I don’t like to write bad reviews because everybody’s entitled to their opinion but this is the second time they deliver my 2-5 gallon waters to apartment #1 and I live in apartment #18 up in the back and out of having my water delivered 4 times they have brought it to my door there’s plenty of room up here there’s a huge parking lot with only three cars up here at a time ever. I called customer service four times and they said it has my apt #18 As the delivery address so for calls the customer service they said they were going to let the driver know they were going to get the regional manager to call me 48 hours later I’ve never heard from anybody I think their customer service is awful and the whole idea of having my water delivered so I don’t have to carry those from the grocery store to the car from the car inside

Have tried 3x to get a hold of a customer service rep. Placed on hold for over 20 mins each time, never to speak to anyone. Emailed I wanted to cancel service and items picked up but no one responded.It’s truly unbelievable, that a company can work the way they do. Their Website was down for a week and no one to answer the phones🤦‍♀️

No customer service. They will not pick up a phone call. If there is another choice in your market call them. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I HAVE

They are not even deserving of one star. Please go elsewhere for your water.This company has the absolute worse customer service ever!!! Have called for 2 weeks for a water delivery. I am put on hold for ever then it gets disconnected, We are completely out of water now. This is not the first bad experience with them so I think it is time to find another option for our water.

Crystals spring delivery guy, knocked our brick mail box over and almost ran a car over in the middle of the road. It’s been a month and a half and not one person from crystal spring has contacted us to check on the progress. Which is at a stand still because their insurance company won’t call me back. I called crystal spring to find out what to do. I was on hold for an hour only to be given a complaint department number that never called me back!Horrible company with no soul!!! Do not use their services

I wish I could give this company negative stars!!!! We have had our service for years. The past 3 months or so have been the worst we have ever had. In the past 2 months, we have had deliveries scheduled 3 times only to have them cancelled and rescheduled without notice or any type of communication. When you call, the response I get is there is a shortage of workers and they are doing their best to service everyone. This does not account for the lack of communication around this issue. I have looked through my emails many times and have not found “communication” for the change in delivery. Recently there was a delivery made but no one left a bottle. It’s amazing how we were home, front door open and then get a notification that we got water delivered. We looked outside and no bottle. I thought maybe a new driver and they got the wrong address but then I didn’t hear the truck either. We looked up and down our road to see if there was water at anyone’s door near us. Nope! No water in sight. This is unacceptable!! and fraud if you ask me and makes me wonder how many other people have been charged for a service they didn’t get from this company..... The lack of customer service for someone that has had the service since 2017 is atrocious! And they sure know how to make a customer cancel! Which is what we did. Please do yourself a favor and research this company in your area before signing up for their services. I do not recommend this company at this time.

Don’t waste your time. When they deliver on time and what you actually ordered, they are great. Their customer service people are very sweet. But they screw up our order, delay orders, and don’t credit us for returned bottles more times than they get it right. So if you like talking to customer service and waiting on hold EVERY MONTH, this is the delivery service for you. If you value your time and sanity, try a different company!!!

The first bottle of water delivered to my home was left in my yard by the mailbox. I have a concrete driveway as well as a front porch!! Very unprofessional, if that is their delivery standard they have a Long way to go! The billing department of this establishment is inadequate at best. I had a cooler at my business and one at my home. When I closed the business account, I returned the cooler etc, kept the home cooler. They have since messed up my billing repeatedly. I got a notification my bill was past due called them (a monthly need for billing errors) they assured me it was a mistake and made it clear there had been 2 accounts that THEY consolidated into 1. They have now turned me into collections, who are as adequate as the billing dept. I have called and left messages to attempt to resolve as Crystal Springs never billed me and now wont talk to me about the matter because it is a collection account, awful lot of nonsense for some water. It was supposed to be convenient they said!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICE AT ALL!!! Wasting a lot of my time for no reason, especially upset as someone that pays my bills on time!!! Meanwhile I cancelled my home service because of all the problems. Was told they would pick up on Friday, and it is still on my porch (Sunday) perhaps they would pick it up from my yard?? The same place they dropped of the water....Terrible company!!!!!!

Honestly, the worst service I have received form a company since Comcast. I tried calling 4 separate times to receive a pick up/replacement only to have to leave a message or talk to some of the worst customer service agents I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I had issues with their website storing my payment information and called to have it auto billed. I have this coming out of a bills only account and only found out after calling back, asking why I had been skipped yet again, that they cancelled my account due to non payment without so much as an e-mail or letter of warning. The cherry on top? They sent the account to collections but have not told me where to settle the account? It is borderline criminal the negligence this company has demonstrated. I tried to get a supervisor to talk to and was rudely transferred to a catch all voicemail. It has been a week now with no reply to my voicemail. I am just glad this company only handles water delivery and not something life threatening. Imagine the body count they would have! I hope at least this will get noticed and I can finally get some answers out of a customer support agent that remotely cares for the well being of their customers past, present and future.

