Top notch service. Thank you!

Really nice out door things right now. Solar lanterns & lights,outside tables,large lanterns (glass & metal) you can sit candles in. Several different beach towels & shoes.

This is one of my favorite stores!💯 I love the prices! 💕My kids love the items there too. The employees are very friendly. I even got to show a friend of mine that had never heard of them where it was and what they have. Makes for spot to get gifts.. I was able to finish my daughters bday 🎁 gift shopping there. 😁😁

I love it every employee wears their masks (correctly) but my only complaint is that it’s not required to wear a mask in there. I don’t think people realize that we are in the middle of a pandemic if you can’t wear you’re mask (correctly) don’t bother going out!!

Everything here is priced fairly cheap. Customer service has always been great for every visit I have made. The reason I am giving Five Below one star is because the prices have recently changed. Now there are items priced over $5...inside a store named Five Below! Get everyone hooked on the $5 and under prices and then without warning raise some of the prices over $5. Want to raise the prices??? Change the name of the store

First time here and loved it. Everything $5 and below. They even had iPad screen covers for $5.

Entrance was blocked and employee said curbside pickup or they could get what I needed. I told her what I wanted and the color options I preferred and handed her my credit card. She came back with the item and the receipt. Not the usual shopping experience, but due to the recent social distancing I understand the reason for it.

Great option for a cheap toy. I never realized that you could get that many toys for under $5. I would recommend having a look around, you never know what you might find a good deal on. In fact while I was in there I found a UT flag randomly, well worth the five bucks.

Cheap items. Thats about it.

I LOVE this store so much. I can go in here and easily spend $100 in one trip, wide variety of Jewelry, nail polish, makeup, Tshirts, decorations, toy’s and so so much more! Great place to buy affordable Christmas gifts or birthday gifts! The staff is always so nice and friendly as well! My only complaint is wishing it was bigger and more stuff to buy!!!!! 😊 1000% recommend!

This place is amazing! So many things for five dollars or less. There is something for the entire family. Whether its a sassy teen or a workout guru, to a couch potato that likes to read. This place has it all. Everytime I go Im in there longer than I expect. But I leave with money in my pocket. And I love that!

My kids and the kid in me love this store very buzy on weekends and evenings but 1to5$ items. Birthday party must go to, books pool items to clothes that are cute. Makeup all kinds of candy to electronics, accessories etc.

The merchandise is always changing which makes the shopping fun but the customer service isn’t up to par. They do carry a whole lot of “tween” teen products so it is a great choice if you have children in that age group.

I havent been there in months. The manager asked me how I have been. Honestly I didnt remember her, but she remembered me for some reason. That was such a pleasant surprise because that never happens to me. I dont know how they keep items picked up around there. The staff are very nice.

Forget the dollar tree! I love this place. He headphones I get here actually work 😂 employees seem like they hate life but I still love the store anyway

I just recently was at your store in Knoxville11018 parkside Dr.The two workers that were there at the cash register were extremely nice and friendly and outgoing. They helped me with anything I need it. I am from North Carolina and I appreciate the help that they gave me. Shannon and Payton were awesome. Everything may be five and below. Garnered to the teen set. Mostly not for adults although I did find some pretty cat tshirts just not my size.

It may be a great place for cheap gifts and candy, but this is the messiest five below Ive been to. The only time it was presentable was when the district manager was in town. Only then were we ever greeted or asked what we needed. The shelves are a mess every time Ive been in. It is deplorable.

Love it, I didnt think I was going to like it but I changed my mind as soon as I walked in the door, they have great deals and a good selection of items, I will be checking this place out often.
