Culligan provided excellent service and continue to be available when I have questions. The water quality has improved in the house. Culligan was almost $4,000 cheaper then another company that provided the same service.Appreciated the estimate was very responsible and we did not have to banter to get the price down to something reasonable.

The water quality has significantly improved. I enjoy raising fish so I had to bypass the entire system to avoid salt in my tank. I installed a separate filter that I had ordered online for 50 dollars. A difference of around 5,000 dollars for a marginal difference in water quality. Their finance company is a rip off and they force you to go though them if you are going to finance. While the water has improved I will never do business with these people again.

We have Culligan water softener and drinking water system in our home. I cant express how great our water is now. Staff is very polite and very professional.

I have dealt with Culligan for over 20 years. It really improves the quality of the water. The reverse osmosis system turns any water into bottled water quality. So you eliminate all of the plastic bottles. I have dealt with the same honest, knowledgeable and friendly people the entire time.

We had a whole house water treatment system installed in 2009, and the performance has been outstanding.The water taste is very good and it’s eliminated the significant deposits and discoloring around sink and shower fixtures.The Culligan Team has always been very responsive to questions and routine maintenance needs over the last 9 years!

I have had occasion to work with Mike at Knoxville Culligan Systems several times this fall. Before he even came to the house he was so helpful on the phone to make sure I didnt have any issues before he arrived. Hes always been prompt, courteous and thorough in explaining my system to me and ways I might improve upon it. I absolutely highly recommend them.

We had a great experience from start to finish. Our installer (who also sold us the unit) was professional and courteous and followed through on every promise. We are very happy with the results. Ive always hated our tap water, but am happy not to have to buy bottled water anymore!

We have had our system for going on two year now. Installation was professional. In addition to whole house system, we had reversed osmosis system installed. It was hooked up to a faucet on our kitchen sink as well as our refrigerator, so ice and cold water from there are perfect. Follow up service/maintenance has also been stellar. Highly recommend.

We have had our water system serviced yearly and replaced once by Knoxville Colligan. They have always done an excellent job. Show up when they say they will, and clean up after themselves. I also choose to go to their office to pick up my extra salt, and they always load my car for me. Great guys!!

We have used Culligans for several years. The staff is professional and courteous. Our driver is unbelievably kind and helpful in loading and unloading the water jugs. Everyone is friendly and easy to work with. I am very impressed with the quality of the water (and we are particular!) and the quality of the staff.

My wife and I recently purchased an non electric water system replacing the Kinetico system in our rental cabin. This water makes city water taste like pool water. Its worth the money especially for making coffee. I couldnt figure out why the coffee at work tasted so bad until we got Culligan.

Mike and Daryl are straight shooters and meticulous with thier professional services. I love my water systems. I have both a water softener and RO system in two locations. My coffee is wonderful. Because we have hard water my skin was drying out. My skin loves the water softener system.

Culligan water at one time was loyal to there customers and there employees. Now with the new owner Steve Gipson its starting become one of the worse cons in the water industry. There salesman are telling customers that there reverse osmosis will prevent or cure cancers. They are also trying to scare people into buying there system by telling them that they have nitrates or other thing in there water when they dont. They charge outstanding fees for salt and water. They try to teach there service techs to get the most money they can out of the customer for every service call they go on. They tell there salesman to always test the kitchen cold water because most of the time the kitchen is on hard water for drinking and cooking so then they can say that there water softener doesnt work. They always will sell you the most expensive units that they have and 85% of the time you dont even need it. They never tell you about the cheaper units that they have and would be the right size for your house hold.This is bad business and for some one like me that loves the water industry I could no longer work for a company like this so I branched out on my own for now. I will probably start my own water softener company in about one year from now because I signed a no compete form with Culligan and they are really mad that I left them. And they have even threatened me that they would sue me lol How pathetic is that. There are still many good water softener companys out there that are good and loyal to there customers if you need one ask me I will refer you to a good one. The owner had several people hurt them selfs on the job the owner never called one person asked how they where doing. Also another employee that died the owner Steve Gibson didnt even go to his own employees funeral. Now I could understand that if it was a huge business. But it is not it is a small business. The day that people at Culligan found out that he died the service department was devastated. The owner and his salesman Kurt sells was only worried about one thing and one thing only and that was getting unit in that morning. Thats when I really found out what kind of owner he was. Now that I posted I am sure Steve and his salesman will lie about me probably say I am a disgruntled employee but thats who these people are and thats what they do. They lie and there the best at it.