I have set up 2 appointments to have service set up and cooler and water delivered. No call and no show both times. I have called into their customer service and keep getting run around that they have to map the route. My address is 1.3 miles from the office??? Its been 6 weeks and still nothing. This company is a joke, STAY AWAY!!!!

Great service, helps save on buying/wasting water bottles and filters. Love the bottom loading dispenser. Saves my back! Also love the hot water option.

Water is great however delivery is aweful. Cannot guarantee the delivery schedule and when you have a damaged bottle or an item shorted you cannot get it replaced in a timely manner. We have been over 6 weeks trying to get a delivery and replacement and still cannot get it and each week have called and cannot get a date promised and kept. More canceling service since have been out of water 3 times in 3 months. Hope this keeps someone else from having the same problem we have experienced and you go with another provider.

Great tasting water, have had a couple of issues with rough handling of the 5gal bottle such that it leaked on my floors after installation. I was given credit the next time around after having to discard it (empty it out). The fuel charge seems a bit excessive now that gas prices are low again.

Extremely helpful delivery person. Refreshing water. Dispenser does not require that you lift and turn the bottle upside down.

We had our water cooler delivered the 14th of August and I reported immediately to the sales/service person that the unit was leaking. Ive contacted the sales/serviceman several times and I keep getting told that they do not have another unit to give me. Ive called the 1-800# and emailed Crystal Springs and Im told that we can get it replaced. The swap gets scheduled and nobody shows or calls. I am really disappointed in how poorly this situation was handled. I understand that sometimes issues fall through the cracks and unfortunately I have fallen through the cracks. Hopefully I am a one off situation.

Customer of 4 years. Great service, great products, Great Company. They can not give a time of delivery because they do not know what issues or problems may turn up at each location. Give them some slack. I have had small issues over the 4 years but they always have been fixed. They have HUNDREDS of customers in this area, so there will always be times when someone gets overlooked. It happens, Make the most of it :)

This is a great service at a reasonable price. I enjoy their unit which delivers hot or cold water at any time.

Scam - I can contact any local employees to remove the water unit and I keep getting charged for the equipment. Total fraud and scam and you can not get released from the abussive contract and service terms. BE CARFUL

After trying to get a whole of someone for weeks that turned into months to pick up and deliver water, I gave up. No one would answer their phones or return calls. I called Blue Ridge, had great customer service, and water delivered within the hour. They also had better prices.

The worst experience you could imagine. I cancelled because they refused to deliver water to my businesss which depends on water for our customers. They said the bill wasnt paid although I set up automatic payment twice. I cancelled. They didnt pick up the equipment when they said.Now they have charged me additional money for the 2mos they didnt pick up the water. Hired a collection agency.This is a HORRIBLE company.Buyer beware.

Terrible experience. I was told they would deliver but refused to give me a time. They promised to deliver on a certain day but never showed. After waiting all day without hearing a word from Crystal Springs I called them. I was told they would deliver the next day. I cancelled my order. Terrible company.

Issues always arise and it is not the issue that makes a company but the response to such encounter that separates the good from the bad. With Crystal Springs Water, any issue has been resolved with great customer service.

If I could give a zero star I would. Worse company ever!!! They went up double on the water bottles so I didnt want the cooler any more. Ive tried for 6 months now to get someone to come get the cooler. They are still billing me and even billing me for water Ive never received. Now they have turned me over to collections!! I cant get the driver, salesperson, or the company to return my phone calls. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Dont use this company. We used for years. They repeatedly billed us incorrectly for their benefit. We ultimately cancelled service and returned all of our bottles. They continued to bill us for water we didnt receive. Then they applied our deposit of $72 to these fake bills. For six months I have tried to get our money back and keep getting the run around that we will get our money in 2 weeks. They are a horrible dishonest company. Buyer beware. Read other reviews on the internet before using this company. They have similar problems.

Repeatedly promise to deliver water, but the delivery never comes... They will leave you hanging with false promises.

Phone Disconnected 2/2019. We all have to find a new water delivery service. We went with English Mt.

Very poor customer service. Two months waiting for a replacement cooler. Customer service reps. and their supervisors make false promises after false promises. Phone calls to branch goes unanswered with no call backs.

I never would have tried Crystal Springs if it wasnt for Costco. I have nothing but high compliments for the water and service!
